We had a wonderful experience at the Troy Culver's! Team Lead Tiffany really stood out with her outstanding customer service. Our boys' ice cream was accidentally made without the Oreos, and while mistakes happen, what impressed us most was how Tiffany handled it. She was walking around checking on guests, asked how everything was, and immediately made it right with a smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She also mentioned how hard the team works to keep the restaurant clean, especially the restrooms, and I have to agree the bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Tiffany was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. It's employees like her who make people want to come back. Great food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant. Tonight, as is often the case, the side salad was in the bag on top of the hot food. If it had stayed there for the twenty minute ride home, it would have been well and truly wilted. I removed it but it was late, and dark, and I didn't see that the salad was also not fresh: some of the lettuce had black slimy bits. The raspberry topping was missing from the order. When I went inside the store to get the raspberry topping, the kid who was helping me tried to give me a packet of raspberry salad dressing. At least when I did get the actual topping there was a solid lid on the container rather than the dome lid with the large hole on top that seems to be Culver's default when it is ordered to-go (this makes NO sense to me when you're filling to-go orders: people need to get their food home without spilling it. Those dome lids are the next best thing to handing customers cups of topping without any lid at all). Just a little common sense and attention to detail would make me a happy customer. Sad to say, at the Troy Culver's I can't remember the last time all the items ordered were in the bag, or that there wasn't something wrong with the food itself. We were at the Miller Lane location this past Sunday. We walked in to see our table cluttered with about 20 crayons and messy with food crumbs. While my wife ordered or lunches, I waited 10 minutes for someone to stop by to wipe down the table. Food runners passed by every 5 minutes, but no one stopped to clear our table. My wife cleaned it with our Wet Wipe and then after 25 minutes after ordering food, we hadn't received it! My wife went up to ask why and got a story, "We're just real busy." She returned to our table and we waited another 12 minutes before our dinners were delivered. The food was not hot and it was obvious it had sat out for a half hour or more before they delivered it. On top of that they were out of sweetened tea and made no attempt to refill it. We were very disappointed and will think twice before returning and will likely warn our friends to not bother dining at your location. We drove north to the Troy Culver's and it was clean and the food was hot and service quick. The Miller Lane location is not training their employees to take care of the customers. Management there needs better training too. I can offer my services as a "Mystery Shopper" to monitor the Miller Location which will help turn things around. I love Culver's, don't get me wrong, but I ordered a meal off the menu and asked the lady if I could remove the pop charge. She responded by saying it wasn't possible, even though my friend did the same thing and got it removed. The cashier had no idea what she was doing and needs to be trained better. read more

This continues to be a family staple for us. Fresh food and friendly service, though the drive through can sometimes be overwhelmed out to the street. We typical go in to order to go if we are not staying; however, I recently discovered the NEW(er?) Culver's app. Ordered online, drove there, walked in and walked out with food. Game changer compared to a typical carry out wait (standing in store) of up to 10 minutes. Let's face it - they wouldn't be busy if they weren't good - so even absent to app we don't mind waiting for fresh fast family friendly food! Favorites are the buffalo tender basket - enjoy great sauce choices and generous from the counter as well. Butter burger with cheese is my other family favorite! They're delicious. Everything was amazing! Great family atmosphere. The cashier was great and explained everything well to me and my family as we struggled with what to order. But the burgers were killer smash burgers and the kids loved the kids meals which they come with custard at the end of their meals. I'm sad because I'm just visiting troy for work and this place is 2 hours from where I live I definitely will be coming back whenever I visit troy again!!! read more

Food is pretty food, yummy butter burgers. They're better than "regular" fast food with the prices to go with it. A meal is typically about $7. The style is more cafeteria than fast food too. I visited a number of times when in the area. Very nice employees and up to Culvers typical standards. Regarding the $15 hamburger comment, I have no idea how you would spend $15 on one meal. Their value meals start at $4 for a hamburger, fries and drink. Culvers are sooo much better than the typical fast food restaurant. read more

The food here is always good. I haven't been there once where it wasn't delicious. The fries are always crunchy yet soft in the middle and I love crinkle fries, so even better. The burgers are good and I like how they have mayonnaise and mustard packs on the side so I can put how much I want on my hamburger. The employees are all polite, but Tiffany goes above and beyond. This Culver's is delicious. It can be way to busy sometimes and be hard to find a seat. However the food and service is always good.

I am a fan of Culver's; first started going there in Wisconsin and was happy to see one open in Troy. I stopped in today for a quick lunch and although I am a Butterburger lover, today I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich and iced tea. The sandwich comes on a nice roll; wish there was a wheat/whole grain option, lettuce, tomato and dill pickle slices finish it off. It was a tasty sandwich. I behaved; no shake today.
