I stopped by here on my travels between Columbus and Indianapolis, hoping to grab a quick meal to go so I could get back on the road. Unfortunately service happened to be slow. I waited much longer than I had expected. All I had ordered was a grilled cheese meal, but apparently the kitchen was backed up so my order was delayed. My food was very good, as always. It was okay. Service was okay for being a fast food type restaurant. The server originally acted annoyed that we didn't know exactly what we wanted when we walked in, making her stand and wait before taking our order, but finished the transaction friendly. TLDR: Very Impressed with food, service, and cleanliness of restaurant. We went to Culver's for dinner. While chatting with waitress (new). The owner came up and engaged. He was extremely friendly. Extremely helpful with our questions. And extremely patient with his new hire. He continued chatting with us while they prepared the food. The burgers are not frozen, the cod is battered on order, and the ice cream is real (not from a box/bag.). We had butter burgers, curds, pretzel bites, and cod. All of it was good. The only thing I would not get again was curds. Not because they weren't good. I've just had better and like the pretzel bites more. My son liked it so much he begged for us to go back for lunch the next day. We both had burgers. They were excellent again. The service was great. This time we went Thur drove thru. It was efficient. I've never seen the sticky number for your mirror before. Chic filet should take that tip and run with it. read more

Yesterday tried the new Culver's which is located on Miller Lane off I-75 (Benchwood Exit). It was so good that I went there for lunch today just so I could take pictures for Yelp, since it is difficult to describe how good their "butter burgers" are. I have been to Culver's in Franklin, Ohio, but only for their fish, which is very good as well. I saw an article listing Culver's as one of the top burger places in the country, and they were right. As you can see, the beef patty is not your typical hamburger hockey puck. It is hand formed like you get at Five Guys or Smashburger. The bun, lettuce, tomato, and onion were very fresh as well. What makes this burger very unique is the Wisconsin cheese. They don't call them "cheese heads" for nothing. It is the creamiest, best tasting burger cheese. It really makes the burger. Their extensive menu is amazing, and their frozen custard is out of this world. The restaurant itself is new and is kept quite clean by the staff despite it being packed when I visited. The staff were all very nice and efficient, and appeared to enjoy serving the public. read more

I can't review too much as I get the same thing every time I go to Culver's. But, I will say that they have the best fried fish out of any fast food that I've ever had. Better than some seafood restaurants as well. This location does a good job with service and cleanliness. The pretzel bites are also delicious! My advice, go to Culver's. I had their grilled chicken sandwich last night. It was good, but not my favorite. I don't know how to explain it, but the grilled chicken tasted...soft. It was good, just not my favorite item. I love Culver's we go there at least once a week. They have great butter burgers and their fried cheese curds are delicious. My wife always goes for the fried shrimp. The Carmel cashew Sunday is also a winner. Menu is huge and they seem to have worked out the slow drive through issues from when they first opened. Will be back soon! read more

The drive through seems to be designed for failure by someone who doesn't know how cars work. They repeatedly say they are making food fresh, but you will be lucky if you get a fraction of what you ordered at all, and it is stale, cold, watered down, if not missing. I love burgers and this has to be my new place for higher quality fast food burgers. You get an option other than fries for a side (the cheese curds are a must try) and the frozen custard is excellent to have after your meal. Culver's for whatever reason gets a lot of hype and for years I have never understood it. After going to this Culver's I finally understand it. It may be because this location is pretty much brand new, but the moment you say Butter Burger my mind starts wishing this is where I am at. They toast their Butter Burger buns so well, it's like when you are roasting a marshmallow over a fire and you get all sides of it that perfect crisp golden brown. It adds the perfect complement to their fresh lettuce, tomato and what ever other toppings you put on it. The patties are excellent. I usually get the double stacked one, but the single stack is just as good. Moving on to for what I understand that Culver's is known for, their ice cream. Excellent, they do add that what ever makes it top tier sauce. They add the perfect amount of extra ingredients that you like. The flavor is usually rich but not over barring, so you will probably delete the whole thing. They have solid customer service usually highschool kids that are not a Chick-fil-a standard level complementy, but very solid. I have never used the drive thru. The place is a very average and clean seating and that is absolutely fine. read more

The food and service at Culvers can vary from one location to another. The service at this location was average at best. Unfriendly people and not courteous or polite. No thank you either. To top it off, the order came out incomplete and partially wrong. The food at this location was below average. The fish sandwich had a half of a piece of fish on a huge bun. It appeared that the piece of fish was either undersized or broken. Reminded me of a subway type sandwich. The cheese burgers were lacking. Dry and uninviting. Seriously a Mcdonald's type burger at twice the price. But the fries were good and hot. I have been to many other locations and this one is the worst I've been to in terms of service and quality. They had several workers standing around with scowls on their face, looking lost. I hope they will improve. I will note I didn't complain as they looked like the type of crew who wouldn't care anyways. Another lady was already complaining and left mad due to a faulty order. I will note that I rated their restaurant harder than a others because they charge more money. With higher costs we should expect higher quality. read more
