Awful customer service! The older woman cashier was not helpful, very rude and disrespectful. I ordered a burger and asked to change the cheese and for no sauce. She acted irritated and couldn't figure out how to use the computer and made it seem like it was my fault. My mother ordered next and tried to explain she had a gluten allergy, but before she could even finish the lady cut her off and said, "Oh are you guys going to destroy this burger too?" Worst experience I have had at a restaurant in years. Aside from the poor customer service the food was over priced and very bland. For what you pay you'd think they would give better portions. If you like your burgers medium-rare then this is your place. The food is mostly good, even though it's overpriced and slow af. Service is always awful, this was the last time I'll ever go there because of it. Curt and condescending, in a bratty teenager kind of of way. Ok. Listen. Trendy does not equal good. I first ate at cubby's years ago when they first opened in Provo but greed, bad management, and bad food have found its way into most locations, including this one. Everything is over priced, way overpriced, for what you get, and most items sound good on menu description but lack flavor, finesse, and size. Kids menu is a joke so don't even try, that goes for both breakfast and lunch. you will pay the same as regular menu items and it's not very kid friendly. Draper location the cashier couldn't tell us about anything on the menu, couldn't tell us how much things were, and wasn't willing to make any substitutions or didn't know how to do or didn't seem to care. Terrible service. This is not fast casual. You will be waiting in a long line full of draper socialites and soccer moms willing to pay for overpriced yet underwhelming food topped off with bad service. Burgers: dry and lack flavor, salads: small with maybe an ounce of steak or chicken and not enough lettuce satisfy a small rabbit. Breakfast: bad all around and twice as expensive as hitting up original pancake house and half the food. We have given this place three tries, and now it's out. Sorry cubby's. Small portions, over priced, takes forever, & will mess up on your order. I was really looking forward to this place but to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. $50 for 3 meals that weren't even correctly made after waiting for 30 minutes. Definitely won't be going back. read more

I've loved other cubby's locations but this one needs a lot of work in staff training. I've had problems every time I've gone but nothing like today. I ordered a quinoa salad and pulled a long hair out of it as soon as it arrived. I took it to the counter and let them know and the girl offered me a new one and said she'd bring it out to me. The look of the interior isn't nearly as cool as the other Cubby's locations I've been to. Also, the rosemary fries tasted like McDonald's fries... I've tried these fries at multiple cubby's locations and they've always been amazing, so this was a real disappointment. They just opened so I Hope they work out the kinks! read more

Couldn't wait to try their new menu item, Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. First of all, don't call something "hot" unless there will be spice in it. There was zero heat or spice whatsoever. The coating on the chicken was not crispy or crunchy, it was soft. It really was quite bland. And for nearly $10 I would have expected more. You should go to Pretty Bird if you want a real Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich or even Chick-fil-A's spicy chicken sandwich is much more satisfying and flavorful for less than half the price. read more

Love love love the food...which is why I keep coming back. This time, twice in one week my order has been messed up. I love the convenience of drive through and take out. If I wanted to come in, I would come in. However, this week, I ordered at the window and waited 20 min for food. When I got food, I was missing a fry. They told me to pull around front and they would bring it out "in a bit". Exact words. I waited and I waited. 10 min later no fries and I left. Back again 2 days later because again I ordered take out. This time, called in and placed order. It was repeated back to me over the phone. When I picked up and checked through bags, I discovered I was missing a sandwich. Had to go in ( again...missing whole point of take out) and was asked to sit and wait for my sandwich it would be just a min. I asked them to bring it out to my car. And sure enough 22 min later it appeared. I just think the service game needs to be improved. This shouldn't be happening. It's not rocket science. Double and triple check it to have this resolved and provide holy customers. If Chic Fil A can get it right, so can You. read more

This place is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out and designed. We were impressed with the food and service too. I had the gypsy burger with gluten free buns. I was grateful they offered gf options and that it actually was delicious! The customer service is excellent. The young cashier was professional and didn't skip a beat accommodating my food intolerance. I hope they open a Cubby's back home in SoCal. read more

