Bottom line: From salesman, to sales mngr., to finance/paperwork guy, everyone was professionally courteous and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Rich even paired my iPhone to the rig and offered to help with any other operational details. At any point had anyone been even slightly aggressive, arrogant, presumptive or non-responsive to our specific concerns...we would have corrected them and walked out the door. This place exceeded our expectations. We were out shopping for a '13 Honda Civic for the wife but they didn't have the model/features/color combo we were looking for but the young salesman was quite helpful and offered to get one from another dealer. We were hesitant about that and also wanted to look at Toyota's for general overall comparison. Although many great vehicles there, none fit our personal specs. So, wandered over to the place right next door with the Nissan sign...just to see what they might have. Salesman Rich was standing outside when we pulled into the parking space and greeted us as we got out of our car. Told him just what we were up to, comparison shopping vs. the Civic...looking for an economy car but with all the bells & whistles. Rich listened to our story and without monkeying around directed us to a vehicle fitting our wish list. He pointed out the features that would appeal to my wife and was perceptive enough to pop the hood and point out a few things that might appeal to an older guy with some basic shade tree mechanical experience (me). So, never pushy, never over-hyping the product, never attempting to guide us to something other than what we described, and attentive to our particular requests all made for a very satisfactory 'sales experience'. Next came 'the price' and as per usual the sales manger gets involved. Again we stated our case and he came back after a few minutes with a simple offer, clearly handwritten showing base price and 'discounts'. Looked reasonable to us so we had them prep a finance offer. At 3.49% @ 60 mo. it exceeded our expectations so we agreed to the deal. Incidentally, it wasn't until the signing that we realized we were at a Crown dealership. read more

Rich at Crown Motors Nissan was the most outstanding sales person I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, he waved, smiled and I knew right then that he was who I wanted to deal with. Rich and the finance staff treated me and my 10 year old son like we are royalty. And still do. I get follow up calls from Rich and e-mails making sure I am happy with my Nissan Sentra. While we were waiting for our financial paperwork to be ready, I asked Rich if I could order a pizza, since my son and I hadn't eaten in awhile. He said they have fancy sandwiches in the frig, but my son & I wanted pizza. So he asked what kind we liked and we told him. Within 15 minutes, a pizza delivery man was putting pizza and soda with plates and napkins in front of us and told us to enjoy our new car and the pizza. I looked at Rich and asked him how much I owed for the pizza and he said, "it's on me, don't worry about it." Rich even let my son play angry birds on his computer while we waited. But we didn't have to wait too long, because they made me a great offer. I gave them my budget and they were able to work a deal $10 under what I could afford on a monthly basis. I am a customer for life. If you want a good car, good gas mileage and want to be treated like royalty, go see Rich at Crown Motor Nissan. read more

Amazing! I could not beleive the hospitality of both our ales people and the general manager as well as the finance people. First Shane did an amazing job during our test drive.(considering I had two small children trying to sing afro circus over the top of him while he was trying to tell me and my husband about the car.) We then returned the mext day to lease a vehical and shane was on vacation and made sure to let us know that he had another sales lady up to speed of what we were looking for. Amber did an amazing job getting everything moving for us. The general manager came out and interacted with our children and gave them all ballons and we were having a hard time deciding what car would be best for our family and he asked us a few questions and he was able to tell is what one would be the best fit for us and what we were needing. He then came nack with 5 diffrent options of finanxing or leasing a vehicle. He amber and finances all sat down with us and talked about the option and we decieded to buy. They gave us an amazing price with a great monthly payment! We tjen went to sign all the papers and the financial man was amazing with our kids. Offered them snacks had toys in his office for them to play with. Every moment of our car buying experiance was amazing! Best place in the north state to buy a car! read more

As a customer at the Ford dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Nick Drumheller for my car-buying needs. Nick provided exceptional service throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be more grateful. Nick was patient and understanding of my indecisiveness during the test drive phase. He remained sympathetic and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and never showed any signs of frustration or annoyance. Nick was always willing to help, answering any questions I had and providing valuable insight into the various vehicles I was considering. When I finally made my decision to purchase the Lincoln Nautilus Reserve, Nick was able to secure a payment plan that worked for me despite the high-interest rates. His dedication to customer satisfaction was impressive, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend Nick Drumheller and the Ford dealership to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Nick's exceptional service and expertise made the car-buying process seamless and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I knew I could trust Nick to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! read more

