I chose Falcon due to the good reviews, but also because of how easy Cole made the process of setting up the move. Then, I was blown away by Daniel and Kristian as my moving crew. They were so strong I couldn't believe it. They were both such pleasant, happy men and made my mom and I feel so at ease for the move. They acted like nothing was a problem at all and that it was such an easy move, when I know it wasn't so easy! I'm so grateful for the two of them. I even came under the original estimate amount for my final total which was amazing. Finally, I received a follow up call from Fernanda which was much appreciated. She was so kind and wanted to make sure I had a great experience. Overall, so impressed with this company and we are lucky to have them in the area. I've never used movers before so I was anxious about the process. Using Falcon was the best decision and I was able to actually enjoy the move!

They took into consideration my availability, and a crew of four people arrived on time. The guys handled all of the heavy furniture with precaution(they disassembled and wrapped all of the details), boxed the kitchen supplies, clothes, a few electronic devices, and even asked me if I have items that need special care. The process took around 10-11 hours, and this was the estimated time they gave me. I appreciate this part as I wasn't flexible with my time, and it had to be a quick move out process. Not to mention that the guys had to go up and down the stairs with all of my belongings. Communication with these guys was on top as they asked me a few questions and gave me updates on the process length and how it would be handled--worth the price and quality of the job. I big shout-out to them! I would definitely use them again in my next move.

Normally I would move myself but I'm no spring chicken anymore lol so my wife and I began searching online. At first glance every moving company looked the same and we were overwhelmed with the options. However, we learned very quickly that not all moving companies are the same after calling around. What really drew us in was the quote/initial call to Extra Mile Movers. We requested a quote online and they were very quick to reply and literally answer the 1000 questions my wife and I had. They made the whole process feel simple and hassle free. We decided to go with Extra Mile and to say the least I'm more than a happy camper. They were very professional, courteous and gave my wife and I the chance to wind down and know everything was going to be okay in the midst of the craziness. They took very good care of our belongings, had impeccable wrapping skills that I've never even seen before, and just made the day more pleasurable. The team that showed was so good and they genuinely made us feel like they cared about our belongings. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know both friend and family. There impeccable skills speak for themselves and their customer service was amazing. They were with me every step of the way and there was no surprises. I truly feel they went the extra mile and as a result have gained a lifetime customer!!

She moved to her new home and this company didn't deliver her goods and didn't answer her multitude of calls and emails. Finally they said they would deliver everything but wanted significantly more money than originally stated. It's months later and my friend's bank stopped payment to try and get things delivered. She is a disabled veteran and a widow who is facing major surgery. Still no delivery and now they want cash or cashiers check. She desperately needs her household goods, most importantly, her spare prosthesis. Changing them is critical so she doesn't get blisters, which has now occurred. This will compromise her mobility. She needs to travel to Seattle for this critical surgery. The people who have finally contacted her all use the name Alex. So she has no idea who she is really speaking with. She still has no delivery date! If this wasn't enough, yesterday she got an email from a person who moved from Alaska to Denver. They used this same company. They were also told they underestimated their costs and doubled their costs! When they started opening and unpacking boxes, they have found 7 boxes of things that don't belong to them. By searching them items, they found information on my friend's bank stopped. These 7 boxes belong to my friend! Luckily they were honest enough to let her know. Still, no dates and no plans for this company to get those boxes sent to her as well. They also refuse to let her pay by credit card. A formal complaint is being filed with FMCSA. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Department of Transportation. If this isn't resolved immediately, all avenues to resolve this will be explored, including legal action, formal complaints and sharing this with the Alaska Congressional staff for assistance. *The text of my Customer Review will be publicly posted on the BBB website, and I may withdraw my consent to publish the text.

I've looked on TaskRabbit, Google, Angie's List, Yelp, and other websites. After comparing services, I decided to hire Clean Chi Organizing/Nichole to help declutter and organize my home. I've used home organizers in the past, but none were as thorough, strategic, and efficient as Nichole. I've lived in a small studio for 10 years and accumulated a LOT of stuff. My place became very cluttered. I would get anxious just thinking about my walk-in closet and kitchen. The thought of decluttering those areas was overwhelming. How do I even start? How should I organize them? What do I need to get organized? How can I let go of a designer sweater I got on sale 10 years ago but worn only once? Nichole did 95% of the work. Unlike previous home organizers, she worked independently but would confirm before throwing away things. I didn't have to do much at all. She makes home organization a stress-free process. Not to mention, she is non-judgemental. I'm not ashamed of my clutter - it was inevitable in such a small space. I did forget about adult-rated "items" in my kitchen and closet but she barely batted an eye. (LOL.) Nichole's rates are very reasonable for the quality and amount of work she puts into organizing. She even donated clothes for me. I don't have a car so I never got around to it. Not to mention, she's very efficient! Hiring a home organizer is a form of self-care. I always feel better mentally after my home is clean and organized. I can find things in the kitchen! I can walk IN my closet and grab a jacket! My place isn't a cluttered mess! I don't feel embarrassed having people over. #itfeelsgoodman

When you haven't use the tablecloth in seven years it's probably time to get rid of that tablecloth you know what I mean? She was really easy to work with and was on time. I know it may seem luxurious to hire someone to do this stuff but I quite honestly was never going to do it and every time I opened the door I just wanted to cry. But instead of doing anything about it I just shoved everything back in and closed it! Now I know everything is, little things are in labeled boxes and bins. She even organize all of my kids ridiculous toys and art supplies etc. and so far the system is holding up well!! This is a far cry from them just stuffing everything in the drawers/closet and slamming it shut kind of like their mom! I am most likely going to hire her again to work on our kitchen cabinets and drawers because they are a shit show and I know she'll do it right.
