I've been going to this location for the past 10 years, but recently they have been terrible. All new staff that does not care whatsoever. My order was made incorrectly three times in a row by the same person. It took the cashier to yell at the sandwich maker and take their earbuds out to finally get it corrected. Poor customer service today. When I walked in, I stepped back to take my time and look at the menu, and the cashier held a strong stare at me until I ordered. I was thinking of what to order, but he kept talking at me even after I said I was just taking time to look at the menu. The whole thing just felt like he was pushing me to order and that he felt I was taking too long. (I really only took like 45 seconds). He then took my order but it felt like he was judging what I was ordering. I ordered a rather simple sub and asked to remove a few ingredients and he kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to do that. I understand asking a couple of times just to make sure the order is correct, but he asked several times which made me feel like I was wrong for ordering what I wanted. He then turned to the employee assembling the subs and told him my order with a sigh and listed the ingredients with a disappointed tone as if my order let him down. It seemed like he was putting a negative emphasis on the fact that I asked for a few ingredients to be removed, and it just felt very rude. Like just let me order my dang sandwich. This is about my 15th time ordering food from this restaurant. I've never had an issue with ordering extra oil and vinegar, until now. My sandwich was soggy and swimming in oil & vinegar. I called the store to find out what they can do to turn this around. The manager tells me that it's normal for extra oil to be a lot. The sandwich was drowning in liquids. I'm not even exaggerating. The manager offered to replace the sandwich in about 20 minutes, but did not want to wait another 20 minutes. So I asked for a refund and the manager says the next time you order we will credit you. Sorry not ever ordering from your store. You can lose my 50 bucks a month average, BYEEEE! read more

This is a typical Jimmy John's sandwich shop. Fresh bread, fresh meat, and fresh ingredients. They have fast delivery. The staff have always been speedy and polite. The dining area is well kept and clean. Plenty of parking. I love eating these sandwiches. My complaint is the lack of outdoor seating. There is a huge sidewalk in front of the store with room for at least 3 tables. Come on Jimmy's, use that space! read more

My husband and I have gone to Jimmy Johns since college and always loved it. At this particular location we were informed of a new corporate policy that basically forbids workers from giving away hot peppers on the side. This isn't a big deal (it's cheap and shady but whatever) except for the fact that even after we agreed to PAY $.25 for the hot peppers (menu price) the cashier simply refused to give them to us. I don't want them soaking into my sandwich and I'm not sure if everyone I was buying for WANTS hot peppers. It's so weird and bizarre that the cashier stood there arguing about not giving us an item we were willing to pay for. If you don't have little cups for them then GET SOME. Or honestly? Just fold them in a small piece of paper. This is illogical and rude. I wont be coming back. read more

FREAKY GOOD!! i love some jimmy johns. the sub bread is so good! and i like a lot of meat in my sandwich so i am always going with the gargantuan (GIANT) sub.. easily splittable by 2 people. the people are always friendly and greet you when you walk in the door. They take your order as fast as you can give it and its ready by the time you pay usually! i have never done there delivery but i can imagine it would be good. if i want a good sub i like to come to jimmy johns! read more

It's awful that they don't deliver to my neighborhood (Brookside) less than five minutes away but they deliver across the street!

I have been a frequent customer at this particular Jimmy Johns and loved their sandwiches and many times get avocado spread. Our business also receives sample sandwiches with the said spread frequently. I ordered a #1 with avocado spread to go, got back to work and couldn't tell that there was any avocado on the sandwich. I called and was told I could come back and get another sandwich. I said I couldn't because I was at work. So, the manager gets on the phone and tells me the spread is in between the cheese slices. I looked and there was the slightest smear there. I told her I couldn't even taste it. She said, "We have a portioner" I told her that it used to be better and that I guess I wouldn't order that anymore. She said "okay, have a nice day" I don't even think I'll be back at all because of her attitude. Very disappointed. read more

"Freaky fast" The commercials were amusing, but it never convinced me to try it. Recently I got home from work and couldn't get motivated to make dinner. The typical delivery options did not sound appetizing. Why not give Jimmy John's a try. I placed an order online and low and behold freaky fast. The food is good, but overpriced. And the "help" is lousy. My husband ordered two unwiches. The kid who was waiting on him put them on the counter. My husband said, "Don't I get a bag for those?" The kid responded by pointing to some bags. My husband then asked, "Is this self-bagging?" to which the kid said yes. Really? They can't be bothered to put the food you've just paid for in a bag for you? I've been there twice. Both times they had a bunch of people (all kids) working there, most of them doing nothing. Will never order from this location again. unfortunately it has nothing to do with the food but the drivers.... they have got to be some of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever seen driving. they do not pay attention to their surroundings at all.
