Had a bit of an interesting and mixed experience here. First off, the place was pretty dirty inside and outside. My girlfriend and I went in to order cookies and stood at the register for a good 5, 10 minutes before being asked to what we wanted (there was no one else in line). My sister loves this place, so for her birthday, I drove in a storm to get there last night. I spent over $60.00 for 13 cookies. I ordered 3 sets of 4 packs cookies and a single cookie for the homeless guy outside. While I was waiting they came to me twice to tell me that they were out of the cookies I ordered on the platform. They were not gentle with the cookies, and a few were broke when I got home. The worst part is, the crew that were picking up cookies and sniffing them. What? They would put them back on the racks! I about lost it when they were going to give me one of those cookies. Thank Goodness she saw me watching. The sad things was, I wanted to order more for my work, but no one would help me. I received my order of Crumbl cookies last night and they looked horrible. The staff who worked last night did not care about Crumbl's reputation at all. Such a shame. I've ordered before and they have been fantastic. But last night makes me not want to order from them again. I did receive a refund. I believe the crew is giving me the runaround not letting me talk to the manager saying they will be in in the morning, and when I call, they say, "no, the manager is not in today. We went last night at 7pm. They were out of half of the cookies. No brownie peanutbutter no cheesecake or strawberry shortcake. It was very disappointing. We left with 3 chocolate chip and a waffle cookie. The waffle cookie was nothing to write home about. Tasted like a basic vanilla cookie base with a ball of frosting in the center and a condiment cup of pancake syrup. It was very disappointing. I hate writing bad reviews but! SO MUCH hype about CC that my expectations were sky high. I've been hearing @ these cookies for the last year. Finally! On a break from work near Metrocenter, I popped in to buy a 4-pack to go: two Snickerdoodles & two Milk Chocolate Chip cookies. Yes they're big. Yes they're served warm. No they did not taste delicious. Snickerdoodle Raw in the middle & just bland. Milk Chocolate Chip w/ Nuts Cooked but no distinguishing flavor, again bland even though they had texture. While I prefer semi sweet. If these were delicious regardless of that detail, I'd say so, but they were not... Bottom line: I didn't bite into these & roll on the floor in ecstasy, as I was led to believe I would! As I've mentioned in previous reviews, I'm a baker & come from a family of bakers, so we have especially high standards. I also shared w/ my neighbor, another kick a** baker, & she was in no way "wowed." The girl who helped me was nice & answered all my questions, so appreciate that. Cookies are served in long pink boxes, like for a dozen long-stemmed roses, but me wanted crazy good cookies, like Cookie Monster! Staff is a bunch of young people with no real customer service skills. The desserts are always hit and miss at this location because again these young people just need jobs, but they're not bakers or trained to make delicious desserts. We ordered over one hour ahead and when we came to location, we were a little early for our scheduled pick up time, but we had asked on of the employees behind the counter and she told us not to worry just give her a few minutes to do the people ahead and she would have ours done, proceeded to wait about 47 minutes and were told that they had cookies coming out of the oven and it would just be another 5 minutes for the cooling to be done and our order would be out, proceeded to go about 20-30 minutes and were told they ran out of some of the cookies we ordered which is weird being that we had places our order way ahead and we started to watch as people walked in paced their order (some same size as ours) and would have their order handed to them and put way before... if we knew this was the case why order ahead and not just walk in and order if they will ignore the ones places ahead... worst part is the fact that the cookie they decided to tell us sold out is one that we watched them make a couple times to people who walked in to place their order and pick up same time... its sad when we ordered the cookies 2 hours ahead and yet people who walked in to order past us as we already checked in with them were able to get them and we were told they ran out... really disappointed as we have loved coming to this location for years previously... read more

Early yesterday morning our door bell rang so I went to answer our front door. When I opened the door a young lady was at the door holding a pink box. I said good morning to her and she responded with a good morning as well. She was making a delivery and once I confirmed that I was the person to who the pink box was for she handed the pink box to me. On the pink box it read "Crumbl Cookies" with the little character with the chefs hat and what resembles a mustache. The cookie box was part of an anniversary gift from our family which to us represents have a sweet year. I have to confess even though we have had "Crumbl Cookies" delivered before this was an unexpected surprise. When we opened the box it had six big delicious looking cookies inside. It contained a two chocolate chip, key lime, churro, pink sugar and a chocolate cookie! We have had cookies from "Crumbl" before and we have never been disappointed. If by chance you happen to experience their delicious flavors take a gander and check to see if they have your favorite cookie available. Their cookies are kind of big in size but one is enough for two people. After all I do consider myself to be somewhat of a "Cookie Monster" myself. read more
