Really great choice tonight. They have these sub in a bowl options which give you all the fixings and all the proteins without all the carbs and Grains that hurt your body. I got the chicken Philly which had ground chicken caramelized onions and roasted green and red bell peppers with cheese. Give me just enough to be full with some water. As someone who calorie counts, I really love the fact that their website allows you customize sandwiches so you can see what each individual ingredient will add to the the total calorie count. Fun fact, the olive oil blend is 500 calories on a giant sub. As such, I was able to order a giant size Club Sub for just 950 calories (475 calories for two separate meals). I bought a cookie on a whim and the whole meal cost $21.76. The sandwich itself was good and the workers were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered two subs to go, our subs tasted very good! our interactions with employees were not so good. The first person that took my order was pleasant and started making the subs, the next person that is supposed to be adding the toppings was not. When it was there a turn to add toppings, she just stared at me as I engaged and asked her what I would like on my sub, very awkward. Hit or miss. Sometimes everything is good, other times the person making the sandwich should only be allowed to pick the correct bag of chips and put them in a bag. If you can't tell what fresh bread feels like when you pick it up and cut it you have no busines making a sandwich. I like JM because of the bread. My husband and I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time last week. We wanted to see what the hype was. We are frequent Subway customers, but my kids recommended Jersey Mike's. First of all, I agree that their sandwiches are delicious! I had the #8 toasted and the bread was soft, the veggies were juicy and the cold cuts and bacon were on point. My husband ordered a steak sandwich and he also enjoyed it immensely. Also, their cookies are good, although a bit on the sweeter side. I came here for the first time. I believe this is the location by the Costco. I told the staff it was my first time and I didn't even feel welcomed at all. We came here on August 6th in the morning time. There is a blond girl employee who kept rolling her eyes at us, had a bad attitude, and we asked her questions and she didn't even talk to us. Have visited this location multiple times and no matter what, something is always screwed up. It either takes 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches when only a few customers are in the store, or the employees get the order wrong, or both. I just made an online order figuring that it would be impossible for them to screw up an order that consisted of a checklist. I was wrong. There is a serious need of training and oversight at this location. I can understand small hiccups during busy times, but there's no excuse for multiple big screw ups when it's not even close to being busy. read more

Well we'll, had my very first visit with this place in Phoenix, Az today the 3053 W Aqua Fria fwy are 1, Phoenix,Az location. Walked in all happy and said hi! This is our first visit.. not one of the three there said anything, not welcome not hi not go screw yourselves cause we don't care. My son immediately decided he was not ordering there. I decided to give it a try. The main employee there seemed a bit nice and somewhat alive, the other two not at all, the girl working asked if I wanted my sub Mikes way.. I said I had no idea what that was, she rolled her eyes and looked at the guy next to her, the main guy proceeded to explain what it was, I decided to just tell them what I wanted. The girl making my sub never once smiled or nothing. Once she was done I asked if she was new, she shook her head no, I then said that it shows very much that she hates her job and maybe she should find a new one. She said nothing but again made a face at the other guy next to her. That other guy was literally doing nothing. So the main guy who might of been a lead said something about it being my first time in so I get a welcome cookie,, woopie, i said we mentioned that when we walked in. If I could leave 0 stars I would.. walked in wasn't greeted at all. I took a bit looking at the menu bc it was our first time in trying something new because it's a brand new food place in the area. Girl was absolutely rude from the start she asked what can I get you rudely then said tell me what you want and we can build it I stated what I would like she said just so you know that's a club. I then told her no onions on both sandwiches and she accidentally began making my hot Philly with onions and peppers grabbed them off the grill when I stated no onions and peppers claiming she forget ended up leaving one.. she then started using the same utensils cross contaminating the onion pepper Philly with mine. The other worker didn't know what to say or to do and was so kind. We then stated by the way it was no onions at all and the woman stated loudly is it an allergy is it an allergy. Awful experience. Will never go back to this establishment. May the worker know that if I'm ordering a $16+ each sandwiches I expect quality. Jersey mikes is not cheap to be a shitty worker and person to customers. Btw it was your first sandwich you made of the day so calm down and learn how to speak to people. read more
