The floors are clean, the dirty dishes are not precariously stacked up on the receiving area, and the tea seems to never run out. If they did, I would simply ask to have them restocked. The rest rooms needed some TLC, however, all the equipment worked well as there was hot water available. I typically take people from my company here for lunches. I have found the cashiers to be courteous, and if they did not have an answer to a question, they have called over the manager and gotten an answer. I recommend this location and it seems to be popular with the hometown crowd.

That's a basic operational issue that shouldn't be happening. To make matters worse, they had zero hot coffee. None. At Panera. How does a café run out of hot coffee first thing in the morning? It's one of the core items people come in for. This location used to be reliable, but the decline over the past couple of years has become impossible to ignore. Between the lack of bakery items, mislabeled food, and no hot coffee, it feels like the standards have dropped dramatically. Panera needs to do better. They also need to recognize restaurants don't close due to sales, they close due to poor customer experiences.
