This is the order placed with TMobile

Went in again today the manager offered to help yet when explained what happened tried blaming everything that UPS made the mistake no TMoble made the mistake to ship it under my name instead of how the order was originally placed according to him all orders ship under the account holders name the order doesn't state that why ask who to ship it to then why not say all orders ship under account holders name I routed the order to the UPS store because UPS never follows instructions thinking it was under my nieces name and she can't pick it up in Las Vegas when I live in California because TMobile shipped it under my name and the order doesn't state that and now according to the store all orders can't be placed in store for upgrades it has to be done digitally tried 6 times yesterday and the payment wouldn't go through went to the store today and they said them at they can't place orders for upgrades anymore not dealing with TMobile anymore store service is horrible along with phone customer service ended up buying the phone directly through Apple under a different carrier switching my account never dealing with TMobile again

THE TALE OF TWO DOCTORS…read more On August 30, 2013, I shared an office with another doctor. We were both moving out of the office on that day to separate offices and needed to have our phones transferred to our new offices. I hired KC Communications to handle all of my phone and data wiring and the other doctor just called the phone company directly to handle his phones. We had made arrangements for the phone company to switch our phones over at the end of the day so we wouldn't miss any of our patient's calls. At 10 AM, the phone company decided they didn't want to wait until the end of the day and switched them over early. Both of us were completely cut off from our phones and none of our patient's could reach us. In a panic the other doctor called the phone company and I called KC Communications. Within 5 minutes I had all of my calls being forwarded to my cell phone while the other doctor sat on the phone, screaming at the phone company for the next 45 minutes. At the end of the day, the phone company showed up to both of our offices and had difficulties getting our phones and data connected correctly. Jason from KC Communications showed up at my office to make sure everything changed over smoothly and actually taught the phone company technician how to wire correctly. I was up and running easily thanks to KC Communications who was there every step of the way. Thank you Ken. You and your crew are the best.