I went on the computer just LOOKING on thursday. Travis Vicklund schedule my appointment for Friday evening. Being a salesperson I hate to be sold. Everyone there treated me with the utmost respect (unlike the Toyota dealer next door I accidently walked on there lot and they were insulting and rude!!!). They help[ed me select my car, they helped me make the right financing choices for me. I went in with a semi realistic payment and they worked with that. I feel like I want everyone in the Northstate to have the same wonderful experience I had. They made it so easy I woke and asked my husband did I really buy a car by myself. Yes dear he says. Before you buy anywhere else I have to urge you try Crown Motors of Redding they have two amazing lots with the right car for everyone and don't forget ask for Travis Vicklund and don't forget to add the extended warranty (the ford one no matter what brand of car the Ford warranty is the Best the only exclusions are cosmetic ones) Love my Nissan....Love my Crown Motors....I'm a mom with 7 kids/10 grandbabies and all of us are Crown family now. Thank you to the owner for his companys expectations. You are above and beyond #1. read more

What can I say, Crown Motors has my business the reason why is simply, honesty. I must admit, I have heard stories where quality of service was questionable. From my personal experience this is a thing of the past. I went to Crown Motors to perform a service on my 2005 Ford Escape, I was greeted professionally along with details regarding the service that was to be performed. At this point my checkbook was open, ready to pay for labor and parts. Albeit, I was surprised when Darryl Forgarty approached me explaining there is no need to perform this service. As much as Darryl would like to take my money, he simply cannot perform a service that is not needed. I was amazed! It is this level of honesty that will keep me coming back as I know that the service I am getting is honest. If you questioning Crown Motors service department and was to ask for my opinion, I would tell you to give them a shot. If you like honesty and integrity then Crown Motors service department has your back. Make you appointment and ask For Darryl. Next on my list a new Ford F-150 and Crown Motors will have the first opportunity to have my business. read more

You've got to be kidding. I've always been under the impression that buying a car is stressful, fraught with pressure. And, it may very well be.....BUT NOT AT CROWN MOTORS FORD. I can not begin to tell you how HAPPY I am with the total experience I had with the professionals at Crown Motors Ford. If you are mildly interested in a new car, or just want to check them out, asking to work with Kala or Mike would be a Giant step in the right direction! These two are truly Pros. They clearly have your best interest at heart...no doubt about it. ABSOLUTELY no pressure what so ever, and will knowledgeably answer any and all questions you may have. They really know there information! True professionals. I love my car, but I also very much appreciated how they allowed me to make up my own mind, at my own pace. Simply put, my experience at Crown Motors Ford and with Kala and Mike was nothing less than stellar!!! I'd buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Walt read more

Everyone was amazing, fun, and friendly. We will definetly becoming back here to buy all of our cars. Jordan H. was great. He made us feel really comfortable and dealing with him, was like dealing with an old friend. He even stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. He did everything in his power to make sure we got everything we wanted and then some. Brock the finance guru was so friendly and had such a great sense of humor also, made the whole car buying experience fantastic. When we came to look at cars we had no intentions of buying car just yet. We were just looking at different options. Actually, we had just come from the Kia dealership where there was a car a wanted. That is how good Jordan is. Not only did we decide against a Kia, we bought a car unexpectedly....with a pink bow. Lisa and Adam Crescent City read more

My husband and I purchased a Honda Accord from Hank McDonald yesterday. We can't begin to express how happy we are with the entire experience. We were thrilled with the price and the interest rate. When it came to signing all the paperwork their finance manager Diane found us an even better rate, lowering an unbelievable rate on a used car to an even better one! The entire staff was just awesome and it was an "over the top" fun experience sparring with the senses of humor possessed by everyone. I have never in my life had fun buying a vehicle but I sure did yesterday!!! I would recommend dealing with Crown Motors; Hank McDonald, Diane and the entire staff without hesitation! No stars from me. I wanted to support the local economy, So I went to Crown Motors to shop for my new car. I went online to see what they had to offer, they set me up with a sales rep. He was nice so I let him know I would go home and discuss with my husband. I got a call the next morning from some other sales rep., that the fist rep had dumpped me off on, who was very rude!! It promted me to look else where. I found a great deal @ Nissan Sunnyvale. I bought the same car they were trying to sell me @ Crown Motors for $5k less! No joke, $5,000 No extra fee for floormats, for kick plates. ect..Crown Motors sales dept is a joke!! read more

