DO NOT BUT FROM HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!…read more I just got scammed by this store in Montclair today. I was desperately looking for two stacked washers and dryer and I found this place. Long story short the old man said $250 each, they fully work "trust me, I haven't tested them but they always work." so I trusted him. Yes I know, I'm naive and well I thought I could trust an 80 year old sales person. I get home and both washers are broken, leaking, not draining broken tubs, then I bring them next day and tell him about it. He said come back in 4 hours and we'll have you two good ones ready. I said it's fine I'll wait here, so I waited 4 hours, and saw the repair guy dismantle 5 stacked washers, to make two work, then a car pulled up so he stsrted working on a CAR for like an hour, and after 4 hours he couldnt get any of the machines to work. I requested the old man to refund me because the guy couldn't put 1 single machine to work. The guy refused to give me my money back, after 20 mins of explaining he sold me two non working machines that he hasn't tested, he said they're worth way more than $250. Long story short after arguing he said he would only refund me $300 I said no way after going back and fourth I was able to get to agree to $400 and he keeps the machines and $100 for they stocking fee... It was a waste of truck rental to pick them up, then 4 hours of my time and lost $100... Avoid this place at all costs. They're nice and all until you find the machines they sold you don't work and they don't wanna do anything to help and keep your money.

But the address is the same I purchased an appliance from this business and as others have stated they do NOT honor their warranty. Unit broke down with 90 days, I called to make an appt. Never showed up and stopped answering phone calls. You get what you pay for. It's a roll of the dice purchasing from them. Nice at first then disappear at the first sobre of an issue. STAY AWAY

I called this morning to request a service call, and it was schedule between 12 and 2: PM. Well he…read morewas at my door steps at 12:20 pm . I was pleasantly surprise of his punctuality. He was very professional and honest, he recommended to buy a new refrigerator since it was 10 years old and it was going to cost to much to fixt it with parts and labor. I will highly recommend this company.

Please be aware before you make a decision for an appliance service call of $95!…read more My refrigerator compartment was not cooling as it should but the freezer was working fine. Online information said it was probably a fan that moves airflow from the freezer to the fridge. Maybe a motor or a control board. The service tech came to my house to look at the fridge. This took about 10 minutes. I had already pulled the fridge out and had it ready to be checked. The tech just pushed some buttons on the fridge controls and read out a code within minutes. Nothing removed or taken apart. Based on the code, the cost for repair would be $824! Not to mention that the warranty would only be a few months. I could have done the same thing with the buttons and gave him the code to avoid a $95 service call. He could have then told me that he would charge me over $800 for the repair. Not too happy to be charged over $500 an hour for diagnostic work. People think about this before you commit to a $95 service call fee! I bought a new side by side refrigerator/freezer for $1100 (with 10% off coupon) from Home Depot.
