The staff was very apologetic and everyone waiting understood and no one was complaining. The food was fantastic and the burgers were so tasty. Despite the long wait, the food was hot and delicious! I'm looking for forward to many more visits! On a scale of of 1 to 10, the food is a 10 and service a generous 8 since they were very apologetic and doing their best to keep up. I ordered the onion rings as a side which is about a dollar up charge. I also ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese. Delivery was really quick. The Mushroom and Swiss burger came in its own box. Both burgers were very good. They were seasoned really well, fried good and quite appetizing. The hamburger bun is a little thicker than most burger joints. The onion rings were very good, fried perfectly and not overtly greasy. The onion rings come with your choice of sauce. I chose Culver's signature sauce which is a white sauce, mildly spicy, and has a pickle taste in my opinion. I highly recommend. Food is a little more than most fast food places, but everything was packaged carefully and it appears they take pride in the food that they serve.

They have Coke products & you fill your own drinks. They have a deal where you order burger, fries & drink or you can substitute the drink for a milkshake or concrete mixer. You can also have that served with your meal or later. I went with the later option, they give you a printout to take to the counter to have made right away. I had chocolate concrete mixer with Dove Dark chocolate pieces & M&M's it was delicious! We enjoyed talking with fellow diners. One loves their salads, which hers looked so good with grilled chicken & another couple raved about their fish, which also looked really good too.