Love the food but their drive through is completely inefficient and takes way too long to get through. Your basically trapped for 20 to 30 minutes in the line which isnt even overly long. Tbey could take a oage out of Chic Fil A down the block which is where I went when theycouldnt get my order correct after 5 attempts. read more

I was very excited to try out Cubby's. The tri-tip sandwich sounded really good and I loved the design of the store and branding. I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed. The bbq tri-tip sandwich was just okay. The bbq sauce was not very good at all - had a funky taste. Seemed very plain. Just meat and bread with not a ton of flavor other than the funky sauce. I was really disappointed with the fries. I couldn't even taste the Rosemary in the Rosemary fries and the blue cheese fries were just kind of watery and did not like the taste. read more

I was excited to try Cubby's as I'd heard good things about it, but I wasn't super impressed. I couldn't taste blue cheese in the dragonslayer burger and there was no sign or taste of rosemary on the rosemary fries. Also the hot dog bun for the kid's hot dog was stale. I'd give it 2.5 stars. July 3rd was my First and possibly last visit to cubby's, first let me say I was delighted to see a restruant with somewhat of a health focus with their choices in salads. But, more importantly a healthy salad should have some enjoyment in flavor. So dissatisfying... This was not the case with the Kale and Wild rice salad. The rice was undercooked, with a slight crunch to the rice grain instead of the chew of a long grain I would have expected, which resulted in the overall salad being very bland. The Balsamic lemon vinaigrette was non existent in flavor, all of which extracted all the moisture and flavor of the salad ingredients and the dressing. The rosemary fries my daughter ordered were soggy, (Also undercooked) not a crispy shoestring as I would have expected. The rosemary did not come through in the flavor of the fries. The highlight to our meal was they close at 9 and we received our order at 8:30, the employees were already rolling up the rugs and rushing to clean the lobby, which made me feel rushed to leave ?(shouldn't there be a service like alsco or someone that does this, usually in the morning, I'm suspicious as to why a restruant would do this) anyway lots of room for improvement. If an establishment is open till 9 the quality of the experience should be no less than 8:59.. and I still have not received my emailed receipt. Moral of my story is this establishment has some red flags within this review, that suggest cost cutting measures that have ultimately resulted in a very poor overall experience. read more

I'm a big fan of Cubbys and have been frequenting the Lehi location for years, always happy to get food fresh food for a good price. Stopped here on the way home and I have to say that a few things have absolutely changed. First and foremost, the prices have all gone up. I get the beet salad and add chicken a lot, but this time, a vegetarian salad was now $8.99, and then $3 more for chicken. An $11.99 chicken salad?! The steak salad was $9.99! Cubbys, that's not a great deal at all, what gives? Second, the bag of fries used to be big and $2.99, is probably 1/3 smaller now and priced at $3.29. A delish dinner that normally cost around $23 was over $27. Definitely makes my decision to come here less often pretty solid. I sure hope Cubby's is paying their employees better as a result, and at least $12/hour like In'&'Out next door. Their phone order taker was also quite incompetent. She didn't even get our whole order right. Disappointed for sure. read more

Good & fresh concept...NEVER go through the drive-thru in Draper, UTAH! I ordered a buffalo chicken salad & there were 2 cars ahead of me after I paid & many behind me at 1:15 this afternoon. I waited 15 minutes after paying & then the person at the window took forever to bag the salad & didn't seem to be in a hurry or cordial AT ALL! We went to the Lehi location of Cubby's yesterday & were treated MUCH better, but it was so crowded & took forever to get our 3 meals. I now get the concept of fresh, but maybe they need a bigger kitchen and more people at all their locations. I called to talk to the Assistant Mgr. in Draper this afternoon - Jessica & she denied my complaint of salad taking forever - not very good & her mannerisms. Try asking for the one guy who owns almost 10 Cubby's & she told me she was not allowed to refer customers to him! She said the owner lives right down the street. She finally gave me the Corporate Office Phone number! Try to get out with all the traffic coming out of all the stores at Draper Peaks trying to get out on 123rd...you will be boxed in.
