Mobiled thru for breakfast this morning and ordered a hash brown scramble, yogurt parfait with granola and OJ. As I pulled out, I noticed that I was given a yogurt parfait with chocolate cookies, instead of granola. Not a big deal, but I'm not a fan of chocolate cookies crushed into my yogurt, and so I parked and went inside. I was immediately greeted by multiple people and the manager came over once she saw my bag in hand. I explained to her I received the wrong item and showed my receipt. She apologized profusely and then gave me the correct item. I thanked her and started to leave, but she asked me to wait a moment. She left briefly, and came back with a card which entitles me to a free breakfast entree! I was so impressed at the level of above and beyond customer service for such a small mistake. Pure disappointment. I was driving back home with my girlfriend and we were so excited to get breakfast burritos before our 2 hour journey. After making it clear to the drive thru worker that we wanted 2 egg and hash brown only burritos with extra egg, we got the food, pulled into a spot to eat and opened the bag. Just horrible. There was maybe a tablespoon or two of eggs, 6 little hash rounds and a tortilla. A bird would've still be hungry afterward. I went inside and explained to them, showed them both burritos and had them remake them (barely to expectation). $9 for this? Who is making this? Consistently messes up larger orders. I have to check now before I leave and it's almost every time something is missing. What's up with the fries? Ordered two large fries and they were filled slightly below the top... don't most places fill over? Also, I used to love the larger chicken filets and lately they've gotten kind of wimpy. Great food that is consistent with the CF brand, however this location has an awkward parking lot that makes it hard or even impossible to find parking during peak lunch hours. Additionally, the parking situation and long lines mean likely be in the drive-thru lane for 10 minutes during peak hours. That said, customer service is great and the food is always hot and fresh. Chick-fil-a is always a go-to for us. We really appreciate that it's not only convenient for families, but also lots of fun! My little boy loves their fruit cups, Mac & cheese and playing on their jungle gym. My husband and I love the chicken and waffle fries. Plus, who doesn't wanna spend money in a place that treats you with such courtesy?? And this location was no different! We were very pleased with every aspect from the moment we walked it. Don't EVER get on their bad side! I have not eaten often at chikafilet, hence I didn't have their menu memorized like people who eat there daily. I made the mistake of using the overflow traffic lane. They got mad when I asked for a menu and it was over for me!! They purposely gave me cold sandwich, cold fries, and warm soda. They all talked down to me and were rude. I complained to their management and they barely said sorry, no compensation, no nothing. I think Popeyes has a better sandwich anyway! read more

First of all, this is a fast food restaurant... we know what that means. And it's a Chick-fil-A, so for fast food that's pretty decent generally speaking. The low rating basically comes because this location can be hit and miss in terms of service... It's run by a bunch of high schoolers who are pretty busy socializing and not necessarily paying attention to their job when the adults aren't around. We frequently eat at this ChikFila. We are always amazed at how quickly children who eat ChikFila mature. In the 'Toddler Area: Children must be 3 years and under to play.' You always see children at least 4 feet tall, with incredible vocabularies and extensive gross motor coordination. Most of the time these child prodigies are unsupervised and run around knocking over the slower 'under-developing' children that appear to be typically developing toddlers. Just because indoor dining here is closed doesn't mean I gave up on going here. I went through the drive through during lunch and I was impressed with the time it took me to get my food, which was 8-10 minutes for having about 15 cars ahead of me. The people working there were very nice and clear about where to go in line. I order the same thing every time and it is very consistent. It tasted good and it filled me up for awhile. Good food, friendly employees quick drive through. No parking! Inside seating is open but there is no parking. They suggest parking at closed store next door but that is risky as it is a tow away zone. Where do handicap people park? All of those spots blocked off for three drive up lanes that are usually all not in use. With indoor seating open the parking needs to be open too! read more

