I have been a regular customer at this location since it was established, but recently there seems to have been a "changing of guard," so to speak, with new management. This morning is a great example of the rudeness and pettiness I have witnessed there since new management took over... I placed an order for some drinks, waited in an EXTREMELY long line, which wrapped around and all the way out of the parking lot, and then was told that my Apple Wallet Starbucks card with $109.95 on it was "not working" when they scanned it. Try and try as they might, they could not, for some reason, get the glitch out. The manager came over and informed me that the drinks would be thrown in the trash because the only payment method I brought with me was my $109.95 Starbucks card (silly me for assuming their scanner/computer would work). I asked if we could simply have the drinks since they were being thrown out. In spite of the fact that i have been a loyal customer there since the store was built and in spite of the fact that the technological error was on their part, she said that they would throw the drinks away, rather than give away "product" - like they are drug dealers or something ridiculous with that phrasing. I asked what the difference was if they were giving away the "product." The manager then closed the window on me as she said "goodbye." Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Starbucks until it is under different management. I would advise you to just go down the street to Dunkin Donuts instead. Don't reward bad management. There are other options for coffee. read more

I intended to order a drink but left after waiting more than 13 minutes at the counter for the worker to take my order. She was the only one there, so I was willing to be patient, but all I could see her doing was making one hot drink and one cold drink for the couple that had finished ordering before I got there. She didn't seem to be close to done when I left. read more

Met up here with some family from out of town. We all ordered drinks and sat down to catch up. One of the workers came out and asked us to quiet down. We weren't talking loudly or being disruptive, maybe she was talking about our laughing but that wasn't loud either. She said it was because she couldn't hear through her headset for the drive threw. Next thing we knew the people next to us laughed and she came and said the same thing to them! I thought this was very unprofessional and seemed to be just her preference. Updating my rating. Most of the fun, efficient workers left. It's still Starbucks, but the wait is much longer, the drink quality isn't consistent, and obviously I miss my morning smiles and laughs. I'd highly recommend ordering ahead and picking up inside. The drive thru will take an eternity. read more

I am typically really happy with the business here! Tonight I was driving by while feeling crappy and I decided I wanted a hot drink but didn't want a coffee. I pull up to the drive thru and realize they don't have much of any tea listed so I asked the barista and a gentleman named Micheal helped me out. He was really sweet and listed all the teas they had, gave me suggestions and even told me he would make me something I wanted that was off the menu. Mind you this was 30 mins before they closed. I ended up getting the honey citrus mint tea from per suggestion and omg this is absolutely going to be my new go to!!! read more

Fastest Starbucks I've ever been to! In town for a huge soccer tournament and the app said 9-12 mins which usually means a long line. We ordered and had our drinks in under 3 mins! We went inside but the drive thru was never more than 3 cars deep because they were moving so fast. Drinks tasted great! read more

Love the atmosphere here. for a Starbucks this one is very open and spacious and the staff is never short-handed. I don't live in Ohio but I come here a lot to visit and love using this spot as my hub to get work done. The only issue I have is that the power outlets against the wall are a bit outdated. That means some of them are too loose to keep a power cable or just don't work at all. Something new that they have done was put a large bench in the middle area with outlets (both power and USB) built into it. read more

Today I ventured to the newest Starbucks in the area, and it was pretty cool. It was very aesthetically pleasing, the baristas were friendly, and the area was very open and airy. This Starbucks is located in what is known as The Shoppes at Valle Greene. Positioned next to the Cassanos (yummy), it is hard to miss from the main road. If you are pressed for time, and needing to get your cup of goodness quickly, there is a Drive-Thru and Mobile Ordering option. Today inside I ordered a Soy Chai Latte, no water, and light whip (thanks for the recommendation J). I received my Chai rather quickly, but I also was the only person waiting. LOL. Once I got to work, I had my initial taste and it was lovely. So thus far, this location seems pretty legit. I'll give them a few more visits to see if they deserve that additional star ; ). I have had several "slow" Starbucks experiences over past 6-months that I planned a 45-minute stop time before my next appointment for these drinks. Easy breezy drive through experience. I only needed two drinks - one coffee and one water. I waited a tiny bit at the window for my order and the gentleman working there immediately apologized profusely. No need! It was all good. They got me everything I needed and I was on my way. By far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been in the drivethru 3 times. Each time, it's taken them 10 minutes at least to get ONE car through. These aren't even busy hours also. If this Starbucks is your only option, give yourself at least an extra 45 minutes for coffee. So ridiculous. read more

Terrible experience today at this Starbucks from two baristas who refused to serve us a Christmas Blend or pour over because we're not doing that now. You can have a Pikes Place was their response. Great, expansive area for meeting and/or studying w/numerous outlets. However, the location was out of about half their varieties of teas, stating they have not had it stocked for a few weeks due to high demand. Additionally, a barista here incorrectly stated that you only get one free refill with your gold card on general coffee/tea despite the corporate website never specifying a refill limit. I was subsequently erroneously charged for this. Likely won't return here but rather go to my old faithful on Colonel Glenn Hwy by Meijers/WSU. read more

Wow, this Starbucks had always been one of my favs ... until today. When we asked for one of the posted blends we were told "no, we're only brewing Pikes today" by the first counter person, who then just walked away. The second counter person then repeated that only Pikes was available despite the fact that there were two posted Holiday blends. When we asked if pour over was available, the counter person reluctantly told us it would take about 10 minutes (it does not take 10 minutes) ... clearly not wanting to do the pour over. That same counter person passive-aggressively poured twice the amount of cream in my coffee and aggressively offered the half/half to my partner so he could pour it in himself as the carafes were empty. Despite our obvious confusion and dismay at their behavior, there were no apologies or attempts to satisfy by the counter staff. So very disappointing ... there are much better options than this customer-unfriendly location. It's not my style to post reviews but this visit left me feeling very disrespected and unfulfilled. I contacted the manager who offered to make amends but the experience had already left a bad taste ... it'll be a long time before we return ... if at all. read more
