I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Verizon! We came in to switch over from T-Mobile, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated like absolute VIPs. Our main rep, Aide, was phenomenal--patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us find the perfect plan and devices. She walked us through every detail without ever making us feel rushed. Julie, the manager, was equally incredible. She jumped in to help with the more complicated parts of the transfer and made everything feel effortless. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in supporting her team. What really blew us away was that Aide and Julie even stayed after the store's closing time just to make sure everything was set up perfectly for us. That kind of dedication is rare and so appreciated. And even though he didn't care whether he was mentioned, we HAVE to shout out Abel, who was training and leading the team. If this crew is the Chicago Bulls, Abel is the Michael Jordan. The guy is a rock star--steady, knowledgeable, and clearly the driving force behind such a high-performing team. Went in today at 435 pm 10-7-2024 was told to wait. One person was there messing with their phone. To customer service agents told me to wait. Waited 15 minutes and nothing, I really need a new phone and salesman didn't want to even try. They weren't even busy. I wouldn't come here, im just going to Costco or Best Buy to see what service is better, cause lately Verizon is really dropping the ball with customer service and phone service! location approximately two months ago, seeking assistance with a broken phone, which hindered my ability to communicate with customers. Hiram provided support at the Chino location. To summarize, I had been owed two months of complimentary phone service due to a prior mistake by a Verizon representative. Upon arrival, Hiram suggested switching to a business account, which he claimed would be more cost-effective and not impact my billing cycle. Despite my explanations regarding the two free months that where OWED TO ME he persisted in his recommendation. Consequently, I incurred a $384 bill NOW!!! I feel misled by Hiram's assertions. My attempts to contact him via text were ignored, despite allowing ample time for a response. To avoid confrontation, I opted to express my concerns through Yelp. Regrettably, I do not trust this store and will not recommend it due to the substantial bill I incurred. The stress caused by this experience led me to switch carriers. I strongly advise against visiting this location or seeking assistance from Hiram. The experience was profoundly disappointing at the beginning. I was however pleasantly surprised at the service I received on this day. I needed a new phone and was in and out in the usual time it takes to sign up for a phone. Manny informed me of their new internet service. Usually I don't like an upscale! Especially if it's not what I went in for! BUT!!!... I actually ended up saving money switching services! First came in to do the switch from a different phone carrier. A year and half later and still my go to spot for any changes or add ons to my current phone plan still no complains and still very happy with the service from my daily use to my stop ins to the store. I went in on Wednesday to add my family members to my plan and was assisted by Sergio he went out of his way to assist me in completing my request and helping me get every saving I could get. He kept his cool during the process and as the store was getting customers coming in and interrupting him while he was helping me out. This store and it's Reps like Sergio remind you of what great customer service is like in a world trying to get back to a normality after years of distancing. Keep up the good work Sergio. When I arrived at this place I had 1 problem to get fixed. After 2 &1/2 hours I left without getting the first problem fixed and the staff created an additional problem for me which needs to get resolved by going to another Verizon store. Terrible experience so far with Verizon . One of the managers (who quit weeks later) promised me 600$ back 200$ per item I purchased . I paid 180$ for the items I'd never in my life pay that much for something so little like that but I did for the rebate / promotion bonus . All I got was 50$ credit and told to keep going back to the store I went to 3 times yesterday just getting the run around 0 help from either store or customer service, very rude customer leaves you on read/seen Or unresponsive then the chat resets and it's a new agent and I'm stuck explaining everything again cause multiple agents quit on me . Came in for a simple transaction, wanted to purchase a new device. When getting rang up for the taxes I was being charged an extra $70 for a setup fee ?? I declined their offer for help setting up the device, Also I had purchased a phone earlier this month at a different Verizon and was not charged this fee. Pleasant at Victra Verizon on Central in Chino, was so helpful, pleasant & patient with me in setting up the phone i purchased. I originally bought the phone at the Chino Spectrum location the day before and was sent home with it in the box & told i needed to do it myself , the