i usually have no issues with any Culver's but tonight I went into the drive thru and had a BOGO value basket and gave them the coupon. I dont know how the person putting it in messed it up but it didn't even go through and take off the one basket. It somehow shows on the receipt however does not add up when you do the math and only took off $3 so i have no clue what happened. When we asked for a receipt the guy hesitated saying "you want a receipt? they usually have receipt on the bags" and we said yes please print the receipt. once we had a chance to look at the receipt while waiting for our food we felt it was no use even saying anything and being "those people" and on top of this once i got home and opened my Wisconsin Swiss melt i ordered and was charged for a double but it was made as a single! read more

Loved our experience at this location! We've been to this location a few times - whenever we take our dog to the vet nearby. Few things that really stood out - they took the time to label my soda and they offered us a pup cup (didn't know they offered that!). Service was great, fast, and friendly. We stopped in this past weekend after a fun family outing. The place was pretty deserted but we also stopped about 2pm. This was our first visit so we weren't too sure about how the kids meals worked. Sadly the girl at the countered didn't really explain anything - luckily we saw the "coupon" on the bag for the scoop of ice cream after the meal was eaten, so we figured it out. As for the food it was decent. Both my girls got kids meals, one got the corn dog and the other grilled cheese. My husband got a burger with bacon and I opted for the Reuben. We also got a side of the cheese curds. The food was a little greasy but that was to be expected. All in all it was a good visit. The restaurant was very busy at the time I went, with a full dining room and a long drive thru line. However it went faster than I expected! The food itself was amazing. I don't think I've ever had a fast food burger that good in my life. I got a double butterburger with bacon, fries, and some onion rings. That first bite was like heaven. Service is poor. Ordered 2 piece fish dinner, fish sandwich, frys & party pac. To go. They brought the food on a tray for eat in and wondered around the restaurant looking for my number. Meanwhile my food is getting cold. Got home and had dinner and sandwich but not fry's and it was cold. They even ask me if I wanted a bag for the 4 pints of custard. How was I suppose to get it home?? Need mature manager on hand. Manager kept his back to me and didn't acknowledge there was a problem. The worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too - and all related to the staff. By far the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen. Where to start? -The employee making a shake and taking ingredients out to eat as he made it, then also throwing what looked like a piece of cookie dough at a colleague -Two male employees playing keep away with a female employee's hat by knocking it off her head -Male employee itching his face while on the food line -Customer in front of me had a shake that looked more like just plain milk. Assistant manager rude and refused to issue a refund "per the owner" If the owner cared about this restaurant, he would start over with his staff and find management who can run it like a restaurant. Oh and my concrete in a dead restaurant took about 11 minutes to come out because they were too busy playing games and chatting amongst each other. Culver's quickly became my favorite fast food place in the are, the quality is so much better than any other place I've tried! The Reuben is fantastic, the fish and chips are always delicious and crisp, the burgers are juicy and the custard is so creamy and tasty. Everything we've tried has been good, sometimes you can go on a night when all the teenagers are working and it won't be as good but that's usually late at night. Definitely recommend! read more