For a chain, Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite fast food options. The staff is always very friendly, they've recently started serving your food to your table if you're dining in and walk around often offering to refill drinks. I took away one star do to the lack of variety in their menu. I get it, it's centered around chicken, but I quickly get bored of the menu after about one visit every 2 months. I took away another star in my rating do to the kids play area. This used to be a great place to take the kids I babysit. However the last few times we've been here have been more stressful than anything. The "rules" in the play area aren't enforced, and when I've raised concerns to employees about the kids in my group being pushed around by other kids way too big to be in there they told me there was nothing they could do. The young employees working around the parking lot/drive thru area have no personality and some do not seem to care to even be there. Chick-Fil-A consistently delivers consistency in everything I've ever ordered for years. They have done a lot to provide quick, and excellent customer service. This particular location has a horrible parking lot where you do laps around the building to get into the drive thru. Then you must navigate they pylons and hopefully not scratch up your vehicle trying to get through the slalom. I have my doubts that Chick-fil-a invented the chicken sandwich, but it's still good nonetheless. When I got home, my house smelled like fart-filets. read more

I went through the drivethru and ordered a number 3. I also ordered a medium fry in addition to the number 3. The guy asked me the normal questions and took my payment. I got to the drivethru window and they handed me a bag with only nuggets and a fry. I handed it back asking for my medium fry. The worker told me that the extra fry wasn't listed on my order and I responded well I asked for it. The worker then told the worker at the drivethru window the problem and the worker at the window responded well you'll have to pay for it..as if I was asking for it for free! I responded that I didn't care about paying for something that I already ordered in the first place. After I paid for the extra fry, I drove away and realized that they never gave me the beverage that comes with a number 3. I didn't have the energy to turn back around and return to get yet another item they neglected to give that I ordered since it comes with the number 3. I absolutely love chick-fil-a & always want it in Sundays!!! So i don't get to chick-fil-a to much being as they are closed on Sundays. This chick-fil-a is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly & fast. Seating was clean and this one has a kids play area so u can let them play and grab a seat next to the area so u can eat while they are entertained! This place is as good as a fast food chain gets. They of course specialize in chicken, so don't go here expecting a burger! Nothing goes "moo" that is served here, period. Their food is consistently made right, visually appealing (Gasp, like the photo! Eat that McDs!) with very generous amounts of fresh veggies on the sandwiches, surprisingly awesome salads, addictive milkshakes garnished with whipped cream, a cherry and sometimes even sprinkles, made with their amazingly textured soft serve (wow) and lots of options for kids meals including healthier options like juice instead of soda, spiced 100% apple sauce instead of fries and if they don't like their toy, they can exchange it for an ice cream cone! Awesome. They have special events often, kids nights weekly on Tuesdays I believe (check the breezeways for timing info, I'll update next time I go with specifics!) and they play wholesome music in the beautiful fresh flower accented dining room instead of local radio garbage. What more could we ask for? Oh yes, they also offer Military Discounts to service members in uniform. Depending on who serves you, you might even find little after dinner mints on your tray! Seriously, awesome. Somebody pays attention to detail! Oh my gosh! I feel faint! Catch me, somebody! This is a classy fast food establishment if I've ever seen one. Fresh flowers at every table? Check. Food made with vegetables that don't look wilted and sad? Yes please! Healthy options for those of us not looking for "fast food". They've got us covered. Totally nom nom. When you go to a Chick-Fil-A you expect friendly people, reasonably fast service (because there are always a ton of people) and fresh good food. Well...this location is quite different! First of all, there was 1 (yes just 1) person at the register inside. There was a line that filled the area and 1 cashier? Really? The "manager" was just running around not really doing anything. Second, when I was escorted to the "catering" area I was told that my order would take 15 to 20 minutes? Really? The equivalent of 4 orders of nuggets? Felt like she was shaming me for ordering a larger order of nuggets. Lastly, when we got home with our take out order...my large fries were maybe half full! I spend more to go to this fast food place! I will gladly go to Chick-Fil-A in the future...but it won't be in this location. The only reason that I am giving it 2 stars and not 1 is because there is an older gentleman that works there...and he was so lovely to me and my daughter. I did not get his name, but he was over close to the condiment area and was very sweet and polite. He may have been the only one of the million people working there that was smiling. If you are going to have 20+ people working, why not put a couple at the registers? Ugh! read more

I've yet to have bad service or bad food from this store. My only complaint would be the customers. When going through the drive thru, please read the sign that tells you to circle the building then get in line. This Chick-fil-A is one of the busiest in the area.
