Honestly, the best shakshouka I've ever had. While pricing is high, I'd honestly say the quality and quantity more than make up for it. Our server was very polite and attentive. The place looked very clean and has a nice photogenic look (very "white woman's instagram" coded, haha). My fiance and I left that place feeling very full and satisfied, to the point where we had a very late dinner simply because we weren't hungry after eating brunch for such a long time. My ONE complaint that takes away a star is the way I saw the front desk host being treated by, what I will assume is, either a manager or someone in a higher position than her. While I understand it can be tiring working in a resturaunt, and sometimes workers (especially younger ones, new to the field) struggle to meet expectations, the young lady that day did not need to have the F Bomb dropped at her multiple times for not handing menus out fast enough... especially in front of so many customers waiting for a table. Tonight, the service was scattered (salad and dinner came at the same time and dinners were brought out at different times). Have been really impressed with all of our meals here! Great variety on the menu, meals are easily customizable for any dietary restrictions. Service is quick, ceiling is low so it gets pretty loud but sitting outside is nice. Portions are pretty big, can definitely split meals or plan to take home leftovers. read more

We came here late at night with 5 people in our party, and asked to sit outside. Unfortunately their outdoor seating is in basically what amounts to a greenhouse ... it's completely enclosed, so there's almost no fresh air flowing through it. It's too bad, because it would have been so nice if it was more open. I had the pimento cheese crab rangoon which was amazing. And the side salad, also really good with the caesar dressing. Ambiance: Seemed to be no air conditioning in the main dining room. All other rooms were cool, when walking into the main dining room you could feel the heat right away. The lighting was ridiculous. I could barely read the menu, which typing was so tiny it was very hard to see. I had my elderly Mother with me, and I had to read the menu to her. She could not see even with her glasses on. You need coasters for the water and drinks. The amount of sweat from the glasses made the table very wet. This was with minimal ice in the glasses. Smart idea with the wood seats. Keeps the patrons coming and going freeing up tables and not sitting around chatting. Service: Was good but nothing spectacular. Our waitress had at least 10 full tables, too many for one person to give spectacular service. Food: Food was excellent, and more than anyone could finish. Kudos to the Chef! (Soda in cans? Costing you more money than the fountain would be.) One tiny other thing, in the woman's bathroom the toilet seat is falling off the toilet and the low toilets are not ADA height. read more

