UPDATE: 9/13/13 I am finally able to afford some people to help me clean and move my belongings out. The current manager has only been there a couple of months, but it is obvious that no matter who the manager is CUBESMART will not accept any responsibility for the damage done to my items by the mice or compensate for any kind of clean-up. This is not the first time I have had a storage unit. It is the first time I have had any kind of rodent problem. Unfortunately, in my anger, I forgot to take new pictures of two mousetraps that had mice in them. I have not been back in a long time, so I do not remember when those traps were set. read more

This storage facility is run by the rudest, most uncompromising manager I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with in customer service. I have used storage facilities before and never had I had to deal with someone as difficult as this manager. In order to get anything done, I had to call Angela's supervisor, who told me that what I needed help with was (quote) no problem, and all Angela needed was to call for approval, but she refused to do so. I had to repeatedly contact them and the supervisor to get any kind of customer service. I was completely disgusted with this company and I will never use it again. Not happy with customer service or facility. Forced to use their insurance (instead of my own) until we add their name to policy which my insurance company does not recommend. Opened warehouse storage unit to find some large droppings from a large rat or something. I will be moving my items out of there and into a more customer service oriented location. read more

A very smooth and positive experience. Lina gave me the run down of the process and tour on Saturday, and i signed up Monday. She held the unit I needed and stayed late as she knew I was coming. The sign up process was easy, called my insurance office to send them my dec page. Ask about deals on Yelp and they will work with you. The pricing is fair, they have locks and supplies you can buy on site. The facility is secure and you can access it till 10pm. For us, its close enough to get to when we need to get to our stuff. All units are climate controlled and inside the warehouse. read more

I needed a place to store my furniture for a month. A friend told me about Cube Smart. I rented a 5 by 10 for one month. It was easy to rent and I had access to my property during hours I needed.
