This isn't a food review. Although I've eaten at this location many times and it's always good, and the drive thru workers are always extremely friendly. But today was a different mission. I was looking down the barrel of a 10 hour work day, and my bowels decided today was the day to declare gastrointestinal warfare. My workplace isn't great for going #2 without stinking up the place and causing embarrassment, so I needed a secure location in which to pay the toilet toll. I drive to McDonald's, and upon arriving, a very nice worker held the front door open for me. The bathroom was easy to find. I was in a dire situation. Chills, goosebumps, and five hours into internal negotiations that failed. I was moments away from losing faith in both my body and society. Then, the stall door opened up before me like the entrance to heaven's gate. Both stalls had functioning locks and were fully stocked with toilet paper, and clean. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They should truly shut the store you sit at the speaker for 15 2 AM. They're not serving breakfast. They said we already missed and I give it a second chance. I through two or three times a week on my way to work, but every time is the exact same thing. This is a Saturday morning. I for 15 ever came to the speaker. I pulled up on the girl looked at me like I was stupid. I left went to sitting there hungry so I went back an hour later. Same thing occurred this time when I pulled up to the window, couldn't see nobody and as I'm pulling off, I see somebody sitting out in in a the type of you get at the Kiwi McDonald's. They truly need to shut that store down or fire everybody and start over. read more

This location used to have such nice, fresh food always. Unfortunately, for months now, they've been serving crap and I'm done with them. For some reason, their bun steamer is always broken. I don't want a Filet-O-Fish on any bun other than the steamed one that it should come on; however, their excuse is always that the steamer is broken. Then I end up with a nasty grilled bun and a sandwich I hate. Tonight my husband ordered a Quarter Pounder and ended up with a Double Cheeseburger. The 10-pc nuggets were so-so and the fish SUCKED! Not to mention, I'm just unhappy with McDonald's in general for dropping the strawberry sundae and salads. Also, where did the all-day breakfast go??? I won't be going back. They are hot on the trail of Taco Bell on the way to becoming obsolete. read more

i understand not wanting to clog the lines with doordashers but making a dasher wait in a line for 25 minutes with no escape is wrong. it messes with dashers time and money and i think this is managed horribly. it doesn't matter if it's raining extremely hard they will still make Dashers stand outside the door and wait. on top of that the staff is always rude and there's a 50-50 chance that your order is going to be wrong. Total POS McDs. I do not understand how this went from being the best McDs before the pandemic to being total crap, crap, crap. Just went through drive-thru. No hot chocolate, no milkshakes, no sundaes. The food used to be hot, fresh and good. Now I can't even get a fish filet on a steamed bun. Huge disappointment. I have been in line in the drive through for fifteen minutes and have not moved. The speaker for ordering was broken and the whole staff was acting like they were on the Titanic. When I finally got my food (an order that I simplified to expedite things) it was wrong. The girl at the window and I repeated to one another three or four times, " two sausage biscuits and two orders of hot cakes and sausage". Not rocket surgery right? I still only get one sausage biscuit, so when I ask why after all of that did I still get shorted? The shift manager or leader or whoever the person in the solid color shirt was slams my biscuit on the counter and says "one sausage biscuit". I will go somewhere else next time. read more

If I could give zero starts I would service was horrible. We had to get out of the line and back up to go to other drive thru order box because no one responded for over 15 minutes. Then we were told to wait again when we were one of the only car other than the one in front of us. When we finally got our order taken we could barely hear the person and they couldn't hear us as well because they had music blasting in the background. When we got to pay for food the lady was rude and didn't even acknowledge us because she was complaining to another coworker about not getting a break. And to top it all off we paid for sour food to be dressed like a Big Mac and all they did was add lettuce to Sandwhich. Will not ever come back to this McDonald's ever again. read more

I frequent this location in the past but now I avoid it . After several complaints to the stores management to of poor service and quality of food my patients reached a limit About three weeks ago it started like this: I pulled up to the drive thru window and I said give me two chicken and biscuits a large coke and large ice water. The employee replied I only heard large ice water could you repeat the rest . I then added the two chicken and biscuits and large coke and proceeded to pay. As I went to get my food the young lady gave me a small water I then said thst I ordered a large water so she ignored me closing the window. Several minutes later this very large female manager came to the window with a nasty attitude saying that large water will be 25 cent she was loud and unprofessional.
