This used to be a well run, consistent fresh store. The last 3-4 times I've ran into some struggles with the Barbacoa a lot of fat and the rice having large amounts of green cilantro. There was another time that the rice tasted like strong lime juice. Rice should be the most consistent easiest thing to make but if it's wrong, you can ruin the bowl. Additionally, the beans are largely dried out, which I know is a challenge, but it's better to be sitting in too much liquid than not enough as long as the beans are drained I suspect the employees are not measuring the rice ingredients when they make it and overall I feel like maybe focusing on quality instead of quantity might lead to turning things around again for this location. Eating out has become $15 and there are a lot of options for $15 these days. read more

For starters my drink tasted really watery it didn't have enough syrup. Second, I got a kids meal and the orange was the smallest one I've ever seen it was a third the size of my palm. We ordered take out from Chipotle this evening. There was a line when we got there and a line when we left. They were all busy and the line moved fairly fast. I ordered a bowl, brown rice, sofrites (they were out so I had chicken,) black beans, veggies, green chili salsa, cheese and lettuce. It was all fresh and delicious! It's a smaller Chipotle than others I've been in but it's clean and well lit. Parking is tight but take your time, it's worth it. read more

I got into Troy, OH for work on 6/11 and got supper around 630. The place was clean, the service from the female employee who made my meal, she was amazing and helpful. However the female employee that checked me out stunk of cigarette smoke and had a bitchy and poor attitude. I got the soft shell tacos meal (3 tacos) and the amount of meat they put on each taco is minimal! I also got chips and queso. They overcharge for what little you get! The meat was cold as well! Chipotle in Troy is located on the corner of the building. It has somewhat awkward parking and a weird rear entrance. Usually it is very busy when I'm in there. The food is on par every time. The staff is extremely friendly. They do run out of things from time to time. The overall size of the building is smaller than most. Overall it's a good chipotle to go. My food was pretty good. I got a burrito, white rice, fajitas (a must) chicken and steak (half and half), salsa, corn, sour cream, light cheese, and lettuce. Everything was fresh, crisp, and great tasting. Was the only one in line yet staff was goofing off ,yaking with each other vs taking my order.in giving my selections (finally) they had to redo my ingredients several times be cuz of inattention. With the last addition of cheese (which was barely a sprinkle) they slapped the lid on so fast I was unable to suggest more cheese.btw made them reopen and add more.in paying two dudes we're teasing with each other to the point of distracting the cashier wasn't sure he could finish the transaction. Seems like every Chipotle is getting worse every time I go, like the people running them are just riding the name that Chipotle built over the past few years and not making any effort to continue or better that reputation. The quality of how the food is prepared is going down just a little bit, biggest thing being WAY too much salt at times, but the food overall is still really good. This isn't one of the best chipotles I've eaten at. I'm from Boston and the ones I've eaten at there have been so much better. While the service has generally been friendly, if you come in after 9 (they're open til 10) they give you that, 'really dude we were gonna start cleaning up' type look. I've even walked in before 9 and they're cleaning up like they're about to close. I can't stand that. On top of that the ingredients left at that time are not fresh or warm or anything. So I don't know what the deal is. Either stay open until 10 and if someone comes in at 9 don't give looks and try to have fresher foods, or close at 9 if you don't get the business. read more

I Have experienced better service and bigger portions of the food in California. Every time I come here in Troy to chipotle, they take a small scoop of everything and barley put anything inside of the bowl. The service here is often not great. The employees are so wrapped up in doing their jobs that they bark orders to both me and the other employees. I've left feeling uncomfortable more than once. I live nearby and have been here many times. It's not just a one time issue. It's every time. Also the steak here is just bad. You have to look at each piece to see if it is gristle. Come here for lunch all the time during the work week. Staff has always been friendly and speed has never been an issue for us. The store can get quite busy from time to time, but we still come to eat at least once a week. Only issue is parking during busy days since the parking lot is shared with about four other stores. read more

Not a very good chipotle, been to many more that blew this one out of the water. The food was undercooked and and the rice was overly salty and crunchy. When I finally got to the end of the line, (making a bowl) the young lady put a hilariously little amount of cheese on it.
