Food was sub par ...service was slow ..and for 2 of us each a sandwich meal then split 10 wings it was 70 bux ...will probably never go back again ...place was dead and took 40 mins to get food read more

If only there was a rating for less than one star they earned it. Wait for food every time can't remember the last time they got an order right always check before you leave. I would recommend going to a different BW 3's than Troy save your self the head ache. This is not just a one or two time thing with this location. read more

Food came out slow and cold. Waiter got it remade. Very good the second time around. They had to be short handed and it showed. Then they couldn't get the check right. Finally got it straightened out, but too much work for some wings. read more

EAT YESTERDAYS FOOD TODAY! This place is a tax right off to the owner at best! Our food came straight from a stockpile of old food they just put in the microwave OR NOT! Hard overbreaded boneless "chicken" and how do you "not fry' pickles? The wings were old, hard and growing feathers. The Tea had black stuff(not tea leaves) in the bottom. SAD. read more

The MOST horrible experience tonight. Will not say anything negative about the bar staff but the kitchen was absolutely awful! Waited 30 minutes for our hatch queso and then it came with chili when we only ordered the pico. 20 minutes later, we get our chips/queso. Granted, we are now 50 minutes + into our visit. Our shared meal was ok but took way longer than normal to get. We placed a to-go order in plenty of time for it to arrive reasonably and still had to wait 30 minutes for our buffalo chicken tots. Lo and behold, we get home and it was chips and queso with the queso hard and lumpy - not edible. Phone call to them to complain and we get a store credit for the tot fee (not on our rewards account but some internal credit that you know will never happen). For our favorite blond bartenders, we will miss you because we are not coming back anytime soon. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Would anyone eat this? - American Near Me - Troy, Ohio

I have been coming to this location for a while. I have started to realize why the business how turned to shit. sitting in a booth with a direct view to the kitchen just came to show the cooks sit in the back, throw food at eachother and joke around instead of doing their job. once the food is ready, servers let it sit back there for ages until someone finally picks it up and serves it. so if you were wondering why your food is cold and half-assed. this is why. read more

Service is always slow, food is typically low quality and oftentimes cold, which is strange given the long wait times. Would recommend any other local wing or pizza place over this! read more

This is one of our lunch stops and today was not a good visit. They were busier than normal which definitely slowed the service.. Our server must have had a large party as she was hustling so I won't beat her up for that. The food took much longer than normal and when it came out it was wrong for my friends order.. He flagged down our server and she went to take care of everything. She came back and said that party order was coming out soon and it would be 15 minutes for his wings to be ready.. He told her to cancel and charge him for whatever she felt was appropriate.. She charged him for the fries (which isn't even a full order). Never saw a manager and if I did we would have had a conversation.. very disappointed how this all transpired. Note to self, if it looks busy go somewhere else.. Maybe someday they will fix the faucet in the men's room as it's loose. The paper towel dispensers both stopped working when went to use them.. I will be back but it may be a bit. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Troy, OH If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered lunch online for my husband and me after church. Ordering through the app was simple, but everything fell apart when I arrived for pickup. I got there just two minutes early. The "To Go" clerk eventually came over, gave me my bag, and walked off without checking the order. When I noticed our strawberry lemonades were missing, she looked confused, left for 7-8 minutes, and came back saying the bartender was making them. Another 7 minutes passed before she returned again with the same excuse. Meanwhile, my food sat on the counter--two burgers, fries, and a warm cookie skillet with ice cream--getting cold and melting. When the drinks finally came, I politely asked to speak with a manager. The manager walked up, didn't greet me, and offered no apology. Instead, she said there was nothing she could do because they only had one bartender. I explained that my food was now cold and dessert melted, but she simply repeated, "There's nothing I can do. You already paid online." That response was shocking. A manager should never dismiss a customer that way. Even a simple "I'm sorry" would have shown empathy. She could have offered to recook the food, replace the dessert, or find some other way to make it right. Instead, she chose to do nothing. This wasn't about waiting for drinks--it was about the lack of care, accountability, and respect for the customer. When management shows no empathy, it sets the tone for the entire staff. Sadly, this experience left me with cold food, melted dessert, and no desire to return. Customer service shouldn't be a dying art, but at this location, it feels like it is. read more