Had insulting service when I walked in. A bunch of the teenager workers were huddled at the front talking and laughing. One of them seemed bothered by my saying that I was there to pick up an order. Then the chef proceeded to seemingly make fun of my order while I was right there as the others laughed and tried to shush him saying "shut up he's right there!" 5 stars just for Jordon the cashier!! She's the best! Super friendly and fast every visit! Kids meals are a great value since the come with custard too! Mmmmm the custard! The girl in the dessert area with long braided hair (no name badge) is also very fast and friendly. Always order inside, so no complaints about the speed of the food arriving. We stopped in to get a quick bite to eat after running errands all afternoon. We have eaten at this location in the past with no problems. Today was not the same. We stopped in at 3:25pm, while we waited in line behind an older couple, I happened to see a young man working at I'm assuming the grill area right where the sandwiches are placed for pickup. He removed his ball cap and began scratching his head with his gloved hand. After vigorously scratching his head for about 30-40 seconds he put his ball cap back on and never bothered to change his gloves. I then turned to my husband and said "lets go" I wasn't about to let that young man make our sandwiches with his filthy hands. I go to Culver's because they are one of very few places that offer gluten free buns or gluten free fries however I will not return here. I've given it plenty of chances and every time something happens. One experience the cook was screaming F*ck you to other employees (we were in the very back and heard loud and clear) Another time I ordered a meal and they didn't tell me they were out of the main components of it and gave me basically half of the sandwich only because of it The other 2-3 times I've gone the order has been completely wrong and they give you annoyed looks when you politely ask for what you ordered. Didn't complain or ask for a refund just a quick hey I ordered this but got this can we fix it? I emailed the store to advise of the night where all the screaming happened with no response. Most of the employees here at Culver's are very nice and friendly. However the manager Christina is the worst. She is very unprofessional and treats her employees very poorly. She shows favoritism towards some of the other unprofessional employees like Jordan Armistead. Both of these gals are very rude and very passive aggressive towards their employees. Christina as the manager has overworked all of her employees and has unprofessionally handled situations with her employees in front of customers that should have been handled appropriately in a safe environment. She has insulted and humiliated many of her employees in front of customer which have led many of her employees to not feel safe and at work. I have seen first hand her unprofessional behavior while I was there buying food. I really hope the employees find the will to report her because no one should ever be treated poorly. read more

Not only did it take 20+ minutes to get my food in the drive thru, watching 8 cars behind me order, pay, and receive their food before me, my order was incorrect. I have been to this Culver's literally dozens of times since they opened and unfortunately service has gone way downhill. In the past 3-4 months I have had just terrible experiences, once with a drive-thru order, the second with a carry out order. Both times it took well over 20 minutes to get the food. With the second order that I picked up inside the restaurant I was given custard right after ordering so it started to melt by the time but food came out 20 minutes later. I checked my order and they had forgotten an entree so it took another five+ minutes to be corrected. On this occasion there were plenty of workers so not sure what the problem is. After both of these experiences I responded to the survey on the receipt and specifically requested for the restaurant to reach out, which they never did. It stinks that I love Culver's food so much and there are no other locations near me. I can't speak for all Culver's , but this location in particular.... ALWAYS messes up my order. Literally, every time I go they forget something. Be it an order of fries, a dipping sauce, an ice cream. Something is always forgotten. I learned my lesson and always check and let them know, which like I said, is every time. I've complained in the past when I waited for 25 minutes for my food and they forgot two things; They sent me a coupon.... They need to do better. Worst experience I have ever had at Culver's. In addition to being charged for my second item in my concrete mixer. I got to hear the staff talk back to the manager, telling them not to talk down to them, and that if there were things to do they would be doing it. The employee taking the order (who was obviously a trainee) didn't mark my mixer as a "later" order as I asked. So my mixer arrived before my food. The employee said "here's your custard" slammed it on the table and walked away quickly. About two minutes later the rest of my order arrived. I explained to the trainee my custard was supposed to be later. He took it and said "sorry, we'll throw it away and make a new one when you're ready." Once I finished my order I went back to the counter with my receipt and asked for my custard. The manager gave me a new number and marked it on the receipt and told it would be right out. I heard her tell them it needed to be made. Sat waiting for 10 minutes before I walked back up to inquire where my order was. The employee behind the counter pawned it off on the employee working the custard area, "he wants to know where his later custard is. He's been waiting for 10 mins." The trainee says "no one told me." He looks at the receipt with the order and asked what kind it is again. Finally get my custard about three minutes later with a "sorry, sir." Location was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Front line staff was pleasant and helpful. Bacon cheeseburger and fries were hot and well assembled, but overwhelmingly salty. Enjoyed that ketchup is available from a dispenser because ketchup packets are inconvenient and frustrating. The concrete mixer (shake) was very tasty. This restaurant is clean and they offer great food, but if you buy a concrete after 9pm, be prepared for a watered down concrete. The food is a bit pricey and the management insults and talks down to teenagers working there in front of customers, no less. It's sad to see how sad some of these kids look and in no way should the manager yell or curse at teenagers. This needs to be addressed by corporate.
