I love this place. My wife and I come here every Wednesday for Trivia Night. I loved the street tacos for years. I think the other Buffalo wild wings, both up north in Sidney, and down south in Huber Heights, have different recipes and don't taste nearly as good. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. It's my kind of place. Update: so these guys are under newer ownership and the owners have made some changes. One of the changes as they've added a fair number of seats both to the bar area in the dining area. I think in the last little while they've added as much as 40 new seats to the area. I have started to realize why the business how turned to shit. sitting in a booth with a direct view to the kitchen just came to show the cooks sit in the back, throw food at eachother and joke around instead of doing their job. once the food is ready, servers let it sit back there for ages until someone finally picks it up and serves it. so if you were wondering why your food is cold and half-assed. this is why. read more

The MOST horrible experience tonight. Will not say anything negative about the bar staff but the kitchen was absolutely awful! Waited 30 minutes for our hatch queso and then it came with chili when we only ordered the pico. 20 minutes later, we get our chips/queso. Granted, we are now 50 minutes + into our visit. Our shared meal was ok but took way longer than normal to get. We placed a to-go order in plenty of time for it to arrive reasonably and still had to wait 30 minutes for our buffalo chicken tots. Lo and behold, we get home and it was chips and queso with the queso hard and lumpy - not edible. Phone call to them to complain and we get a store credit for the tot fee (not on our rewards account but some internal credit that you know will never happen). This is one of our lunch stops and today was not a good visit. They were busier than normal which definitely slowed the service.. Our server must have had a large party as she was hustling so I won't beat her up for that. The food took much longer than normal and when it came out it was wrong for my friends order.. He flagged down our server and she went to take care of everything. She came back and said that party order was coming out soon and it would be 15 minutes for his wings to be ready.. He told her to cancel and charge him for whatever she felt was appropriate.. She charged him for the fries (which isn't even a full order). Never saw a manager and if I did we would have had a conversation.. very disappointed how this all transpired. Note to self, if it looks busy go somewhere else.. Ordering through the app was simple, but everything fell apart when I arrived for pickup. I got there just two minutes early. The "To Go" clerk eventually came over, gave me my bag, and walked off without checking the order. When I noticed our strawberry lemonades were missing, she looked confused, left for 7-8 minutes, and came back saying the bartender was making them. Another 7 minutes passed before she returned again with the same excuse. Meanwhile, my food sat on the counter--two burgers, fries, and a warm cookie skillet with ice cream--getting cold and melting. When the drinks finally came, I politely asked to speak with a manager. The manager walked up, didn't greet me, and offered no apology. Instead, she said there was nothing she could do because they only had one bartender. I explained that my food was now cold and dessert melted, but she simply repeated, "There's nothing I can do. You already paid online." That response was shocking. A manager should never dismiss a customer that way. Even a simple "I'm sorry" would have shown empathy. She could have offered to recook the food, replace the dessert, or find some other way to make it right. Instead, she chose to do nothing. This wasn't about waiting for drinks--it was about the lack of care, accountability, and respect for the customer. When management shows no empathy, it sets the tone for the entire staff. Sadly, this experience left me with cold food, melted dessert, and no desire to return. Customer service shouldn't be a dying art, but at this location, it feels like it is. read more

The food is less than average, the prices are above average, and the service is dismal. Don't order the boneless chicken wings. They're mostly breading and served cold. The fries taste like wax and are colder than the boneless wings. This is after getting kicked out of their ordering app twice and calling in my order. Did I mention that the person on the phone told me 10 minutes. I arrived at exactly 10 minutes later and waited another 32 minutes. I'll rate this for what it is. It's a sports bar that serves food. If your expecting fine wine and filet mignon your in the wrong place. I had the Buffilitos with Asia's sauce and cole slaw. This was actually quite good and I'd certainly do this agin. Nice! I also tried the wings with the dry rub and that was really good too. My SO had the Santa Fe salad but it lacked avocados. When we asked the server she came back with they were out of avocados. Maybe tell us that when we order? The beer list did not match what was available on tap. This should always be up to date. Maggie was amazing!! We were seated right away. Maggie brought drinks exactly as they were ordered. Did not get pushy when we wanted to order appetizers and then wait to order meal. Maggie kept our table cleaned off and drinks filled up. The reasons we gave four stars not five... The amount of salt on our fries was way too much! We ordered the same burger and fries however, the amount of fries on my husband's plate was about half as much as the amount of fries on my plate. Portions should be more concise! Our server Jerrica is, by far, one of the best servers we've ever had anywhere. She remembers our orders, and we never have to worry when we have her. Food came out cold, server said she would check on why it came out cold and disappeared for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes of waiting she returned and asked if we needed anything else. My wife had to ask the server what did she find out about the cold food. The server replied the kitchen didn't know why the food was cold.... We had a short time of staring at each other until I just asked for boxes, paid my bill and left. We've had several times where service was bad and we always chalked it up to under staffing. "Well your door says open until 2AM, and the internet says 11, so all of this is wrong?" She says "Well, we're actually short staffed today." I told her THAT'S what she needed to say. I only order online and the staff do a great job. The website/app used to let you leave a small request on your order but that's gone. I always said "Don't tie the bag/xtra crispy". We ended up here after the GOTR concerts Saturday night, around midnight. I was surprised that they were open for 2 more hours-it was pretty empty and in a strip mall a little jog from the interstate. The food was fine. There was a bit of frustration because one in our group ordered the app sampler and wanted to substitute the wings with boneless and our server told us that it wasn't possible-even when we were willing to pay an upcharge. In the end, the platter came with boneless, but that was just odd. It did seem like our food took awhile given how empty the place was, but maybe that just means that things aren't sitting under a heat lamp. BW's is one of few chain restaurants where I feel like I can never find something on the menu that I want to order. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Me and three friends went for the fifteen minute lunch we sat down and ordered from the fifteen minute lunch menu. Our lunch was not out in fifteen minute so we assumed that it would be free. The waitress tried saying she didn't know we were doing the fifteen minutes lunch but if you ordered from that menu why would not be doing it. I ordered online and was told to be there by a certain time so my food was ready for takeout, they gladly took my money but took over a half hour to finally give me my food after the Time it was supposed to be ready. I was given cold soggy food in warm boxes so I didn't think to check the warmth of the food. when asked how long my food was sitting there, I got a short reply with the words "not long". got home and had to microwave my food. I'm not a huge BWW fan, but this one has great service and the food is prepared very well. Made two visits and I can tell they treat everyone like a VIP. Bar tenders seem to know their stuff too! It's a great place to take in a game and some really well prepared BWW fare at the bar or at a table. In town for a couple of Weeks so I'll be back. read more
