If you're traveling through Franklin, Ohio right off I-75, do yourself a favor and stop at White Castle. I had a client in town from down south who asked the ultimate question... Is White Castle better than Krystal? Luckily, Bobbi had my back. I explained just how important it was for me to make a good impression, and she absolutely delivered. I may or may not have politely begged for HOT fries, and let me tell you, they were on point. The entire meal was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. Buyer beware! Be sure to check that you get your credit card back. After visiting the drive through and using my credit card I was met with a woman that seemed older, like 30-40 years old that was very friendly and engaged in a more than average amount of conversation. After leaving and arriving home I realized that I didn't have my credit card. Was she using conversation to make me forget that I didn't get my card back? I combed my car over and called the store. The manager said that there was no credit card left behind. This was weeks ago. Just a free minutes ago, I get an email from my credit card company that said that my old card (I marked it lost and got a new card) was being used at star bucks. I do not go to Starbucks! I can not trust this store and advise you to go elsewhere. read more

This is the first time I tried Big Red soda. Not bad just different. Mix of sweet vanilla cream and slightly almond aftertaste I was expecting a cherry flavor but could only taste the extra sweetness. Unfortunately they also have to share the same restroom. Minus points for sad looking bathroom soap dispenser was broke off the wall and top was open in a sink. Both the urinal and one of the two toilets had out of order signs. I liked the idea of fast food and fueling up especially on long road trips. The service was fast and friendly. Sing it with me! I usually stop in about once a month and I always get the 10 pack of cheeseburgers. I stopped there today and drove back to where I live. There were literally no onions on the sandwich's at all. That is the primary flavor of White Castle! If not for the pickle and cheese on there it would've tasted like a dry bun. read more

I am not from around here, so anytime I am on the road and see a White Castle, I try to stop in. In this case, I wish I hadn't. The 4 women behind the grills talking about the weather while a high school aged kid tries to run the drive~thru and the counter. I am sure the food would have tasted the same as it does at all White Castles, but I cannot imagine the service, or the lack thereof, would have been as bad. Finally, one of the women felt like helping the young kid, and came up to the counter asking the couple who had just walked in if she could help them. After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I walked out, went to the nearby Waffle House where I was greeted and waited on immediately, and enjoyed a wonderful meal, within minutes, all for the low, low price of $5.00 + tax! When my friends down South ask me if got any White Castle while I was out, I will tell them I did not bother, nor should they. Service still stands for something where I'm from, which might surprise the women at this particular White Castle. A monkey can run the grill, but only a lady can make you feel welcomed. read more

The workers got my order wrong i tried to tell the worker three times that my order was wrong ,not to mention they charged me almost 9 bucks for a 5.36 cent combo meal he would not fix it over charged me then the guy who cooks slammed my tray of food down these workers here are the rudest workers i have ever seen at a restaurant they forsure need new management to take care of how these workers are treating people. We pay for our food we should get what we paid for i asked for a butter cake and i got cheese cake on a stick everything i ordered was wrong. read more

Never a problem at the Franklin location off I-75 there. Their food is always great, hot and friendly. Never dealt with anyone there I didn't like. And whatever I order "special", like extra pickles/no onion, gets done perfectly. I've been going there for the past 6 years too, so I'm not someone who's only been there once. The only thing I hate is there's not one closer! :) They also seem to have a problem running out of $1's, so if you want to help, pay with $1 bills. They'll love you for it. read more
