I told her I could the following day and she said no you have to come back them same day. She said she would send a coupon for replacement and that was three weeks ago. So they got me on that order. Everything needs improvement at this location. Especially the drive thru. I went to Troy ohio. Went inside order 2 small carmel frappe and egg mcmuffin. Got my sandwich right away. 10 minutes past I got 1 frappe said other on the way. 5 more minutes past still didn't get it. I asked to see a manager a heavy set woman comes up I explained I have been waiting could I get a new hot sandwich. She walks away and a skinny blonde manager comes up and says you don't need to throw your food at my manager. Your order is either going to be wrong or they're going to be closed an hour to two hours early for some unspecified 'maintenance' without updating their hours online or on the app, so you drive your 10-15 minutes there just for them to be closed for no good reason. I dont know how a McDonald's fast-food establishment was able to brazenly transform itself to the opposite of fast-food, but this location has accomplished the impossible. There are TWO fast-food take out windows and yet neither seems to be functional. This is truly the worst McDonald's location in the continental US and should either be shut-down or completely re-staffed because it is such an embarrassment. We've had to drive off the line twice while waiting because a Big Mac and 6 piece mcnugget took over 25 min to get after 10 min to even order. Slow service coupled with complacent workers. My husband and I went to this McDonalds on our way to an appointment, thinking we could get in and out quickly. Cars in the drive through were wrapped around the building, but not many people were inside, so we went in. We ordered right away and waited for our food. We waited...and waited....and waited. The annoying part wasn't the wait but watching workers standing around or moving at a strolling pace, as if it wasn't busy. To me, that's a big management problem. Well, 30 minutes later, we got our order and quickly left to get back on the road, way later than we wanted to be for our appointment. And to add insult to injury, our hashbrowns were cold. I'm not a fast food expert but I decided I wanted to try some chicken nuggets. It took 15 minutes to get through the drive through at 8:30pm on a Tuesday. It seems as though it's always pretty crowded at this location. I'm not sure why my fries were cold unless the 10 cars in front of me didn't order any fries and they had been sitting there, though that doesn't seem likely. The chicken nuggets were noticeably thin. Maybe half the thickness as usual and they were also cold. I feel like this was not the best fast food experience. read more

Yes, it is small, but it is very clean and I have not had any huge order problems here. I go there about every other day to get their Vanilla Iced Coffee (with Extra vanilla). The employee's have encountered have all been very friendly. No reason to "skip" this place because its "small". I'd rather visit a small CLEAN place than a huge dirty place. read more

I am one of the biggest fans of McDonalds there is. I have tried most everything on the menu, been to hundreds of different McDs all over the country. But this has to be one of the worst set up McDs I have ever been to. From the outside it looks HUGE!!! but once you step inside you realize that 2/3rds of the building is Kitchen!!! The waiting area is dreadfully small and once you order there really is no room to wait for your food. To get your drink there is literally a small breezeway if you will that goes from the waiting area to the drinks, big enough for one person to fit. It creates this bottleneck from the counter to the drink station. People are going back and forth in between the two areas, and it is just this huge cluster! The interior has been remodeled to this nice upscale type look, but the design for functionality is totally asinine. I've had rude service as well as superior service here, but you get that when you pay somoene $8/hour and is there purely for the paycheck. If you stop here by all means hit the drive thru, which they have 2 driver thru lanes (which are usually full), but it will keep you from pulling your hair out trying to navigate the inside corridor. read more

If I could leave a 0 stars I would. Slow service. ( even when very few customers) the employees don't care they don't move and management is just as bad. I have received old dry burger patties. This McDonald's is by far the worst around our area! I rarely come to this location because it takes forever to get through the drive thru. I had two little ones with me so I decided to try the mobile app, in hopes of getting our food quicker. Boy was that a mistake. We pulled in to the pick up spot, entered the spot number into the app and waited for 20min before I had to drag two little ones inside. Once inside, we waited at the counter for another 5min for someone to acknowledge we were even standing there. Once I explained that I ordered via the mobile app and still hadn't received my food, I had to wait another 10min to actually receive my order. While waiting I noticed there were at least 6 people waiting for their food as well.....and getting angrier by the minute. It wasn't that there weren't enough people working, but they were not being managed effectively. The ones making the sandwiches were just goofing around and the managers weren't doing anything about it. One manager stood there making fries while 4 other people just stood around. Her time would have been better spent in the prep area making sure the food was being expedited out! The other managers was just walking around dumb founded. This is definitely my last visit to this location!!! I truly don't know how they stay in business. I will drive a few extra miles and spend my money at the Tipp City McDonald's instead. read more

Of all the McD's in the area - this one is the worst. Avoid it all at cost and either head south to Tipp City or Vandalia. The set up is horrible. The service is always slow. Recently updated this McDonald's has very little room on the inside. It looks nicer than before but has less space. About 40 percent of the time they mess the order up when going through the drive through as well. Overall I would skip this McDonald's unless you really don't want anything else that's nearby. read more
