Dried rice and mushy noodles that smelled off. I ordered with chicken and potstickers, but only got a bunch of potstickers.

I ordered four bowls at the Phoenix location via Instacart. What I got was disgusting. Two of my orders I ordered with the chicken, and instead, I just got a bunch of dumplings. The rice was also hard and dry, like more than day old rice, and it was not cooked fresh at all. The noodles were super mushy and smelled a little off. It basically tasted like leftovers from a few days before. They probably gave me old food that has been sitting around. very disappointed as I've been too cup bop before and the food was delicious. It's really surprising that they could serve this food at all. I ordered the buy one get one promo, but I guess this is what you get.

First time at a Cupbop Korean BBQ. Wanted to try something different and was not disappointed. Offspring and I had a weekend lunch. You order your food at the counter. Service staff were helpful. two portion sized options are provided. You can have your choice of rice, noodles or chopped cabbage or all three. Dependent upon your selected portion size, you can order your protein options. For small portion you get one protein choice. For the larger portion size you get two protein choices. You can then choose your sauce and heat options. I had the large portion size with cabbage and noodles with a spicy pork and BBQ chicken. I opted for the sweet sauce at level 1 and a hot sauce level 7. Food was tasty and filling. They also have a number of sides. Large entry is 11.95 and small portion is 7.19. Overall tasty fast food, service was good. Was a pleasant dining experience. Not a go to dining destination for me but different if looking for a tasty fast food option.

Cupbop is located in the Desert Ridge Marketplace. Even though the sign said that they were closed on Sundays, they were open to my delight. I decided on an order of Mandoo and Cupbop noodles. Staff were done they gave me an extra mandoo. Everything was very tasty. A large family came in with children. They were letting their children run crazy inside. Once the kids started screaming it was time to leave. The party didn't seem phased by anything. I know this is a casual restaurant. It seems to me letting your children run in an establishment is not a safe thing. Shared parking outside.

I visited this Cupbop today and had a pretty good experience. I planned on eating my Cupbop in the restaurant, but their air conditioning was out, so that was not happening. I ordered the Cupbop with Rock chicken and Mandoo. I chose level two for my spice. It took me about 20 minutes to get home from the restaurant and to get ready to eat the meal. Despite the journey home, the food was still somewhat warm which impressed me. It tasted great as well and was full of flavor and toppings. I can't get enough of Cupbop!

Chicken, sweet potato noodles, rice and cabbage. Level 1, no spice

Been going here a long time, but lately things seem to have changed. Always running out of chicken and now they fill your bowls with more rice and cabbage with less chicken and noodles. And this time they even forgot the yummy sauce. They seem to be seriously shorthanded and harried as well!!!

Tried veggie cupbop with a choice of tofu and veggies. It comes with rice, noodles and their sauce. I went with their standard 7.5 heat sauce and it's the main star of the meal. Delicious sweet spicy and salty sauce. Uber Eats have BOGO which makes it even better. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Inside ambiance isn't great but it's in desert ridge mall. So you can eat outside with great lively atmosphere.

Cupbop is always so delicious. Every bowl comes with sweet potato glass noodles, cabbage, and rice. I always appreciate a place that allows you to control and pick your sweet and spicy levels, something that is definitely amazing and unique at Cupbop. Service is always ok, but the delicious meal makes for the best experience! I always get it to go, which allows me to enjoy my meal for multiple days!

Kai at the counter was such a sweetheart. So warm, friendly and helpful! It was my first time here and he let me canoe a few proteins so I could make the best choice. I ended up going with the potato noodles and love them with a side of soy sauce! For me the people truly make the experience and Kai made this a 5 star quick stop!

Service was so friendly. The only downside was that the floors were super sticky. Everything else looked pretty clean. I got the "family pack" so we could try a few different items. The fried mandoo was good. It tasted pretty similar to bibigo dumplings, but they definitely weren't terrible. The fried tofu "doochi bop" didn't have a lot of flavor, but let's be honest, fried tofu rarely has a lot of flavor, it mostly picks up whatever sauce you have with it. The Korean beef "B Bop" was definitely good, 10/10 would have that again. It was nicely seasoned and tender, as bulgogi should be. The Korean fried chicken "ugly bop" was pretty good. I didn't love the batter, but it was decent. The Korean bbq chicken "kko kko bop" had a nice flavor, it wasn't overly salty and had a good marinade. I like how the sweet potato noodles are included. I love sweet potato noods. So good. You can get different spice levels. I went with 5 since I'd never been there, except I went with a 6 on the doochi. The lady there said that she noticed a lot of people up the spice with the doochi. Would I come here again? Definitely. Just not super soon since it's not that close to me, maybe to a different location since other locations are closer.

