We ordered take out from Chipotle this evening. There was a line when we got there and a line when we left. They were all busy and the line moved fairly fast. I ordered a bowl, brown rice, sofrites (they were out so I had chicken,) black beans, veggies, green chili salsa, cheese and lettuce. It was all fresh and delicious! It's a smaller Chipotle than others I've been in but it's clean and well lit. Parking is tight but take your time, it's worth it. read more

The Barbacoa beef is at least 50% gristle fat connective tissue and they don't even take the time to chop it up properly. They just throw chunks of meat in the bowl full of fat and this isn't the first time. please do better. This does not meet the standard in all of your commercials and photos. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Troy, Ohio

Order double protein got near vegitarian. Believe that bowls were made by choices of staff instead of mine. Pretty much rice beans and veggies with minimal seasoning. This is the third time of this crap if I go back it will be thru the line but I'm not eager to give this establishment more money. I wouldn't have paid ten dollars for the pair of bowls I got tonight let alone the thirty five that I did. read more

For starters my drink tasted really watery it didn't have enough syrup. Second, I got a kids meal and the orange was the smallest one I've ever seen it was a third the size of my palm. Finally, the beans tasted awful that night just be my opinion but it definitely wasn't a great experience. read more

ordered a double wrapped burrito and when I opened the foil to go and eat my burrito it was basically folded like a taco with half of the fillings falling out read more

Tad disappointed today with my visit. Got my tacos and a side of Guacamole and chips.. The chips were stale, wasn't gonna say anything until someone else brought theirs back and got another bag.. Well I did let him know they were stale and got another bag, guess what? Stale also.. Oh well I will be back to give it another try. read more

Food was great, customer service was crap. Felt like I walked into a Seinfeld episode and was talking to the soup nazi. He was very unprofessional and seemed like he didn't want to be there. read more

They never give you full servings ever. Extremely frustrating when you're paying 10+ dollars for a meal and get barely anything. This has happened many times read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Troy, Ohio

Typically when i come to this location, my food is always fresh and have never had any problem with a "shortage" of food. However, my burrito was made with laziness, and required not effort. Workers giving attitude because i wanted a tortilla in a bowl. Straight from the gate I knew this was going to be a mess. I hope this service is never this bad again, so do better Chipotle Troy read more

Service was terrible the girl name Lydia was so rude the lady who cashed me out was so nice

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order at 5:00pm for pickup at 5:30. Order was not ready until 6:00pm. That is unacceptable!! Would have been better to go through the line. Be better!! read more

I got into Troy, OH for work on 6/11 and got supper around 630. The place was clean, the service from the female employee who made my meal, she was amazing and helpful. However the female employee that checked me out stunk of cigarette smoke and had a bitchy and poor attitude. I got the soft shell tacos meal (3 tacos) and the amount of meat they put on each taco is minimal! I also got chips and queso. They overcharge for what little you get! The meat was cold as well! I wouldn't recommend going there. There are plenty of other choices with better overall service and quantity of food for what you pay in Troy, OH! read more

My wife ordered our dinner online. $95 for two bowls and two quesadillas, chips and queso??? Plus the bowls were missing our double protein And only had one scoop. Dining in is better so you can watch them not screwing people over. 1 star is being generous. read more

Service was horrible. Wouldn't serve 2 people because they closed at 10:00 horrible service never come here.

Chipotle in Troy is located on the corner of the building. It has somewhat awkward parking and a weird rear entrance. Usually it is very busy when I'm in there. The food is on par every time. The staff is extremely friendly. They do run out of things from time to time. The overall size of the building is smaller than most. Overall it's a good chipotle to go. My food was pretty good. I got a burrito, white rice, fajitas (a must) chicken and steak (half and half), salsa, corn, sour cream, light cheese, and lettuce. Everything was fresh, crisp, and great tasting. Portion sizes were good, staff smiled and chit chatted through the entire experience. The store was clean also. read more

We decided to take the plunge tonight and try the highly publicized quesadillas. What a major league disappointment, very little meat, a small portion of cauliflower rice (barf) at a $2.00 up charge. The chicken soft tacos were absent of chicken but plenty of cauliflower rice (barf). $30 later and asking ourselves, "what were we thinking." Will not be back and will certainly share with family and friends. read more

I payed $50 for my family's online order, they were so stingy with our bowls one bowl by its self was about 14$ and wasn't even filled. I was really disappointed read more

We were a little hesitant about going to the Troy location due to the 2 1/2 stars and poor reviews but we decided that our hunger overtook the ratings and we would give it a try. Well... there was a line when we first entered but it moved along nicely. But the attitude of the last two girls in the serving line was very poor. One even rolled her eyes upon requesting a lid. My party of three all felt some attitude when requesting toppings etc. We sat down only to discover our rice was undercooked. Did I mention they were out of lettuce? read more

