I drive to McDonald's, and upon arriving, a very nice worker held the front door open for me. The bathroom was easy to find. I was in a dire situation. Chills, goosebumps, and five hours into internal negotiations that failed. I was moments away from losing faith in both my body and society. Then, the stall door opened up before me like the entrance to heaven's gate. Both stalls had functioning locks and were fully stocked with toilet paper, and clean.
