The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. They have Coke products & you fill your own drinks. They have a deal where you order burger, fries & drink or you can substitute the drink for a milkshake or concrete mixer. You can also have that served with your meal or later. I went with the later option, they give you a printout to take to the counter to have made right away. I had chocolate concrete mixer with Dove Dark chocolate pieces & M&M's it was delicious! We enjoyed talking with fellow diners. One loves their salads, which hers looked so good with grilled chicken & another couple raved about their fish, which also looked really good too.