We enjoy chipotle and have eaten at a number of them as we travel We stopped by the Troy Ohio location today for lunch My wife and I both commented how good the flavor was at this location and has been the best we have tasted. Even when we dropped a cup of ice the staff was friendly and understanding Thank you for nice a lunch read more

Been to many Chipotle. This local has issues. Was the only one in line yet staff was goofing off ,yaking with each other vs taking my order.in giving my selections (finally) they had to redo my ingredients several times be cuz of inattention. With the last addition of cheese (which was barely a sprinkle) they slapped the lid on so fast I was unable to suggest more cheese.btw made them reopen and add more.in paying two dudes we're teasing with each other to the point of distracting the cashier wasn't sure he could finish the transaction. As far as the quality the bowl was good except the guacamole was whipped to death..think I'll skip by the troy location next time..glad there are other locations that staff take thier jibs seriously. read more

Seems like every Chipotle is getting worse every time I go, like the people running them are just riding the name that Chipotle built over the past few years and not making any effort to continue or better that reputation. The quality of how the food is prepared is going down just a little bit, biggest thing being WAY too much salt at times, but the food overall is still really good. Customer service on the other hand, is long gone. Not just this location, Englewood, beavercreek, brown street in Dayton, Richmond, and more all are lacking in good customer service. read more

This isn't one of the best chipotles I've eaten at. I'm from Boston and the ones I've eaten at there have been so much better. While the service has generally been friendly, if you come in after 9 (they're open til 10) they give you that, 'really dude we were gonna start cleaning up' type look. I've even walked in before 9 and they're cleaning up like they're about to close. I can't stand that. On top of that the ingredients left at that time are not fresh or warm or anything. So I don't know what the deal is. Either stay open until 10 and if someone comes in at 9 don't give looks and try to have fresher foods, or close at 9 if you don't get the business. read more

Consistently the slowest Chipotle I have ever been too. I always think they hold the crown for worst Chipotle burrito I have ever had.

I pooped there and it had water to catch it! Well it also hosted myth a god at fortnite. It also had a bird outside and it was so cool and it pooped read more

Poor service, was there for lunch today, the place was full of customers but I walked right up to the counter to place my order. The ladies were unfriendly & unhelpful they tried to ring up my order after just the protein and rice was on it without asking me about salsas, etc. There was no upsale on guac or sour cream they want me GONE! read more

This is one of the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Not only do they give you small portions on the bowl, but the servers seems to have an attitude and always pre occupied by something else. I Have experienced better service and bigger portions of the food in California. Every time I come here in Troy to chipotle, they take a small scoop of everything and barley put anything inside of the bowl. So if your looking for some good chipotle, I guess you could go here, but just don't order the bowl. Otherwise you will get yipped. read more

One of the best chipotles I have been to! Friendly people, fast service, and great food!!

Probably the slowest and most inefficiently run Chipotle I've ever seen. There was a ridiculous line that crawled along because of how slow the workers were. Did the manager quit in the middle of their shift? That's the only thing I can think of. Streamline your process! read more

One of the best Chipotles in the area. I eat here at least three times per week and the service is always top quality. The staff obviously goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Overall I'm very impressed! read more

The service here is often not great. The employees are so wrapped up in doing their jobs that they bark orders to both me and the other employees. I've left feeling uncomfortable more than once. I live nearby and have been here many times. It's not just a one time issue. It's every time. Also the steak here is just bad. You have to look at each piece to see if it is gristle. I had 6-7 pieces in my most recent burrito. It's truly disgusting. Consistently the worst chipotle in the area. Keep driving to the next location. read more

Every time I order at this chipotle with the app they mess up my order. I understand that mistakes happen, but its every single time.

Took one bite of my veggie bowl only to have fingernails in my food. Needless to say the entire bowl went in the trash. Extremely disgusted and will probably never go back to this location read more

Come here for lunch all the time during the work week. Staff has always been friendly and speed has never been an issue for us. The store can get quite busy from time to time, but we still come to eat at least once a week. Only issue is parking during busy days since the parking lot is shared with about four other stores. read more

pretty sure my girlfriend and I got food poisoning from here. We were fine before we ate here for lunch, didn't eat anything before that, at noon, and by 4 o'clock we felt terrible. I ended up getting sick at work and had to leave early. We will not be going back. read more

Consistently bad customer service. One employee in particular has made me and my friends feel uncomfortable more than once. The food here is just not great. Don't get the steak! read more

Not a very good chipotle, been to many more that blew this one out of the water. The food was undercooked and and the rice was overly salty and crunchy. When I finally got to the end of the line, (making a bowl) the young lady put a hilariously little amount of cheese on it. It's hard to believe how tiny the amount of cheese was, imagine a few little pieces sprinkled in a line right on top. Not even enough to taste. I don't know whether to be upset, or laugh it off like it was a joke, but I haven't been back since. read more