DONT BOTHER...me and my best friend went for dinner took 30 minutes for food to come and when it FINALLY did it was freezing our sever did not check on us at all it was a different sever who did manger only took 10 dollars off our 60 dollar bill and one of our cheese sticks was missing CHEESE, also fried pickles were pure batter. 0/10 don't recommend, not to mention we weren't not the only ones disappointed and asking for the manger read more

I love this place. My wife and I come here every Wednesday for Trivia Night. I loved the street tacos for years. I think the other Buffalo wild wings, both up north in Sidney, and down south in Huber Heights, have different recipes and don't taste nearly as good. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. It's my kind of place. Update: so these guys are under newer ownership and the owners have made some changes. One of the changes as they've added a fair number of seats both to the bar area in the dining area. I think in the last little while they've added as much as 40 new seats to the area. Still friendly, still room to get around, but more likely to get a table then you would've been a few months ago. read more

Food is fair, service wasn't very good. Staff was rude and made you feel like you were imposing on them. Havent been back since.

Took an hour and thirty minutes to serve our food then sent it out cold and got the wrong order. Would have rather stayed home

I'll rate this for what it is. It's a sports bar that serves food. If your expecting fine wine and filet mignon your in the wrong place. I had the Buffilitos with Asia's sauce and cole slaw. This was actually quite good and I'd certainly do this agin. Nice! I also tried the wings with the dry rub and that was really good too. My SO had the Santa Fe salad but it lacked avocados. When we asked the server she came back with they were out of avocados. Maybe tell us that when we order? The beer list did not match what was available on tap. This should always be up to date. I'm glad that BWW has kicked their menu up a notch. It's a notch better than it used to be. read more

The food is less than average, the prices are above average, and the service is dismal. Don't order the boneless chicken wings. They're mostly breading and served cold. The fries taste like wax and are colder than the boneless wings. This is after getting kicked out of their ordering app twice and calling in my order. Did I mention that the person on the phone told me 10 minutes. I arrived at exactly 10 minutes later and waited another 32 minutes. Finally, the attitude of the girl at the pick-counter was just a little more than I need. read more

Maggie was amazing!! We were seated right away. Maggie brought drinks exactly as they were ordered. Did not get pushy when we wanted to order appetizers and then wait to order meal. Maggie kept our table cleaned off and drinks filled up. The reasons we gave four stars not five... The amount of salt on our fries was way too much! We ordered the same burger and fries however, the amount of fries on my husband's plate was about half as much as the amount of fries on my plate. Portions should be more concise! Cannot say enough how awesome Maggie was tonight. Thanks Maggie for a great evening. read more

terrible customer service!!!! Riley the "manager" is terribly rude and does not understand customer service.

Our server Jerrica is, by far, one of the best servers we've ever had anywhere. She remembers our orders, and we never have to worry when we have her. She keeps our Rewards number and we never have problems. The Management doesn't appreciate her as much as they should and will be sorry if she ever leaves. read more

They always forget something in your to go order. Never fails. You hope that's it's right but once you get home and unpack it all, you have to go back get it, and then your food is cold. Do better. This happens multiple times. Whenever this happens, It's after a few months if not going there and giving them another chance. At this point, it's my fault to even trust the order would be right. read more

Tonight I order the classic chicken sandwich here at Buffalo wild wings in Troy Ohio and the chicken was raw. The manager came over and the first thing she said was " what's the problem". I explain to her that the chicken was raw. She says oh I'm taking it off your bill! She ever said I was sorry or apologized. I explain to her I was still hungry. She says well you're gonna have to order something else and pay for it. I said OK! This is the worst service.. I've ever received from a manager. Today is March 26 at 9:00 PM. Rebecca the manager is a poor representative of your company. read more

