This place is excellent - I wish I had one in Cincy - we stop whenever we are driving through the area. This location is pretty clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The price for everything is so cheap - and if you eat inside you get all you can eat breadsticks. I love their options - I like how they have options to try multiple pasta dishes all for one price and they have the option to make items a meal by adding a side salad or a piece of pizza and a drink for only 4.99 that's decent! The meatballs have a delicious flavor, and the alfredo is better than olive garden to me. They also have seasonal flavors of Italian ice that rotate and are equally delicious! read more

The wait is not that long. The food is amazing but the bread sticks need to be more buttery I would say. The restaurant inside is nice but I always go through drive through. It's quicker! Though I highly recommend the chicken carbonara! read more

Hubby & I came here after leaving the Strawberry Festival. It was 3:45 so we were still able to order the $6.99 lunch deal which is pick 2 items & a drink. I ordered ravioli & lasagna while hubby got lasagna & a slice of pepperoni pizza. We also got a slice of Cheesecake Factory orange cream cheesecake for $4.29 & it was scrumptious. Our food was brought out to us in a timely manner & fresh Parmesan was shredded onto our food. Six hot garlic breadsticks were placed on our table & they were melt in your mouth good! The server checked on us several times & brought us more hot garlic breadsticks & a sack to take the extra home. Excellent service & delicious food like this will keep us coming back. read more

Fazoli's is always a good place to go. I wish I could give 3.5 stars since the food was good and for a good price. It just never WOWs you but that's to be expected I guess. The service was really quick and I really liked the guy who brought our food out. I'd definitely return, just not a MUST try maybe? I would dare to say one of the better Italian places I've been to. So maybe the "quality" wasn't as great as Olive Garden's, because this is more of a 'fast food' place, but the service and food were really good. I got the lasagna, and was so happy I could customize it. I believe it was only 7.99 so for the price, i was surprised! Overall, everyone enjoyed their meal. We always enjoy Fazolis and last night we took our grandkids to this Troy location and it was such a disappointment. To begin with, and let me say they weren't at all crowded for a Saturday evening. But they only had 1 register open and it took forever for the few people ahead of us to order. There were like 2-3 people helping there for some reason. Placed our order with quite a sourpuss of a young man. He was miserably unfriendly and unhelpful. Sat down, many tables dirty. Not a fork in sight. Had to ask for one and the kid brought a bunch out that were hot and soaking wet. Really? Where is the training here folks? I get the challenges in hiring and running a restaurant like this, but wow! The food was good overall. Asked for some grated cheese but they were cutting it in the back so it wasn't ready. I'm not sure I will visit this location again for a while. Visited here last night to pick up my online carry out order. Ordering online was easy and fast and the interface was very easy for anyone to use to offer online. However when I went to pick up my food I had to wait in an extremely long line and by the time I made it to the front the people had to go back and make the salad for my carry out order so I had to wait even longer. The employees were all very nice and the food was great and served warm. However I just wish it would've been a quicker visit as I was in a hurry and I thought online ordering would've saved me a little more time. read more

Fazoli's, 1887 W. Main Street, Troy, OH 45373 Italian fast food carryout. Bread sticks are winners. Softer and less dense that Olive Garden. Very tasty! We ordered a wide variety of dishes for a family dinner. The "Sampler Platter" included spaghetti, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. The large 8 slice pepperoni pizza, Chicken Parmesan. The wife tried the sampler platter and she said it it was very good. Small chucks of tomato was in the lasagna but easily removed for those not liking the veggie. The fettuccine was excellent as was the spaghetti. The chicken Parmesan was very good and there was plenty of it to share. According to Fazoli's online menu you only get a choice of 2 pizzas. All cheese or cheese and pepperoni. The crust isn't bad but the entire pizza reminds me of a poorly made frozen pizza and I've had much better frozen pizzas! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Fazoli's and since they got rid of all of them in Cincinnati, visiting my friend in Troy was the perfect excuse for me to go! The bread sticks were the best part of the meal. The Roast Tomato and Broccoli pasta that I had was blend. However, the entrees were inexpensive with most of them under 7 dollars. So considering the price, the food was a-ok. read more

Is there a fast food restaurant that has a more limited menu? I cant think of one. The time we went here last year they only had spaghetti and thin crust pizza. This was the first time I had been to Fazoli's and I have to admit I was kind of surprised by how limiting their menu was, I was expecting something like an Olive Garden, not this. I went thru the drive thru for something fast to eat that wasn't a burger. The food is what it is. But the person taking my order was rude. I said my order twice asked him a question, got no response for a min then got asked "hello are you there?" I said my order again and said that's it. I wanted spaghetti yesterday evening, so went to Fazoli's. Never again. Worst spaghetti I ever had. There was very little sauce and it was all on top. At 6.99, I have doubts that their food cost for this meal was somewhat less than 10%. read more
