Additionally, the beans are largely dried out, which I know is a challenge, but it's better to be sitting in too much liquid than not enough as long as the beans are drained I suspect the employees are not measuring the rice ingredients when they make it and overall I feel like maybe focusing on quality instead of quantity might lead to turning things around again for this location. Eating out has become $15 and there are a lot of options for $15 these days.
