Best coffee around !! However food is mediocre and price is high. Each Tim's location service is different. One is great and you get what you should, the next location you wonder what happened. But I'll always go there for coffee read more

paid 5$ for just a sandwhich and it was extremely burnt. 4/6/25 3pm. took 15 min to get a single breakfast sandwhich i'm extremely disappointed i'll just go elsewhere from now on. first time here by the way.... read more

I want to like this place so badly, but the coffee is just so inconsistent. I order a double-double iced vanilla coffee every time. I'm pretty chill if there's a little variability. However, sometimes it's perfect, other times it's WAY too sweet, or barely sweet at all, or watery, or it barely has any ice. I just don't get it. I do drive out of my way to this one though because the other one in Troy is even less consistent. Everything else seems fine but I find myself more disappointed than satisfied. read more

Tim Hortons - a hand holding a cup of iced coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Troy, Ohio

This establishment is NEVER consistent. I literally get the same thing every time and they some how mess it up EVERY TIME. They never stir my coffee, it's like they just dump the ingredients and push it out the window. The staff suck cause they all are pushy or rude af. I asked TODAY 8/6/2019 for a medium Carmel iced coffee 3 creams and 3 sugars and I got a hazelnut iced coffee with no cream or sugar. We tried to use our rewards and they didn't take them. Trying to order food the guy kept asking us to repeat our order. Then in the middle of us ordering a lady started to take our order and our order was messed up. Y'alls donuts are gross af. I'm not from Troy but I visit frequently and to be very honest I'm willing to pay the extra money for Starbucks. I'm sick of disappointment when all I want is a simple ass coffee order... read more

Fast friendly service. Great coffee, I stop by almost every morning, the drive through line wraps around the building that's how you know they are doing something right, the line moves quickly and I'm always greeted with a smile. read more

First of all, for the price on their coffee drinks, they should offer actual cappucinos instead of re-constituted flavor powder or whatever they use. The main reason why I gave them such a low score is because whenever I have stopped there in the early morning (around 5am) to get a bite on my way to work, I have noticed that the person will handle my food, then take my money, then go back to handling my food without ever taking off their gloves or washing their hands....eeewwww. I have brought this issue up with T.H. Corporate, and also the health dept, but to no avail. I won't go there again. read more

Well, if you haven't been to a Tim Horton's, you must not like coffee. A wide range of coffee's, cappuccinos (hot or cold), and cocoa's, danishes, bagels, and doughnuts. Kinda pricey, but the specialty of 24hr service. read more

Tim Hortons - the front of a tim hortons store - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Troy, Ohio

Truly unnbelievably bad experience...the staff were remarkably rude and dismissive. Food was cold. I used a gift card and so only had to pay $2 out of pocket and STILL feel I overpaid. read more

This location is the go to if you're in Troy! Very well ran and a consistent experience every time you visit! Super friendly staff as well!

The owner of Troy Tim Hortons goes above and beyond to make this location stand out above all the rest. The customer service is always great and everyone is super friendly. The management is always present and they have a team of hard workers who consistently keep the busy lines moving. This location is open 24hours, including the drive through which is always a huge plus in my book. read more

This is not your typical Tim Horton's. The food is of the same high quality I expect, but the staff is far from professional and the dining area is unclean and uncomfortable. On the last visit an employee on break was playing music or other audio on his cell phone loud enough to hear throughout the restaurant while bantering with the employees in the kitchen. The heat was turned up to a level that would make nursing home residents sweat. I will not be returning. read more

Went through drive thru and Shay and the manager were HORRIBLE! Asked for 2 separate orders (not very hard) and she made it a huge deal. Didn't understand our orders at all... very annoying. Get to the front window and Shay forgot our ice cap, so we asked for another one. She yells and says "your ice cap is RIGHT THERE". I was baffled. They should be embarrassed... read more

I only stop at Tim Hortons when I have some type of coupon otherwise the price is much to high. The regular coffee is not bad but everything else just makes me shake my head trying to figure out who would pay this much for what you get. The quality of the coffee is good and I think it tastes better than what you would get at Starbucks just for another franchise comparison. read more

