The movers called to say they'd be a few minutes late because of truck issues, but they more than made up for that time by working quickly. They sent 5-6 people to help with our huge move (finally, a company that understands how to staff large moves!), were prepared to handle some very heavy and oddly shaped items, and were extremely proactive and patient with helping me figure out where to put some furniture in smaller spaces in my new house. Vibes: The movers treated our items with care, treated our home with respect, and were still incredibly fast with making the move. I mainly communicated with the manager of the crew, who knew his stuff, was professional, and was patient with my questions and concerns. The uhaul shipment ended up arriving on December 24 which was not ideal due to the holiday, but 2 guys and a van were able to accommodate.
