They're crooks, stay away, buy from reputable appliance stores, I bought Samsung family hub 4 years ago, when I tried to register it, I found out it did not have any sticker for serial number, they removed it, went back and asked for it, they gave me all kind of BS reasons why it didn't have serial number, I had to battle with Samsung to get registered, showing them the Mickey Mouse receipt I got from this place, but finally I got it through, fast forward, now it's not cooling at all and screen went black when I factory reset it, now I'm battling with Samsung again to get it repaired, for the cooling issue only, and they're rejecting my receipt, it's going to be a long ride, lesson learned! read more

Their 90 day warranty is weak and they clearly don't know how to properly refurbish appliances to work correctly. My $850 fridge ($1k with delivery and tip) stopped working within 3 days, melted ice all over my floors. Updating my review. They bro guy me out a temp fridge for my garage so I could wait for a new refrigerator they had coming in. It was new so more expensive but they didn't charge me the different me the difference (about $200) or delivery and assembly. I'd say come here but probably best to get a new out of box (usually with a little scratch/damage). If you do want used, do your homework on the brand and model before you buy and then come back and get it. The original used model we got had bad reviews and all kinds of problems. There was a little boy "manning" the store. No one else. Rows and rows of appliances. No idea if they work because they aren't plugged in. (We were looking for a 33 inch refrigerator) Someone finally arrived and said they deliver and they make sure everything works. It was very hot and the atmosphere was odd but if everything works, it is not the worst place to get used appliances. I went in paid $799 for a nice stainless steel refrigerator and a week later when it was delivered (I wasn't home to receive it) they had sent us a different model than we ordered. I called and informed them and was assured that the LG we received was better, and that their mistake was my gain. I should have pushed back and demanded a correction there. Fast forward, 11 months later and that better fridge has died. The cooling capacitor has gone out. Also I was dealing with them 2 months in after the ice maker went out. And they were doing whatever they could to get out of that work as well. But 60 day warranty for everything is pretty clear. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THESE SNAKES AGAIN. The Owner is a jerk too, doesn't know how to say hi to the people keeping him in business. The main guy there, Mario is cool but he would rather lose a customer than stand up to his boss for what's right. I would NOT purchase from here again. A month after purchase we needed a repair (washer would not spin and made a loud noise). It was within the warranty period, but it was very difficult to get a hold of them to schedule a repair. I called many times and no answer and unable to leave a voicemail. He took the machine outside and said he "fixed" it, but later when I used it there was a BURNING smell coming from it??? That was definitely NOT happening before the tech came. Too many bad reviews, but we recently purchased a used washer and dryer. The washer was not working well. Called a few times until they sent someone to check if it's something they can fix, but they couldn't fix it. So, they willingly brought me a better replacement the following day. So far, it's been washing my clothes well. The dryer works fine so far. So far, we're happy with our purchase. When I asked him and showed him the add he said he sold it and then said he has other ones starting at 750 when the add stated 499 for a new never used one. I asked him for several ones he had in the add and he said he didn't have them and they were the small ones I showed the add again which said LG and he said oh that's an LG brand not large but the pic in the add had a Kenmore logo? I've been buying my appliances from here for years...I get it, that's a family owned business. Which is great because I support local small businesses. I know they're pretty popular in the area because alot of the local appliances store buy wholesale from them. They have the best price in town. They give a 90 day warranty on all their stuff so I don't worry about it. And I keep in mind that when you buy used, you run the risk that something might go wrong. You get what you pay for. But with the warranty I always have peace of minds. They always honor them. Funny when I see these reviews and people complain about buying a $220 used refrigerator and they are mad because it didn't work like new...they have new in box there at 50% off MSRP...If you don't want to inherit other people's wear and tear buy new...buying used there is better then buy from people you don't know their cleaning habits...you don't want to buy roach infected appliances from the streets and get your home infected. I know there atleast they are refurbished and cleaned. Everytime I go they have alot of people buying there...that tells me that they are trusted in the community. And that guy Osbaldo is very knowledgeable, once I was having an issue with my dryer and I told him the sound that my dryer was making and he tolds me what the problem was...lol good guy. PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE!!!! I would leave a negative star if I could. This place disgusts me, but hey I should have known better then to buy appliances at a place like this. Should have listened to my 2 year old when we pulled up and she said "I don't like this place" just off the appearance. So where should I start, I bought a washer dryer combo and a refrigerator. Paid the deposit and asked for delivery two weeks out. Well the by move in day comes and there I am waiting for this god awful company to show up. Gave them their window of time they said they would be there and nothing. So I can, no answer; call a second number I found on the website and shockingly no answer. I continue to call for 15 mins, at this point I'm driving down to this store to speak my mind. They finally answer the phone as I'm getting on the freeway and their reasoning was... they forgot, no apology nothing. They