They are the reason we decided to come out tonight, and we were happy to get a parking spot and a table near the stage. Outstanding cocktails!! I tried the root beer float, the strawberry rum margarita with salt, and the lemon drop martini My husband thought his bacon cheese burger was delicious. I ordered a macaroni and cheese brisket, which the cashier repeated back to me. When they brought my husband's burger, I asked them where my meal was. They said it would be out later. Then, I ordered another drink and asked where my meal was. Again, they said it would be out. I ordered 2 more drinks and asked the same thing. Finally, after my fifth drink, the cashier said, "I don't have a brisket macaroni and cheese on your tab." I said, "I ordered it 2 hours ago and the other cashier read it back to me. I've asked about it multiple times since!!" She said, "well, I'll add it now." So we were there from 6 PM to 9 PM, and I did not receive my food until 8:30. I honestly think three stars is pretty generous on my part considering these "servers" tried the starve me to death and showed zero remorse when i complained about their indifference. The overall vibe of Long Shots is very cool. The setup is modern, and the ball-tracking technology makes the experience unique and enjoyable. From an atmosphere standpoint, the place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. My wife and I sat inside before our range reservation for about 10 minutes just waiting for waters, and no one even acknowledged us. Once we got to our bay, we played for about 15-20 minutes before a waitress finally stopped by. We asked for a pitcher of water, but it never came. Another waitress passed by later, and we asked her as well--still nothing. Eventually, I had to pause my game and go to the register to ask someone to bring it. Over the full 2 hours we were there, no one ever came back to check on us again. For a place built on such a fun concept, the food and drink service really brought the experience down. Tons of Potential! Somewhat of a different option than Top Golf. Driving range. You can rent their clubs at $5. Ball machine costs depending on upon number of balls. You can bring your own clubs and simply use Long Shots as a driving range. Tons of pads to swing away!!! The food and service is the area for potential. Such an awesome venue, and a great place to hang out and enjoy a craft beer or cocktail. Tons of seating and super clean. However, service was not the friendliest and our party of six, all our food came out at a different time. The burgers were great, yet the buns overpowered the burgers as they were really huge and somewhat stale. If they change their buns with fresher and smaller, it would have been perfect. The fries were fine, not our favorite as they were curly slices of potatoes. The nachos were great, nice presentation and taste. The other appetizer that was worth getting was their pretzel. The beer on draft was excellent. A good couple local IPA's, served cold and refreshing! Margaritas were good too! If service and timing of food improves, it will only improve overall! For atmosphere- the place is great. Such a fun way to spend an afternoon. Hitting balls and drinking craft beer- perfect. It's super clean and organized. Food...not so much. While it's not bad- it's also not good. We had 4 pizzas, each a bit under cooked...and they were on average $20 each Nachos were good except the pork (out of a container pretty sure) was not warm. Salad was good size, lots of toppings. Said house made ranch but it was a lot like ranch water. At the end- would I go again? Absolutely. I think the vibe is fun. It's clean. We are getting ready for a golf outing and wanted to get to a driving range to work on our swing. This place was so cute! Had a great vibe going on outside--we didn't spend much time inside (just to order our food and drinks) but it looked nice in there too. Sat outside and enjoyed friends company and had a couple drinks. Our food was brought out to us pretty quickly. We ordered pepperoni pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza. Both were very good! I wouldn't consider the crust a thin crust but it wasn't too thick either. Great amount of toppings and sauce. We also ordered the range fries which were delicious--I wasn't even able to get a picture of them lol. The range lanes are first come first serve but we were able to snag up two side by side at the end of the range. It was perfect! read more

Great place to hit balls and drink a beer. Well stocked bar and good selection of cigars (cigar patio coming). Average food. Now they need to train the help to be friendly and helpful. The food was very good though slightly pricey. They do not have waiters so you order at the bar, including your drinks. Pay attention to the customer service reviews by others!! We were a party of 3 whose food arrived to us at staggered times making it impossible for us to eat together. The average wait time between entrees was about 5 minutes. One of our meal items was made improperly and we wait med an additional 10 minutes for it to arrive. By the the time it arrived we had completed our meals. Jessie the manager refused compensation and her response as long as the kitchen remakes it, it doesn't matter when the item arrives. read more

Poor service by Jessie and her servers. Jessie must be new to the service industry as she thinks it is normal for all members of a parties food to arrive at different times. So if you want to eat together I recommend going elsewhere. However if you want to press your luck and give them a shot then cross your fingers the order is not messed up. This place is no longer just a driving range...LONG SHOTS is a HIDDEN GEM located in TROY, OHIO! It's basically a local version of TOP GOLF! Except.... It's MUCH BETTER in my opinion.! The food, the atmosphere, and the service were incredible. Jessica and Libby are incredible human beings and they rep the brand very well. I can't wait to bring my family and friends back here. Awesome facility always being taken care of. Great atmosphere with new beers added weekly and an ever growing food menu. Stocked with a full bar and an indoor simulator! Owners defiantly knew what Troy needed, food and entertainment!! All in all great place to be!! read more
