BUY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BUY GARBAGE! Bought a washer and dryer here that didn't work the washer flooded my whole downstairs area so called them and let them know. They said they would come fix it the next day. They never showed up so had to keep calling. Finally they switched out the washer which didn't work so called them again, had to bug them. They finally picked the washer and dryer up to fix them and brought them back a couple days later they still don't work. They are very rude and try to avoid you.

Do yourself a favor and go to sears outlet and. It these type of stores. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Their 90 day warranty is weak and they clearly don't know how to properly refurbish appliances to work correctly. My $850 fridge ($1k with delivery and tip) stopped working within 3 days, melted ice all over my floors. Updating my review. They bro guy me out a temp fridge for my garage so I could wait for a new refrigerator they had coming in. It was new so more expensive but they didn't charge me the different me the difference (about $200) or delivery and assembly. I'd say come here but probably best to get a new out of box (usually with a little scratch/damage). If you do want used, do your homework on the brand and model before you buy and then come back and get it. The original used model we got had bad reviews and all kinds of problems. We got a fridgidaire this time with no water machine. Looks great

There was a little boy "manning" the store. No one else. Rows and rows of appliances. No idea if they work because they aren't plugged in. (We were looking for a 33 inch refrigerator) Someone finally arrived and said they deliver and they make sure everything works. It was very hot and the atmosphere was odd but if everything works, it is not the worst place to get used appliances. It's more expensive than buying from a private seller but at least it won't have crusty food, funky smells, or who knows what inside. I mean... in a pinch, I'd consider buying from here

Spoke to Ozzy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me some nice fridges and washer/dryer set. Wasn't too pushy and had a huge selection of used appliances. Prices were fairy competitive. I'd definitely reccomend shopping here. Appliances are to driver soon, I'll review again if anything changes.

This is one of the best in town. Appliances work very well and employees are helpful in choosing what you like!

He was very professional and honest, he recommended to buy a new refrigerator since it was 10 years old and it was going to cost to much to fixt it with parts and labor. I will highly recommend this company.

Please be aware before you make a decision for an appliance service call of $95!…read more My refrigerator compartment was not cooling as it should but the freezer was working fine. Online information said it was probably a fan that moves airflow from the freezer to the fridge. Maybe a motor or a control board. The service tech came to my house to look at the fridge. This took about 10 minutes. I had already pulled the fridge out and had it ready to be checked. The tech just pushed some buttons on the fridge controls and read out a code within minutes. Nothing removed or taken apart. Based on the code, the cost for repair would be $824! Not to mention that the warranty would only be a few months. I could have done the same thing with the buttons and gave him the code to avoid a $95 service call. He could have then told me that he would charge me over $800 for the repair. Not too happy to be charged over $500 an hour for diagnostic work. People think about this before you commit to a $95 service call fee! I bought a new side by side refrigerator/freezer for $1100 (with 10% off coupon) from Home Depot.

We had a very good first experience with Mr. Appliance. As promised, they contacted us the day…read morebefore to set a time window for their technician, and he was on time. We were getting an error code on our dryer, and they told us the name of technician who would be arriving, and a picture as well. He contacted us when he was on his way, which is a nice courtesy. Andy is skilled in customer service as well as appliance service, and he represents the company very well. The problem was likely some blockage in the dryer itself due to lint buildup, but also might be in the exhaust hose to the outside. The initial visit was $149, and we were told that when making the appointment. For $51 additional he would open up the dryer and vacuum out built-up lint that may have accumulated over the years, and we opted for that, to eliminate that as a problem. He did a very thorough job, but also we are going to have another company clean out the vent since lint buildup is a serious fire hazard. They aren't cheap, but with cheap you often get problems. For us the price was reasonable to have it done right.

Unbelievable nickel-and-diming from Mr. Appliance. I hired them to install a washer and dryer that…read morehad been in storage, and the upcharges piled up instantly. While the basic installation fee was $250, they charged me an extra $75 just to slide the existing machines 10 feet out into my courtyard because management hadn't moved them yet. On top of that, they heavily overcharged for the new installation kits (braided washer hoses and a gas dryer line). To cap it all off, the technician left the dryer door swinging open the wrong way, completely blocking the opening to the area. Now, as a disabled person, I have to awkwardly maneuver and dance around the door just to get into it and use the machine. When I called to ask them to fix this basic oversight, they wanted to charge me another $150. For a job that cost well over $500 with parts and fees, basic attention to detail should be included--not treated as an opportunity to squeeze more money out of a customer. Total price gouging for careless work.