We've developed favorites in several cities, particularly when it comes to authentic Texas-style BBQ. Since moving to Arizona, we've enjoyed exploring the local BBQ scene, including Little Miss BBQ. However, after our first visit to Caldwell County BBQ, we can confidently say we've found our new local favorite! From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was exceptional. We were greeted by Mason, who immediately made us feel welcome. When he learned it was our first visit, he took the time to explain the ordering process, describe the different meats, and share his personal recommendations. Even as the line grew behind us, he never made us feel rushed. He treated us as though we were the only guests there. Mason offered samples of the beef rib, brisket, and sausage, all of which were outstanding. He genuinely wanted us to experience the flavors before ordering. He explained that everything is served à la carte and prepared fresh daily. His enthusiasm was especially noticeable when describing the banana pudding, made fresh at 5 a.m. with bananas, homemade custard, and smoked vanilla beans. That attention to detail immediately impressed us. We ordered a pound of brisket, pulled pork and brisket sliders, green chile mac and cheese, corn casserole, pinto beans, and two absolutely massive beef ribs served with house-made chimichurri. The beef ribs were phenomenal! Incredibly tender, flavorful, and slightly sweeter than the brisket, they were easily among the best we've ever had. The chimichurri was equally impressive, bursting with fresh herbs and peppers. We honestly could have put it on everything! The green chile mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, with just enough chile flavor without overwhelming heat. The corn casserole was rich, thick, and buttery, while the pinto beans were perfectly tender with a subtle smokiness that wasn't buried under excessive seasoning. The brisket had beautiful bark, exceptional flavor, and was incredibly juicy without relying on excessive fat. The sliders, served on salted pretzel buns, may have been small enough to fit in your palm, but they were generously packed with meat. Don't underestimate them! For dessert, we enjoyed the banana pudding and sheet cake. The pudding was perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. Learning that the vanilla beans are smoked and the wafers are buttered, baked, and layered into the pudding made us appreciate it even more. The sheet cake featured a tender layer of cake topped with rich fudge frosting and walnuts. Both were a wonderful ending to an incredible meal. But as exceptional as the food was, what truly set Caldwell County apart was the hospitality. Mason made a point to check on us during our meal, genuinely interested in hearing about our experience. That simple gesture meant a great deal. Throughout our visit, it was obvious that the entire team takes tremendous pride not only in the quality of their food but also in how they treat their guests. There is a meaningful difference between serving customers and making people feel genuinely valued. Caldwell County understands that difference. Every interaction felt personal, sincere, and unhurried. We never felt like another transaction or simply the next people in line. We felt appreciated, and that is something we'll remember long after the meal. In fact, before we had even finished eating, we were already telling family, friends, and fellow BBQ enthusiasts about our experience! Having enjoyed BBQ throughout the country, we can confidently place Caldwell County among our absolute favorites. The quality, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality make this restaurant something special. We're already looking forward to returning next week with friends visiting from out of town. We sincerely hope Mason is there because we'd love for them to experience the same exceptional hospitality we received. To Mason and the entire Caldwell County team: Thank you for reminding us what genuine hospitality looks like. You've gained loyal customers, and we couldn't be happier to have discovered you here in Arizona! If we could give you a 20 out of 10, we absolutely would. Outstanding in every way!

I consider Little Miss to have the potential to be better than Goldies. Why potential? Read on... THEY USE TOO MUCH SALT! It's an OBSCENE amount of salt and it takes this BBQ from a 10/10 to a 2/10, making it almost inedible. I've had it several times but don't go often because of this issue. I have to guess that people cover it up with the sauce, which I don't use. Maybe the sugar in the sauce balances it out. Good BBQ doesn't need sauce. I have never experienced anything quite as tragic before. I really do wish they would back off on the salt by at least 80%. Just to be clear, I drink 1,000 mg electrolyte every day to replace what I sweat out during endurance running, so I'm no stranger to salt. This place is next level. STOP WITH THE SALT!

I can grab as much white bread as I want, refill my own drink, never have to flag someone down for napkins, and I've had some great conversations with other patrons. The brisket is consistently good, and I always order it moist. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is another favorite, but the baked beans deserve their own mention. They're loaded with bits of shredded pork that add both texture and smoky flavor, making them one of the better barbecue sides around. Rudy's is one of those chains that doesn't feel like a chain. The focus is on the meat, and it shows. It delivers the consistency you'd expect from a larger operation while still feeling like a neighborhood barbecue joint. That's not an easy balance to strike, but Rudy's pulls it off.
