I went to this location on January 19,2023 with my husband to purchase a new fridge but unfortunately I had just given birth and I am the card holder so I had to go with my husband. We usually get what we need very quick so we thought getting this fridge would also be very fast. I was wrong we found a a fridge and priced matched it with Costco but the manager on duty was so rude and disrespectful that the sales associate was even surprised that she denied the price match and started to make up random policies that were not even relevant or made sense. Joanna Alvaro was the manager on duty and when asked to show us the policy she was speaking of all she did was bring a stack of paper and rudely gave it to my husband and said you read it. My husband and I were saying we saw the policies online and we saw the policies you gave us but where in here is the policy that she was explaining and all she said it's in those papers and refused to show us. Then another manager came and even stated that the price match was accurate and left with Joanna but she was very petty and denied she was wrong. The sales associate even called upper management who had clocked out and even they were confused on why Joanna was denying the price match. My husband was very angry and when asking Joanna once again to show the policy she was talking about she made a comment and my husband had enough that he did say a remark to her and all of a sudden she got offended but the sales associate had our back and then the district manager was called as well. Once a higher up came the price match was done in 5 minutes but Joanna had us at the store for 2 hours and we have never been so disrespected by a manger that even without looking she denied it and decided to make up policies thinking we were stupid. Well she said " ok let me get help " , waiting and waiting I turn around and she is SITTING down gossiping to a co worker. REALLY!!! I was pissed off frustrated, ready to cancel my card with them and never shop here again until I decided to call Curacao customer service. Well Lord behold I spoke to a very professional manager by the names of Guillermo Castillo of credit operations. He provided excellent customer service, understood my situation and acted like a true professional. He told me let me talk to one of the managers there so here comes ANOTHER excellent employee who is also a manager named Daniel Lopez. He runs the site and wow these 2 managers were amazing. Not only did Daniel listen to my issue as well, apologized and took very good care of me. People if you have any sort of bad experience don't let a bad apple ruin the mood by not shopping here. On Saturday 9/24 I went to your Chino location looking for a refrigerator. I was helped by one of your associates I believe his name was Anthony I found a refrigerator I liked he told me there was one in stock so I purchased it through your credit. The delivery was set for 9/26 your associate told me they would call 1 hour before arrival. Monday arrives I have my parents wait all day at my house for the refrigerator because I work. I got home at 3:00pm still no call. At 5:00pm I decided to call to check on the delivery, and the lady I spoke to told me there was no refrigerator in stock. I couldn't believe it, I asked to speak to the dept. manager and she very non chalntly said we don't have the refrigerator in stock and I can come back to the store and pick one up, btw she never apologized. She also said the best she can do is waive the delivery fee. At this point I decided to go to the location and cancel the transaction. The service by the dept manager was terrible she didn't care that I did not have a refrigerator. Her attitude was she could take my business or lose it.
