When I walked in a person said order at the kiosk. No goodmorning nothing . I wanted something that the kiosk can not do . I waited 5 plus mins watching her pull monoply pieces off cups while i waited she finally said order on the kiosk . I told her i want something that i can not order on there she proceeded to tell me the drive thru had cars I guess people waiting to order do not matter. She was very rude and when i asked for a manager or her supervisor she turned her back on me . Do not eat here!!! read more

The only reason I am writing this is because I'm hoping the owner sees it. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, this is lunch rush, early morning, or dinner this location is slow. Got a delivery order didn't receive my 2 large fries. Also didn't receive any of my condiments. I didn't get any napkins. The cost of the missing items cost 10 dollars. I went to this McDonald's on December 22, 2022, between 12 - 1p, give or take a few minutes. I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered a double cheeseburger meal for my granddaughter and the Smoky BLT Double QPC meal for myself. The line itself moved along in decent time. The Drive-Thru cashiers were very friendly and courteous, delivering great customer service. When I got home and began to eat my meal (the Double QPC BLT), I noticed that the sandwich was missing something: the bacon, as in the B in BLT! Luckily, I had some bacon that I reheated and added to the sandwich but I ordered a sandwich with something that clearly wasn't there. I wasn't about to go back and make a stink about it but how do you miss a key ingredient in a sandwich when that ingredient is in the name?! We visited this McDonald's in the past so this isn't a dealbreaker since, for the most part, they usually get things right. read more

Very much convinced this McDonald's does not sell ice cream ever usually, even though they never stop advertising it. I've been here once at least every other week and never have they ever had the ice cream machine up. They hardly serve what you want half the time either. read more

Did mobile order at 2:10pm with curbside pickup. Waited for 20 minutes. Since inside was not open went through drive through. They finally gave me food with grill time at 2:10pm (14:10 on grill slip) at 2:40pm.. Asked for manager. No apologizes what so ever. Asked manager for district manager name and number, he gave me a plastic cup and said call this number at bottom. They would not give me my receipt, apparently so I could not do a survey on the extremely poor service I received. read more

Spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru because they would only take the order on one side. Then as soon as I got to the order machine I spent an extra 15 minutes sitting there while they constantly took orders at the other side. Awful service. read more

Me and the fam wanted to get some food because we were hungry and let me tell you it was awful. First off We got fries and they were cold and unsalted. If I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled up to the drive through at 11 am (I know this because I was going to order breakfast, but realized it was late enough for lunch). The girl taking orders was polite, and I got my order in quickly. When I got to the window, I was instructed to pull forward to the #1 drive through waiting spot, which was odd since I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal...nothing special. I proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes. And watched as MANY others received their orders after me. The employees continued to walk past my vehicle without questioning why I was still there. Eventually, my son got out to check on why it was taking so long, and the door was locked (duh, no dine-in) He did get someones attention who came to the door and yelled out to see what I had ordered. As you can imagine, I was irritated, so I yelled my order back. She said she would "see what she could do". I yelled back that at least 5 other "wait-listed" people who had come after me had already been served. At this point, the "manager" decided to come and lecture me on the fact that there were "children" working there, and I should be careful in how I spoke to them. Not, "gee ma'am, sorry the children messed up, we know you're hungry", that I needed to talk sunshine and rainbows to the children so I didn't upset them. Hungry me has no time for such nonsense, so I was not polite with him. (Seriously, did he TRAIN, those children???) After telling him to just get my food, he basically told me I was not going to be served. All I wanted was the first meal of the day in a timely manner because I had a LONG road trip ahead of me. Oh, btw...I told him that I had waited 20 minutes. He insinuated I was exaggerating. When I pulled away, I checked the clock...11:30....Soo....MORE than 20 minutes! stay away from this place the McDonald's on needmore road they have mold in their burgers and they took an hour to give me my order and their ice cream machine is always broke and their employees are rude is hell and one of their workers tried to over charged me and the curbside wait was 40 minutes wait and by time they took my food out it was cold cold stay away now I would give it a 0 stars if I could read more
