    The amazing chocolate chip milkshakes

Took the Dayton route home from Cleveland to Louisville after the AC/DC concert. Was highly impressed by the quality of the roast beef sandwiches. My kids loved the chocolate chip milkshakes. The service was amazing.. Really appreciate the staff's friendliness. I think Louisville needs a a Rax! FYI... It is Drive-Thru only...

We wanted a new place to try around Dayton that was fast. This was nostalgic for us and fast. Food was good.

You won't need to area a DeLorean to get your Rax fix. Rax is still alive and it is exactly like it always was. Arby's may have the meats but Rax has sesame seed buns. Those were once like a Michelin star among fast food. McDonald's even sang about sesame seed buns back in Rax' heyday. If you're driving along I-70, take the extra couple of minutes to go a mile off the interstate and take a trip down memory lane. It will be everything you ever remembered.

Same great space and excellent food quality remains. The only change I noticed was a slightly smaller menu - entrees appear to be dropped but honestly, the new menu has a great variety and I missed ithing. We stopped in for a couple of beers and dinner - although we were leaning toward sandwiches.... Landed on sharing a pizza. Despite having a little (or a lot) of FOMO as food was delivered to other tables (it all looked so darn good) - we were very happy with our perfect pizza. My favorite dining companion coined the perfect award: 'this is the best pizza at a non-pizza place' Very true! The selection of draft beer is quite good. The service is excellent - really efficient, skilled, and friendly. This is a solid choice for lunch, dinner, or a snack. Salads, starters, sandwiches, burgers, chicken wings, or pizza - the food is really good. My only tip is if you order a soft drink, it is delivered in the plastic bottle. No fountain space available for anything that's not beer. I can completely respect this de idion. I

We had a very nice and helpful waitress, which we greatly appreciated. We were informed that they're known for their great burgers and their pizza. I was torn between getting the pizza or a turkey burger and fries. I opted for the turkey burger and fries. While the turkey burger was very juicy and tasty, the fries were a little overcooked for my taste. You are encouraged to come in and seat yourself anywhere in the dining room. The chairs were a little hard and had no padding so it felt like you were sitting on a piece of wood. The pretzels were hot, fresh, and tasted great, while the mac & cheese bites were quite bland for our liking. It was definitely missing something, perhaps some type of seasoning or a different cheese would have made them taste better. The atmosphere was quite busy with lots of customers, and the dining area was a little chilly, almost as if the heat was turned down too low. We appreciated the manager or owner, coming over to ask if everything was okay with our meals. Overall not a bad place to grab a bit to eat, would definitely like to return to try their pizza.

Well, my bad - their website includes multiple accessible places to park in and around the village. That said, we got it, and decided to belly up to the bar for a better look at the offerings and the place in general. Matt O was our server. I started with a delicious Scottish Ale, and my companion had a glass of wine. Prices are reasonable. My companion ordered and raved about the Shepherd's Pie. I had Bangers & Mash - sausage (3 pieces) with imported horseradish mustard, mashed potatoes, gravy, delicious baked beans. It went perfectly with my pint! It was a warm afternoon so the glass garage doors were opened wide and folks were eating and drinking outside in the beer garden too. The vibe was loud, lively and very positive. Music was old school British Invasion '60s style. Good times seemed to be had by everyone. We finished with a locally produced Chocolate Rum Cake - it was rum forward and smooth, dark chocolatey! Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was charming, the décor was exactly what we were hoping for, and the menu felt genuinely true to British cuisine rather than a themed interpretation. Unfortunately, our visit took place on a colder day, and the large garage-style door connecting to the outdoor seating area was left open. As a result, the entire restaurant felt quite cold throughout our meal. Since we were dining with our infant son, this made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience and was our biggest disappointment of the evening. In fact, it was cold enough that we kept our coats on throughout dinner, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the atmosphere the restaurant had worked so hard to create. We also ordered the fish and chips. The quality of the fish was very good, and it was clearly prepared with care. However, the portion size left something to be desired. The meal included only one medium-sized piece of fish, which felt small for a dinner entrée, especially considering the price point. While the food itself was enjoyable, we were hoping for a more substantial serving. Despite these issues, The Last Queen delivered on atmosphere, authenticity, and food quality. I would be willing to give it another try, particularly during warmer weather, as I believe the temperature and comfort level had a significant impact on our overall experience.