Tim Hortons, where they put the "cuss" in customer service! It's a mixed bag, sometimes everything's good, other times, well, you just need to double check your order and make sure your coffee kids are secure before leaving the drive thru window. Their breakfast sandwiches are good, the coffee is okay, the doughnuts are honestly put to shame by Walmart's. We keep going back because there aren't many other options in Troy. But fingers are crossed that we'll get a Dunkin' Donuts someday... read more

Sufficient for your needs, close to freeway, but at 10am on Monday March 30th, not very friendly! Seemed that we were taking too much of her time at the drive thru, only ordered 3 drinks. Three too many for her perhaps? read more

Every Sunday my daughter and I have breakfast here. Nice group of people working here. Always friendly and helpful. If you're expecting Starbucks type coffee and atmosphere that's not Tim Hortons. It's just fast food, coffee and baked goods. Try the frosted cinnamon roll or a chocolate chip muffin. read more

I have been to this Tim Horton's 6 times on different days and I must say that the coffee and food offerings are sub par at best. Plus the prices are very high for items and the portion you do get. The coffee tasted watered down, weak and cafeteria aftertaste. Like it was a reconstituted product and not a fresh cup. the food is not as tasty as they look on the commercials. The biscuit was hard and tacky, the doughnuts are not good at all. they are chalky and not as tasty as Walmart Troys doughnuts. We just choose to not go there anymore. read more

Tim Horton's is my daily medicine! The people are very friendly...some of them who know me well already know what I want!

I come to this Tim Horton's when I'm on business trips....i have to say...the coffee and donuts are always fresh....the manger Sherri is out going...an goes out of her way to make sure the customers are satisfied...Sherri is a great manger...I'm always happy when she is there....cause i know i will be getting great kind service... read more

I worked there. It is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever worked. I called and told them I quit. She had me sign something saying I was a no call no show in order to get my check. I quit because the assistant manager yelled at an employee at the front counter arguing away and a shift leader wanted to do nothing but talk crap about another shift leader and if I didn't want to join in or talked to the other shift leader in a friendly manner I was treated like crap. Also for the prices they charge the espresso shouldn't be powdered. read more

Ordered a white hot chocolate, 2 doughnuts, and a box of timbits. Got to the window and they handed us 2 snack wraps in a carton sleeve. We asked what it was and they said did you not order wraps? They then yelled back to the other workers and said that they were supposed to go to the next people. They laid it on the counter and I watched closely and they put it in a to go bag and handed it to the person behind us. It was not in a bag when they handed it to us, we touched it and my husband smelled the box and they did not make a new one. Makes me very nervous to ever get food from there again because I don't know who has touched the food now. read more

Took my daughter there for breakfast this morning. No greeting when we approached the girl at the register so I said "Hi", still nothing, not even the crack of a smile so I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, one for here, one to go (for my other daughter at home). Another employee brings the bagel sandwiches on plates, the other girl tells her the second one is to go. The girl that brought them takes the plate out from underneath, throws it under the counter. Walks off, I'm thinking to get us a to-go bag..nope, never comes back, just leaves me standing there so I finally take my bagel off the counter. As we left, no "thank you", "have a good day", nothing. It's like the employees try to go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. This wasn't just a one time thing either, I've felt that way every time I've come here. I'm sticking to Panera. At least you get unlimited refills of coffee while you're inside at Panera. Plus they say hi to you when you walk through their doors. Gee, what a concept. read more

Let me start off by saying, I love Timmy's, and stop at one every chance I get! This location, though...meh. Been here a few times. Last time, ordered an iced coffee that came out lukewarm. Also ordered a hot coffee. Care to guess the temperature of that one? Yep, lukewarm. Wow...two lukewarm coffees, a stale doughnut, and a cashier with attitude. Tim Horton's of Troy, OH, you spoil me. read more

I decided to add a review after reading the not so friendly ones. Tims doughnuts are always freshly made and yummy. When I go inside with my grandchildren they are warmly received and they ask to go there repeatedly. I have found it is best to only buy coffee at any establishment when it is busy as you know the coffee is fresh. And sadly yes the younger employees could make eye contact once in a while. read more
