Service was slow and I had to check on salads after waiting for about 15 minutes. There was some kind of mix-up, but it was resolved quickly. One of my favorite places to get a salad. read more

I got in line for breakfast today at 10:18 AM and didn't get to the menu to order until 10:43 AM. The line was moving at a snails pace. Needless to say I pulled out and left with no food at this point because I was there for breakfast and breakfast hours were over. This is my first time back since the reopening and if this is how service is going to be it will be my last. Prior to the shut down for renovations they had people taking orders outside and the lines moved quickly and the process was very efficient. 30 min plus in a fast food line is unacceptable and they should consider going back to the way they were order taking pre renovations. read more

Being our favorite fast food restaurant, my wife and I have been to numerous Chick fil A locations in multiple states from East Coast to the Midwest. We eat there often as we both have special eating requirements, both food allergies and dietary needs. Meal of choice is their southwest salad, but without tomatoes and the corn, black bean, peppers mix. With the creamy salsa dressing, it's a delicious salad. Chick fil A is well known for its excellent customer service and we've never had an issue. They are very accommodating. However, at the Benchwood, OH location, they pre-make all salads for the day in the morning and are unwilling to take custom orders nor make exceptions. There is no posted notification that they do not make salads to order nor upon receiving our order did they inform us that they'd be unable to make what we'd ordered. Instead, they delivered their premade salads with tomatoes, corn, black beans, and peppers as if they expected us to accept them. In addition, the attitude of the server was far below acceptable being both indifferent and unapologetic to their unwillingness to meet our needs. If you have any special eating requirements, avoid this location. You will be disappointed. Any other Chick fil A location is highly recommended. read more

How can a Chick-fail-A ever be anything but awesome?? We visited last month right around dinner time. It was a little busy, but that's to be expected. And even with the crowd our food was delivered to our table in only a couple of minutes. Hubby loves their spicy chicken sandwich. I loved their classic nuggets. We always share a large fry with plenty of of their sauce for dipping. I love that this place is crazy kid friendly. They offer high chairs like every else. But they also go the extra mile. I love their disposable place Mats! (You'll probably find them near the high chairs.) Just peel the paper off the back and stick it to your table. It makes cleaning up after a toddler so much easier! And most importantly, the play area! My son is done with sitting and chatting after he's downed a couple bites. So he can go play while my husband and I enjoy our meal and some conversation. This is the first time I have ever went to a chilck-fil-a with bad service. The order was also very incorrect.

Went for dinner on the way home. Nice clean place. The counter help was a little pushy. I was looking the menu on the wall and the kid kept asking are you ready to order. I asked to wait a minute I was looking over the menu. Right after I said that he asked again if I was ready. I got the chicken wrap combo it was good not great the best part was the avocado lime dressing. This came with waffle fries and a drink (coke thank God). Great place to get cheap fast food! They definitely know their chicken and how to make it delicious. I always order the Spicy Chicken Delux sandwich, it has a little bit of a kick to it, but not too spicy and the cheese, lettuce, and tomato make this a pretty favorable meal. Their waffle fries are my favorite, make sure to ask for Chick Fil A sauce or garlic ranch to drip them in! Service there is always super friendly and happy to serve you. Since it is fast food, there isn't anything particularly special or unique about it, which is why I gave 3 stars, but it doesn't feel as unhealthy and gross as a McDonald's or Burger King. Just moved to the area for work and was staying at a hotel down the street. Obviously chic fil a is always a go to spot but this morning my wife and I stopped by for breakfast, it wasn't too busy which is always a plus! The young lady on the intercom taking our order was without a doubt the most friendly and nice person I have ever heard in a drive through. The drive-thru is a well-oiled machine, with order takers standing outside at attention to make the line move faster. The long lines drove us inside. Good customer service both at the cash wrap, and on the floor. The dining area was kept clean despite being busy. I only ask that they do something about the excessively slick floors. Probably the worst chick Fil a I've been too. No one had a clue what was happening. Extremely slow service.

I went through the drive thru this morning to get a burrito, my order was placed quickly and was up at the window in a matter of seconds. After receiving my food and once I arrived my destination I noticed the wrapper was not sealed at all and was rather loose around my burrito, normally it's sealed on the burrito very tight. As I began to eat my food I noticed there was a slight tear in tortilla which I figured id let it slide, no biggie. Well, after taking a couple of bites the bottom of my burrito was not sealed tightly and half the burrito spilt all over my car seat. I'm not usually a fan of leaving reviews but I have been to this chick fil a a number of times and usually it seems like the staff tries to rush the customer off ASAP, they are unfriendly, or at times I don't get a "my pleasure" after saying thank you to the staff. I hate leaving this but I love chick fil a and I am getting pretty fed up with some of the encounters I've had with this location. read more

We ordered four regular Chik-fil-A sandwiches and two large fries. When we got to the window, they told us to pull forward to wait for our order. I watched twelve cars pass us at which point I got out the car, went back to the window, and asked where our food was? The girl at the window looked back in fear, and then said it was on its way out. They sent someone from the front counter out with the bags apologizing profusely because he had no idea about the order. We asked to speak to a manager. GREYSON(said manager)complained about having to come out or the store because it was too hot. When asked about the situation, GREYSON lied and said that everyone in the twelve cars that passed us all had ordered only nuggets(some of them had three bags). We pointed out that we had waited close to 20 minutes for our order at 4:30...not exactly rush. When questioned about how we were to be compensated, GREYSON said that he had never been treated so rudely and that he wanted our food back. Needless to say, avoid this location especially if asked to pull forward and wait. GREYSON is the rudest manager I have ever met and needs to be terminated immediately. He/She/They had the audacity to act offended when confronted about lack of communication and refused to take any responsibility for the situation. Stopped in while at work to grab a quick bite with my partner (work). I was initially offered a discount because of my profession by my cashier. She asked the cashier next to her how to go about applying it to the bill, and she responded with, "you're JUST an EMT" the discount is only for firefighters. I never ask for a discount nor do I expect one, it's always a pleasant surprise; however, I was a bit shocked to be initially offered a discount then have it taken away because I'm "JUST an EMT." Technically my qualifications are far more than that, but none of that matters. I guess one could have said, "you're JUST a cashier." I was pretty disappointed with my last experience. I'm disappointed in the food I received here at the Benchwood store location. I stopped in close to 8pm and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. While at the restaurant, I removed the sandwich from it's wrapper only to find it to be barely warm and soggy. I gave it to a manager. He apologized and promised another sandwich. It took over 10 minutes to get a fresh sandwich. Isn't there a certain time product supposed to be discarded and replaced with fresh product? The soggy barely warm sandwich was disgusting. read more