The interior is decorated really nice and very clean. I finally visited this place for the first time. It took me awhile because they kept getting mixed reviews. I went for brunch and sat at the bar, nice quiet area and the bar tender was great! There were lots of options on the brunch menu making it very hard to choose. I ended up with the chicken biscuit. Fried chicken over a biscuit with sausage gravy. I've given them 4 tries. 3 breakfast every time my food was cold. We tried tonight dinner. I got the Chicken Piccata and the pasta was so citrusy that you could eat it. The breading on the chicken was over cooked. My husband got the Fish and Chips and said it was over cooked. He also ordered a beer and never got it. I think I've been gracious and given them 4 tries. Gotta love the large parking lot and the stop light exit. Great menu -- Please consider keeping Brunch Menu and starting the after 3:00 PM menu at 11:30. This would increase the business!!!! We have several visits and begin with the caramel gelato -- superb. Barbie is excellent, and we recommend several more of her. The corned beef hash with eggs is home made and Not from a can. My wife had several choices and elected an outstanding Mediterranean omlet. Observation: we prefer Brunch Pub by many points over the Bellbrook plain Jane diner. Ambience is great, and IF there are Loud diners, goto the Pub room, or better yet goto the great patio. Very good breakfast/brunch experience. When I walked in the door, my first thought was, "if I'd known this place was so cool, I'd have visited sooner!" So inviting. The food was very good. Good coffee, which is not necessarily a given, even at a breakfast place. I had the avocado toast which was delicious. I love that they got my eggs order right: "runny yolks with the whites done." My husband decided his French toast was "the best [he'd] ever had." I didn't try the eggs Benedict or corned beef skillet, but our friends declared them very good. Well, the first time we went there, the service was great.I got the lemon ricotta French toast.It was okay it was pretty good.My friend got the shashuka. we both love that. Shasuka is well. It's got tomatoes peppers, avopado. A lot of garlike some.Kind of egg and then you have Crustinis . I think we're sourdough. It comes with a poached egg.But you could have your egg done anyway you want. My friend likes her egg like I do where the inside is not running, so she asked if they could do the eggs that way. They said no problem, but it arrived BEYOND RUNNY. She had them do scrambled and that came out great. Flavors were amazing. I talked it up to family and returned a week later. The first time I tried to go to this place for breakfast with coworkers, they didn't open till 9? Seemed odd for a brunch place, so we tried again at lunch today. When we arrived, no one was at the hostess area and we had two employees walk by after a while and not even acknowledge us. We were seated in a nice room; this place was much larger than it appeared from outside. The menu is before 3pm and after 3pm, I did not see this and had to find an alternative on the other side. Nine of us went for Saturday lunch. The food was great. The service was good. The only detractor was the noise. It was hard to speak to anyone. That hurt conversation. Next time I will have to remember to tell them light on the cheese. I want to taste more of the food. The Corn Beef Hash the egg yolk would not pentrate the Hash. We really tried to give this restaurant a chance. We have dined here a few times now. Tonight my husband surprised me with a birthday dinner including several family and friends. I believe there were 21 of us total. The server did a phenomenal job. HOWEVER, management is awful. My niece took one bite of her meal and started choking. She ran to the restroom and my sister had to help her because something was lodged in her throat. When she finally got it up, it ended up being a 1" piece of black, hard thin wire. Can you imagine the damage that could have done?! The server apologized and said the meal would be comped. At no time did the owner/manager come out to apologize or talk to us. He left all the dirty work to the server. This is terrible management. I will not be supporting this local business ever again. Support your staff and your business!!! read more

Been there for dinner when they first opened and it was delicious. It's a beautiful location. The owners did a great job making the building into what they were envisioning. I love the tasteful black and gray color palette and other cool touches of decor on the interior. I was excited to try it for brunch today. They were busy but my friend and I were able to get a table right away. The waitress wasn't around much during our time there. It always took a long time to get anything we requested, water, syrup, a box, etc. I'm sure staffing is tricky during this time of year so I'm sure she was busy. I ordered the lemon/blueberry/ricotta French toast and my friend ordered the chocolate and peanut butter waffle. The fluffy waffle she got looked amazing. She said it tasted just as good. My French toast was a bit underwhelming. It looked like it had been sitting a bit as the blueberry compote had soaked into the bread completely. The ricotta was kind of smeared on top. I saw a bit of yellow on top as well, which I guess was lemon. It could have done with more lemon to balance out the large amount of blueberry. It was also only lukewarm. We also both got only 1/2 a very small cup of syrup with our food. I left a bit disappointed today but I do want to try other things they have to offer. I usually read Yelp reviews before going to a restaurant but we decided to go to The Brunch Pub on a whim today. Probably should have take a few minutes to read some. We walked in and had to wait several minutes at a deserted hostess stand before we could even catch someone's eye to greet us. This wasn't a busy lunch or dinner rush time, it was 1:30pm and they were about 1/3 full at most. The dining room was large, bright, and roomy. We ordered a sandwich and french toast, nothing out of the ordinary. From the time we walked in, until we got our food was 40 minutes which is a long time for lunch service. My husband loved his chicken ranch sandwich but my lemon ricotta french toast with blueberries was so-so at best. The slices were large, but they had a small dollop of whipped ricotta on each and very few small blueberries. I asked for crispy bacon on the side and although it was good, it wasn't close to crisp. Service was pretty good but slow. We did have to flag our server down to ask for water refills but she did a pretty good job otherwise. read more
