#1924 Four sandwiches out of 5 were incorrect. One they forgot to put in our bag and i had to go back for and ask about. 4 people behind the counter and only two were doing anything got the majority of my 15 min wait (there was not a line while i was there they made one other sandwich during that time). read more

Food was good. Workers looked kinda bored though. I'm assuming that they were just youngns and wanted to get their homework done instead of working at Jimmy John's at 7. Hey owners of this restaurant you might want to consider firing everyone that was working on 5/16/2024! Your employees suck! Watch your cameras and see for yourself! We LOVE these sandwiches- it's one of the places our whole family agrees on. However, this location consistently has bad service. The kids that work the counter and make the sandwiches repeatedly lack any indication of caring, of trying to demonstrate positive customer service, or that they have any desire to do a good job. My boyfriend had never ate here before and he wants to try we ordered our food and the sandwiches had hardly any meat on his and I had a half a teaspoon of tuna on mine . The service was like a group of teenagers goofing the young man at the end of the line was yelling the order number so loud it echoed the cashier acted as if she couldn't run the register the two other boys were cutting up . There was no adult supervision no manager name on receipt spent 25.00 for just bread but will say the chips were good . Won't drive to Troy ohio from Dayton again to eat here . Kids playing on their phones didn't change gloves at anytime one scratched his eye brow with his gloves and then started messing with sandwiches again . Not sure when cutting a sandwich and bagging a to go order became the responsibility of the customer but apparently according to the attitudes that work here, this is corporate policy. They get 2 stars because food was fresh beyond that they need to teach these young ladies some customer service skills. If I could write a 0 star review I would. I've now been here twice. The first time trying this location I was met with rude and neglectful customer service. I witnessed them making the tuna over the trash can. Unbelievably unsanitary. But I tried to give it a second chance and go again. Manager making sub asks if I want cheese. I thought she was asking what kind of cheese. All the sudden the price of the sub increases $0.75 without warning. What sub doesn't come with cheese included? Order taker/delivery driver specifically asked if I wanted the order to go. Receipt say "FOR HERE." $0.47 tax I shouldn't have paid. Perfect place for lunch off the highway! Small hallway type location (small tables). Located right next to Speedway so you can "fill up" and "fill up" and then get back on highway. But there are plenty of places to eat on this stretch of road. I rarely eat here due to the CEO unethical hobby hunting habits. Otherwise, I get a #2 with chips and it serves its purpose. The store is dirty, the people are extremely rude and are "victims" of under staffing. I have never been talked to the way the lead girl spoke to me. The food is not worth any of that. Of the last 3 times i was in there they could not get a complete order correct at all. Ingredients were all messed up. If you have food allergies don't go there as they do nothing to stop the cross contamination. Prices of food change as they make it because they charge for a piece of cheese. They should just tell you that up front. When you question it they just say well i can delete the sandwich from the order and you can go without. CRAZY what they think they can get away with . 1 in the afternoon on Monday. The store is immaculately clean and employees are working hard keeping it clean during down time. The temperature inside is icy cold - perfect for a hot humid August afternoon. The subs and service counter are freaky fast as advertised. Ice and drink machine with paraphernalia fully stocked. The subs are delicious mainly because the ingredients are icy cold and fresh (veggies meat and condiments). The 8" sub is mostly fresh soft chewy bread and therefore $5 for an 8" which is lacking in stuffs is not much of a value. If they could increase the amount of ingredients this overall experience would be a 5! Keep trying... :-) read more

I've never been into the store, just ordered delivery. The delivery really is freaky fast! I've never tried anything except the BLT and I like it, would just be better with warm bacon. Good store! Just not much of a fan of jimmy johns in general. I understand limited options for quickness, but I wish there were more side options besides kettle chips and the option to beat your sandwich up. Always have had good service at the store tho! read more
