Not too crazy on a Wednesday night. Was able to get seated right away. Didn't take long for the…read moreweight staff to pop by and answer questions, give us some samples. In my last review of this place, I was wildly unhappy with the engineering of the restrooms because of its implications for child safety. They have gone to very strong lengths to substantially, engage and resolve all of my issues. I would not be afraid at all that if my kids went into the bathroom, some stranger would have access to them that they shouldn't. This is a fun little place with some great background music. It's like a brew pub meets a diner with lots of table tables. The staff is friendly and engaging. If you're gonna eat here, the pork sandwich is pretty good. My sweetie liked her cheesesteak. Also, they had a pretty yummy stout on tap as well - something fluffy stay puff. My buddy Nick really enjoyed the Irish red. Says it's very yummy.

Don't go. This place is a rip off. I just paid $20 for nachos with a little bit of pork on top…read more Now, the purchase is on me. I misread the menu's prices. Gotta own that, but holy heck, $20.00 for a plate of chips with some sauce and veggies. And when the nachos first came out, had to send them back. Barely any queso on top and the "queso" and pork were cold. That was after waiting 25 minutes for them. When they came back out, they were warmer, but the nachos were gross. Almost no flavor. The pork tasted boiled and had no seasoning. Tried to eat the nachos but couldn't. Left almost a whole plate load. The one beer I had was good, but the price tag for two beers and late/cold/bland nachos that I couldn't eat came out to $42.60 after a tip. No thanks.

We randomly ended up in Sydney on a Monday evening. After looking through Yelp, we decided to give…read moreThe Bridge a try. We lucked out and it was happy hour. Their martinis were half price (I think!). We both had a dirty martini with blue cheese olives! The starters were half price too. We ordered the tuna which was really good. It was served with wasabi. For dinner we both ordered the special, a 10 oz New York Strip. We split a wedge salad. The bread and garlic butter were wonderful! I could have feasted just on that! Our server, Madison was very helpful and thoughtful. We were really glad that we could pay our check right from the table using the QR code. We would definitely go back!

We had an art show to attend in Sidney and stopped here for dinner afterwards. It's a beautiful restaurant in downtown Sidney. I started with a cup of clam chowder. Salty and creamy, it was very good. Next I had the Ahi Tuna dinner. The tuna was a bit overcooked but still delicious (and also salty). But the veggies were way overcooked, mushy and served cold. Yuk. The rice was also way overcooked and a mush pile, yuk as well. My SO had the Ahi tuna appetizer as her meal and the Greek salad. The tuna was coated both sides with a thick layer of wasabi and completely overpowered. She tried to scrape it off. The salad was ok but lacking any feta (again, a Greek salad). Service was painfully slow even though it was not busy. (3/4 of the tables were open.) Given that, the bill was over $100, I would certainly expect more for that price. Sorry, but it will be some time before we return.
