Which is why I am here: to yell my praises from digital mountain tops! I was (very generously) gifted an early Christmas present from my mom of a full day/organizing session with M2O... AND IT WAS THE BEST GIFT I EVER RECEIVED! It is truly the gift that keeps on giving. **Hint hint, people- Christmas is less than 3 weeks away, if you are struggling for ideas. ;-) Schae and Britney were spectacular! They rolled into my place like two boss ladies ready to get down to business (but not in a scary way lol)! They put on a fun playlist and took charge, which is what I like and needed. They let me help (obviously not required, but desired on my part to learn) and taught me helpful tips and tricks along the way to maintain the organization. Best of all, they knew how to prioritize my projects in the order that made most sense, and maximized efficiency and my time with them. Not a minute wasted and no stone (aka leftover crap I didn't need anymore) left unturned! AND, like, how helpful and convenient it is that they haul away as many donations for you as they can when they leave?! At the end of the day (literally), I had the best nights sleep that I'd had in years, knowing that there was (finally!) a place for everything and everything in its place. Not only did M2O grant me peace of mind, they motivated me to keep going and see what I can accomplish on my own with what I learned from them. And the productivity levels on all the DIY projects I've set aside over the years are through the roof! My home is, now, finally the way I want and need it to be- it is first and foremost, my sanctuary. Thanks to M2O! But don't worry, I would never claim to be a 'Master Organizer' like them though- there are still some projects that seem just too overwhelming to undertake myself...like where do I even start?! SO, I've already booked my next session with them. Can't wait for Round 2!

There was no way we could have unpacked and organized our kitchen and bathrooms over the next few weeks, which is what their team excelled to do in less than a day. Mackenzie was very responsive starting from original quote to appointment day. Because of this they came fully prepared and we feel every minute they used here was optimized to the fullest. It's our first time using this kind of service and Mackenzie, Chloe, Brittany, Mary and Melanie have officially spoiled us for all moves to come. Our home brings us so much joy now.

We waited 5 minutes for my building to reserve the elevator but after that, they wanted to do a walkthrough even though I had to submit a list of everything. Fine. The walkthrough took 10 minutes and they said they'd be back with equipment to move however as you can see in the photos, we were waiting 20+ minutes for them to come back up to start. I didn't need much moved and yet it took over 3 hours to load the truck. The storage unit was two buildings down the block and it then took them 10+ minutes to get there. They weren't aware but we were watching them the entire time as they did nothing. Then after arriving at the storage unit they abruptly told me that I have to pay upfront before unloading and hit me with a $900+ bill based on their estimation of how long it'll take to offload. Their response was to talk to Jace (some guy on the phone) while the clock is running and they're getting paid regardless. Jace wasn't helpful at all as I explained the situation and my frustration with this process and the promotion that was mentioned but never offered. I left this experience feeling robbed and frustrated with the lackluster effort of Alan and his driver and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I trusted their rating when I selected them over others but hopefully my experience will prevent a similar situation for someone else. I have timestamps in the screenshots purposely for you to be the judge.

They arrived a day ahead to pack up the breakables, artwork and big items. the next morning they loaded the truck and off they went. the team worked with the property staff at my new location to arrange the delivery. that was on time. they unpacked and got rid of the packing materials. communication was thorough and professional. the team was great. you cannot go wrong with Wm Meyers.

Living alone and physically unable to pack, I called Wm. Meyers in Itasca. Never used them before but other reviews led me to call. Made appt. for an estimate and Bryan came out a few day later. He asked what services I needed, and then went through all 3 floors, came back and assured me they could handle it all. I would have to do nothing but sit in my chair. He came back with the estimate in a couple of days. Less than I had expected based on people I had spoken to. After almost a 1 month stay in the hospital/ re-hab center and also selling the property, the move took place. My belongings were going to 3 different locations on 2 different dates. Their professional team came, did EXACTLY what Bryan said they would, his advice and help along the way put me at ease and it went even better than I expected. Actual bill came in LESS than the estimate. Nothing broke, moved everything from massive king bed and pinball m/c's to fine antiques. Awesome (and caring work) by Bob, Mike, Josh and of course Bryan. Thank you ALL, Wm. Meyers Moving You gave me that confidence during your first visit and it certainly lived up to what you said by the end.
