Once they remodeled the store and changed management, I came back. I wasn't followed anymore and wasn't met with terrible customer service. Well... that didn't last long. I was at the register and Bella was ringing me up. The minute I declined signing up for the store credit card, she gave me the nastiest attitude. I asked if my mom's online order was ready, and she gave me the nastiest look before she went to check. She said it wasn't ready and was very condescending with her tone. The minute you say no to signing up for the credit card, all customer service is thrown out the window. This isn't the first time we've experienced terrible customer service. Aly rang up my mom a few weeks ago, and she was very rude to her. So much for giving this location a second chance. We won't be coming back.
