This is a great place to take your family their ice cream Sundays are unbelievably great piles of ice cream with toppings and artfully done very nice. They're open now during the warmer weather and it's worthwhile to stop by and have some of their ice cream. I play my music there occasionally and make balloons for the people because it's a family-friendly atmosphere and the management is very friendly. The help is very nice with assisting the people and producing terrific products. You could also stop at the riff rack shack and have dinner and use this as a dessert which a lot of people do you'll find both places very reasonable and affordable for groups and families and enough room for a party if so necessary. I recommend it entirely. They're also welcoming of diverse ethnicities and demographics and show great ambiance to everyone who stops by. I just tried it. Didn't even know it existed and lived here for a half dozen years or more. This thing blows the doors off of dairy queen. It's right next to the rip rap roadhouse which has great food. These guys are so creative in their desserts. The kids absolutely love the desserts. Definitely a place to come back to you for the summer. read more

Great friendly service. Always better to go before most dinner times are over like before 6 pm for sure because it does get busy. Always friendly wait staff here. Family friendly with plenty of picnic tables. The sundaes are awesome and so are the dole ice creams. Would definitely recommend!! read more

Really good ice cream! I had a nutter butter Blizzard-like concoction. It had large chunks of cookie and just the right amount of peanut butter sauce on top. The vanilla soft serve was excellent too. Just the right amount of sweet creaminess. This would be 5 stars but for how melted the ice cream was when it was handed to me and the fact that about 1/5th of the treat was missing and/or skimped. The makers couldn't even fill the cup! For $7 and such a small cup, come on! read more

We packed all the kids in the car to try out this local ice cream place we see blasted on social media. The shakes did not disappoint. At first the staff seemed like they would be less than helpful behind their closed window but they were all very friendly and happily answered any of our questions! Personally, I'm not a soft serve fan (I really prefer scooped ice cream or custard), so that's why I only gave this place three stars. However, my son loved his peanut butter sundae! We all gathered around a picnic table and enjoyed the beautiful summer weather. There were only two other families there around 6:30p on a weeknight. Had to stop in and see what the fuss was all about. Freak shakes may not be new but they sure are tasty and venturing out on this cold afternoon to wait for their opening was going to be the highlight of my day. We got there right at opening and someone came immediately to stand behind us. Then that grew as we ordered and waited. This just made the anticipation more. We settled on the Valentines shake which was a special of chocolate covered strawberry with a Valentine heart cake. I had one small sip and someone else ate the entire thing. I mean... really?? I guess I should have ordered one for myself but I am told it was the fabulous. The one sip I was able to get yielded a strawberry flavor that was creamy with a hint of chocolate. I saw sprinkles go on the shirt sleeve, jacket front, and the picnic table we sat at. All I kept thinking was the birds or animals must love to come feast on the drippings that happen from these creations. It's kinda a hot mess. I was busy trying to fend my dog off from the sprinkles as it was. She was pretty sure she was e titled to the treat. Anyhow, I plan to go back and order my own. read more

Disabled Veterans or handicap with mobility devices in general, please avoid this place unless you seek discrimination. They closed the only accessible dining indoors. You can sit in the sun or try to wheel across gravel if you can. Food is quasi average at best. I imagine ADA violations. read more

Wasn't very good. No Butterfinger topping or addins and way overpriced compared to DQ. We ordered, a cookie dough scrambler, again much pricier than DQ and not as good. A peanut butter lover sundae, this was awful! The waffle Bowl wasn't good, it was small and the toppings and combination was awful. A toasted marshmallow Shake. The girl that got there was being treated so I think she didn't want to complain but she really wasn't drinking it. And the fourth thing was ice cream in a cup, I guess you can't mess that up too much. Also they must alternate their flavors because all the fancy stuff we saw online wasn't necessarily available. We will take Sonic or Dairy Queen over this place any day. The tables were also very dirty even though they hadn't been open very long . The hours posted out front were incorrect and we almost left but then we called and they said they just hadn't changed the sign. The restaurant next door was really cool though. read more