tell me they can deliver the appliance between 5-7pm and mind you it is 10am. I tell them it's unacceptable and there were things I could have been doing but now I have to wait a total of 4 hours of my day for the a$$ hats. So they get there and bring a completely different dryer then the one we paid for, spoke with the "manager" he told me it's pretty much the same thing it's fine. They end up giving us $100 off our grand total for the inconvenience and delivering the wrong dryer. So we are frustrated and want to be done so we pay them and that's that.... Fast forward 3 weeks, the dryer is broken won't dry clothes. Sensor keeps shutting off saying clothes are dry and they're still soaked. What does this cause??? Problems with my wife and I, because I'm the man and I need to fix it. So we contact the company and they say they will be there the next day to service the dryer. My wife takes the day off of work and waits and waits, guess what??? They never show. She gets in contact with them and they ensure her they will be there tomorrow that they forgot again. So they come out and end up replacing the dryer free of charge because it's broken. Finally we are done with this company, I thought. 2 months from the date that the appliances were dropped off the washer stops going all the way through and doing the cycle portion of the wash. I say F'it and get a different company out to look at it. It is going to cost us an additional 225 to fix our two month old washer. He said he can not say for sure it was broke when we got it but he was pretty sure it was due to the fact it's not a piece that breaks suddenly. I bought a refrigerator and washer on August, 2020. They arrived the same day, but they scratched my wall in the process of moving it. Also a few days later I found that my refrigerator did not cool and the noise from the washer was unbearable. I asked the business to fix it, and on September they sent someone to fix the refrigerator and washer. But a few days later my tenant found that the refrigerator and washer were still not fixed at all. Then I asked for a refund. Merchants said they won't refund anything they sold. At the beginning, I chose this shop because of the epidemic. I wanted to support small businesses, so I bought goods appliances here. I ended up spending $1500 more on two completely unusable refrigerator and washer that I couldn't fix and return. This shop has disappointed me. I went in after seeing their ad in Craig's list. Met with an Osbaldo. He showed me a fridge that had not been worked on but he said he could clean it up. His tech would make sure it's running. Out the door 740 with taxes and delivery. This was on a Wednesday. I needed the fridge by Monday. He said slickly that can be done. I told him I would want husband to see it. Especially when it was all done. Oh sure. That can be done. I also would need a washer and dryer a stove and a dishwasher. I was foolishly thinking ahead of myself believing he was an Up and up guy. On Friday I call him around 5:00. Couldn't remember me. Then said his tech went home sick and didn't come in on Friday. I mean was he going to let me know??? So he said my son has a tournament Saturday and why don't you call me around 3:00 or 4:00 and I will call my tech. (I guess he doesn't get customer service where he follows up with me) I knew I was cutting it too close. If I didn't have a fridge on Monday my food would be ruined. I text him this morning. Nothing. I call him at the time he said. Didn't answer. How does someone run a business like this? At the last minute I found a great place with a beautiful refrigerator bought it tonight. Bought a fridge here broke down on us within a month used the warranty to get it fixed and they came to pick it up took them three days to fix it and they came back with a completely different refrigerator. Not only was it different the light wasn't working in the fridge and it was also missing some drawer pieces. When I asked about it they said that they left it at the store and to drive over there to pick it up even though we got it delivered. So we drove over there to pick it up but no one was there for a good five minutes finally someone drove up who looked like a customer but I guess he worked there because he tried helping me. He asked what I was there for and I told him the situation and he said that the main guy isn't there and tried to help. Told him the light bulb wasn't working so he just grabbed a light bulb from one of the other fridges in the store and gave it to me, told him I'm sure that this one doesn't work either and he said if it doesn't work to come back so the main guy can help. Turns out it didn't work. Basically a headache to go here. Seems like a sketchy place to be honest. They have many different employees that seem like they just picked up off the street just like their appliances. I know I came there for cheap but goddamn it's cheap and broken. well..what can I say..i was on offer up and saw a used washer and a BRAND NEW dryer for 850..figure hey let me ask to throw in some pedestals and make it 900. he agreed and i was like hell yea i made a good deal. looking at the pictures like daaamn i made a good choice! got it within a couple of weeks (i had to bug and call that osbaldo dude like i was a crazy ex gf or something) and lets just say i was disappointed..like pretty bad. its like going to mcdonalds craving for a ice cream cone and to find out the machines broken. that kind of sad. there were scratches on it. and the dryer was the one that gave me issues! brand new my ass! i had to return that crap 3 times to get it fixed (the light wouldnt turn off). so i pretty much didnt have a dryer for a month. osbaldo wasnt returning my calls so i had to use another number to call him and guess what, he picked up! this foo was ignoring my calls. smh. anyways he couldnt find out what the problem is and had to install a switch on the dryer to turn off that light. WOW. well for 900..you get what you paid for..i gave it 2 stars cause its been 8 months and it hasnt broke yet....YET. but other than that this place is crap dont go here. and make sure you speak Spanish or understand it cause the whole time they were at my place they were speaking spanish so most likely talking shit about me. read more