directions were inside. After hours trying to get it connected i gave up & took it to Victra Verizon & in 10 minutes he (Pleasant) had it connected & ready to go! I was first helped by janeth over the phone about answering some questions about switching from my provider to verizon.she was patient explaining the promotions before we ever met at store. I wasn't quite ready to switch over but she checked on me once a week without pushing me to switch over. When I switched over I still had a little bit of loose ends like trade in and so on. I called customer service spoke to her manager and I had nothing resolved. She went far and beyond figuring out my trade in and the promotions in store. Something her manager in store didn't even bother to figure out. She was so helpful and patient. If your planning on purchasing a new device or switching over to Verizon in this store ask for janeth. I went into this Chino Ca location as I had purchased phones before thinking that I was going to be taken care of in the same manner as previous visit. I had to get a new phone for my granddaughter transaction was fairly simple Erica whom originally helped was a bit unsure how to do things I am guessing she's new. Then Valaria (as she spelled it on a sticky note for me with what she said was "her" phone number that I can call anytime with questions, come to find out it was the store number, no biggie) she was helpful and very nice to work with. I had made another trip over to get a phone that was free if you add a line for my grandson they didn't have in stock but Pedro had stopped at another store to pick it up and bring to me but I ended up having to wait until my daughters phone came in to get both phones. She told me of a promotion they had for an upgrade trade in for $800 off and I would not be paying anything for new phone. I called a couple days later spoke to Javier and had him order the phone for my daughter as they didn't have phone in stock. I wanted the violet color but he ordered white, I called him back and told him of his mistake that he corrected and order the correct on, it took two weeks and when I called finally he said phone came in I asked if it was the purple one he said no it was white and he would call me when purple one was in. I waited a couple days and called they said yes it was in but no one called by then it was late in the afternoon tons of traffic and I got to the store (if they had called like promised I could have gone in the morning) smh. Pedro helped me set up the phones and when looked at the printout it showed $800 then ($800) and for the other phone $185 then ($185) so I confirmed I was not being charged for the phones. He said I was not. When I got home after once again having to drive over there I called "Verizon" to find out about my billing the gentleman told me that my balance as of now would be $500 something I said NO that is not right. He explained that I would be getting $33 credit and $6.50 credit on my bill for two yrs to cover the $800 and $185 I immediately called Pedro and told him that is not what he said it would be and not once did he even mention about it being over a 24 month period. all he could say was he was sorry. Do not go to this Verizon facility as they are NOT honest. I was about to refer others but I will not now and I will not purchase from them EVER again! I will be finding out who there corporate person is and complain to them as well. read more

Do not go to any Verizon retail store ever!! I went against my better judgement and shouldn't have. Verizon will NEVER charge a activation fee on a replacement phone.I went here to get help activating my replacement phone and was told it was mandatory to pay the activation fee. It is not and if I would've known I could have gone to a regular corporate store and not have gotten charged I would have. So I spoke to Verizon and they can not refund the fee. The guy "Luis" could have let me know that the fee was not mandatory and I could have done it at the corporate store for free. read more

Eric went out of his way to make our stressful experience with a malfunctioning iPhone tolerable. My daughter had been experiencing software issues with her brand new iPhone 8 and Eric made sure that we left the store feeling that we were listened to and had a resolution to our problem. Hi, I looked up the other reviews here awhile after they tried to scam me as well. I was kind of struggling with money at the time so this really upset me. To start they bill you a "Setup and go" charge which is basically a charge for buying a device at their store which can be avoided if you decide to buy the device or anything at all at a Non-dealer store which is probably just an extra 10 mins away. They added tech support and total coverage without me knowing even after I said not to add it. Then they also told me that I'd be saving money on my total bill if I added a 3rd party roadside assistance service(Hum) which actually charges me $10 extra a month and a $80 restocking fee if I decided to return it. I returned and he still continued to lie to me after my bill clearly stated that I'm paying an extra $10 a month. I don't understand how this store can blatantly lie to people and still be open. read more
