Every time…read moreI've gone inside I've had to wait for around 5mins before being acknowledged while clearly watching the workers stand talking in the back. Today I could clearly hear the works cussing and talking crap about someone at the intercom deciding what to order. Once one of them came up and talked to me they were nice but it was already after everything I listened to. Today our mac and cheese had multiple green beans in it and had to remove 2 very burnt chunks. KFC also still has the potato poppers available on the app with no way to refund. Instead we were given mashed potatoes that no one at home will eat. I also paid for sauce that was not in the bag and I sadly did not notice till I was home. Again It is not just todays workers that had been disappointing this unfortunately happens very often and I do not have this experience at any other fast food places in Troy. Though the other places make mistakes at least they can do things to fix the issues and the people acknowledge your existence in a timely manner.

They seated us and someone brought two sets of utensils, instead of three sets. Oops. They got the drink order just right, though, and apparently listened carefully. For some strange reason, people think I want a diet drink and this time I ordered (and got!) sweet iced tea. We got the food within a reasonable amount of time, but I've seen other times when this didn't happen at either location. That they were on top of things at just past noon is incredible. If they'd brought an extra set of utensils, we'd have been set. I wish they could apply their techniques to the Chinese and Italian restaurants in town. I'd ordered an enchilada, rice, and beans but I was surprised when they didn't ask if I wanted beef, chicken, or cheese. Maybe, I look like a beef person? Mooooo! I also noticed that they haven't returned to the shredded beef they were using a couple of years ago. Obviously, to maintain pricing, they've made a compromise. You'd think that they'd default to cheese, but considering the price of cheese is probably double the price of ground beef, I suppose I can understand why. She had lots of walkin customers and online orders and far too much to deal with by herself. So for a Saturday afternoon, they need more staff. Not only did it lead to delays but also mistakes. She made multiple minor mistakes on my order and while waiting for my online order she apologized to others for other mistakes. It's not on her. It's on poor staffing.