Food came out cold, server said she would check on why it came out cold and disappeared for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes of waiting she returned and asked if we needed anything else. My wife had to ask the server what did she find out about the cold food. The server replied the kitchen didn't know why the food was cold.... We had a short time of staring at each other until I just asked for boxes, paid my bill and left. We've had several times where service was bad and we always chalked it up to under staffing. This was the final straw because the place was dead and the food and service was still bad. Few good servers that work there but over all the place is lacking in customer service. read more

They were super rude on the phone. It was 10:15PM on a Friday night. I asked what time they were closed, and they said that the kitchen closes at 10. I said "Ok, well the internet says that you're open til 11, so I guess that's for take out? May I make an order?" She informs me that the kitchen closes at 10... Ok. "Well your door says open until 2AM, and the internet says 11, so all of this is wrong?" She says "Well, we're actually short staffed today." I told her THAT'S what she needed to say. As I was continuing to ask another question, she straight up hung up on me. I'm a pretty polite person, so I don't think any of this was due to my attitude, but either way, this was a terrible experience. And we're hungry. read more

Ordered take-out, Wings not as good as other locations, cheese fries bad.. shredded cheese dumped on top and microwaved.

Don't let the 10pm close time fool you...they close at 9:30pm. And that's from the manager we just talked to at 9:40pm. Covid has nothing to do with that...they CHOOSE to close at 9:30...we went to a restaurant 30 feet away that was happy to seat us as they closed at 11pm. read more

UPDATE: I went back, they messed up my entire order. Had to throw it away. They REFUSED to issue a refund. So now I have to pay for dinner somewhere else during this coronavirus outbreak when every dollar counts. Paid $18.07 and best they could offer was a 15 dollar food credit but no refund. Thievery. Shameful. Old Review: when done correctly, the food is worthy of about 4 stars. However, I've learned at this location that you're running a huge risk of getting bad food. The last time we ordered, the cheese on the fries wasn't melted and the fries were old. read more

I wanted wings, really bad! Buffalo Wild Wings won the day. The order came out quickly when I went to pick it up. The girl at the register barely said Thank you! I walked out thinking that could have gone better. Get home open up the box to my surprise, what found was 6 bony dried up wings with 6 over breaded, nasty looks boneless wings. No slaw. For 19.00 dollars I should be stuffed for the rest of the day. I will be hungry later I threw most of the boneless wings away along with french fries, which were okay. Buffalo Wild Wings - a glass of beer on a table - American Near Me - Troy, Ohio

I only order online and the staff do a great job. The website/app used to let you leave a small request on your order but that's gone. I always said "Don't tie the bag/xtra crispy". And they did that. Now I can't let the kitchen know and the wings are soggy and the skin is terrible. Nothing against the staff, just the chain itself. Won't be back to any locations anymore. read more

We ended up here after the GOTR concerts Saturday night, around midnight. I was surprised that they were open for 2 more hours-it was pretty empty and in a strip mall a little jog from the interstate. The food was fine. There was a bit of frustration because one in our group ordered the app sampler and wanted to substitute the wings with boneless and our server told us that it wasn't possible-even when we were willing to pay an upcharge. In the end, the platter came with boneless, but that was just odd. It did seem like our food took awhile given how empty the place was, but maybe that just means that things aren't sitting under a heat lamp. BW's is one of few chain restaurants where I feel like I can never find something on the menu that I want to order. This location was fine, nothing was particularly wrong, it's just not really my taste. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Me and three friends went for the fifteen minute lunch we sat down and ordered from the fifteen minute lunch menu. Our lunch was not out in fifteen minute so we assumed that it would be free. The waitress tried saying she didn't know we were doing the fifteen minutes lunch but if you ordered from that menu why would not be doing it. Then the manager came out and had the audacity to argue with us for 25 minuets! I will be sure to spread the word about Troy Buffalo Wild Wings. (We we're late to school because of it) read more

I attempted to place an order online however, the website will let you choose an item but won't let you know it's unavailable until you go to pay.
