Hamburger worse thing cra*p ever! If I was gonna eat the stuff and a regular basis, I would be going to McDonald's for a bit or burger! If you find yourself passing through tiny Camden, Ohio, this is a nice "greasy spoon" to get yourself a quick, tasty bite. Their pizza, burgers, and fried "stuff" are all reasonably priced and look to be made to order. My mushroom swiss burger (double!!) was VERY flavorful, and added side of fries (I should have ordered a dinner, which would have included a fountain drink) hit the spot and didn't break the bank. The Depot is still as good as it was 45 years ago when as a child would go there for ice cream. During my teen years the Depot was the place to go after football and the school dance for a Depot Burger and a banana shake. The food is still the same and it takes me back to a time and place that I miss and treasure. Every time I'm back home I stop in and get a Depot Burger, fries, and a banana shake. I've been going to the Depot for years through different owners. I think with the current owners it's the best it's ever been. They are currently drive thru only due to COVID but they are rocking it. My go to's at the Depot a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. The last time I got a CBR I got breaded chicken instead of grilled for something different and YUM!! Yes pizza, it's not just ice cream. Their pizza is awesome. Their Chicken Nuggets and Fried Mushrooms are yummy. In October they have a Philly Cheesesteaks Pizza that was to phenomenal. I am not sure if that's a regular thing or if it was just a special. A basic chocolate milk shake is my go to ice cream. Coming through here we were looking for something to eat or something cold. It looks like the only place in Camden with ice cream. The menu lists several basic flavors. Ordered large deluxe pizza and 3 steak sandwiches..... called order in, according to menu on line, the cost should have been 40.00. Apparently all costs have gone up and not been updated. They also tacked on a 3% convenience fee without even telling me until I questioned them about price. I know you are new owners but, let's be up front with prices and just so you know, your should recreate your steak sandwiches or quit selling them. The food is always stellar in every way I can really flip it from the pizza to the burgers and even to the shakes it has a wonderful flavor and ingredient options. The service is always friendly and personable, the workers and the owner are fantastic to talk with and are not afraid of engaging. The seating is rather interesting, there are two things I will touch on. The first thing I have to say it really makes seriously good use of the space it has, and there are outdoor options so that way you can get some space, my favorite spot is under the tree at the picnic table. read more

Probably one of the best cheeseburgers I have had. The others on here that gave a negative review are smoking crack. Of course this is the only item I've had here other then fries or onion rings but that's all I need and will order here. Just no! Rude staff, way overpriced, got our order wrong. You could get frozen cheeseburgers at walmart that were better and cheaper. The milkshakes were un-drinkable and the teenagers just didn't care about their job. Might as well go to McDonald's for a cone and a thin little burger. It would be cheaper and better. Never returning here, with or without my kids. They wanted plan cheeseburgers, how hard is that? I asked for plain. Didn't get plain. I went to let them know, but no one would come to the counter for a long time. The first time I ordered food here a little while ago we tried calling first, and it just rang and rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered. It's like they don't want business. Love the food but the girls that work there couldnt be more rude. I simply asked when I picked up my food for them to repeat the order. She got 3 things wrong and didnt even offer to fix one of the mistakes. Once she gave me the food she just shut the Window instead of a thank you or have a good night.