Where to start...Nervous about buying a car? Ask for Steve Roberts at Ford/Dodge, Annette at Honda or Sean at Nissan...These are professionals and will walk you through the entire process, no pressure, and all are willing to step up and show you some "insider" points that will save you time, money, and more importantly... they will give you peace of mind. Stress in the finance dept??? Forget about it! "Would you like an extended warranty? No? Ok, sign here and there, congratulations, you just bought a new car!" Wonderful staff (Rich showed us all of the bells and whistles), great experience from start to finish. read more

My husband and I are frugal car owners. We keep the cars we buy well after they are paid-off and when we need a new one, we shop around until we find a good deal. Crown Motors came up on our computer when we were shopping and they had a car that was interesting enough for us to follow through with the inquiry. The sales staff was very nice, the car met all of our requirements and then some and the price was very reasonable. The finance department was exceptionally nice. Needless to say we are now proud owners of a Crown Motors vehicle and we will probably return there for our next purchase. read more

I took my Nissan to Crown motors. They first charged me $500 to fix a problem that became worse in a week or so. Then they said I needed a new engine. Well I didn't trust them to put a new engine in, so I got a friend to do it for under $4000, but when the engine was replaced, the car had the same problem. So it was finally dignosed as needing a new catalytic converter, which fixed the inital problem. After $4500, the problem wasn't fixed. You would be better off going to someone working out of their garage than going to Crown Motors Service Department. read more

I just bought my new Dodge Ram from Crown Motors over Memorial Day weekend, and we're so pleased with our salesman, Mick Nolan. He didn't pressure us at all, but was happy to give us the best deal possible, and treated us with respect. We called, and they had exactly what we wanted. They had a great deal for us, so we showed up the next day, took it for a little test drive, and after a no- fuss, no hassle paperwork exchange, we were driving away with a great truck. Great experience. We have already referred one customer who said she is likely to go to Crown. read more

Wow! Negotiated over the phone with Travis Vicklund, salesman, and Chris Myers, finance. They drove from Redding to Paradise to pick me up and drive me back to Redding, showed me everything about the car before the test drive, went over the Carfax with me and Dake Shirley, finance, went over the purchase agreement which was as discussed on the phone. All were the nicest salesmen I've ever dealt with. The car is exceptionally clean, in very good condition (no surprise, it's a Honda) and drives like a dream. I'd recommend Crown Motors to anyone. read more

This is the first review I've done on Yelp and the only reason is because I was pleased with the Honda sales. High recommendations for Uriah Lewis. He came in on a day off so my wife could test drive a Honda Fit....didn't like the Fit but loved the Civic. He knows his cars. He let us compare on Edmunds and True-Car on the Internet, while in the office, and Annette Roberts helped agree upon a fair price. Got to the Finance Dept. and Diane Hill, the Finance Director, was a real kick -- not your normal finance person. read more

We had a great experience in Crown Motors. It probably helped that we went in there knowing exactly what we wanted and on what terms. They worked with us in a friendly and professional manner. In previous experiences at other dealerships, they've tried to throw in extra costs at the end when you're tired and just want it over with. Not here--everyone was very straightforward with us, no games, once we came to an agreement the paperwork was pretty painless. Oh, and we're very happy with our new Frontier! Thanks guys! read more

Jeremy Sherman is the best sales rep you guys have. He went above and beyond to help us with our F-150. We went through a rough situation with a really bad purchase with a different dealer in town. Not only did your team help us with our truck purchase, they helped us resolve the bad situation we were in. Jeremy and Mike your sales manager, are excellent examples of quality employees. From this experience I would definately buy from your company in the future. read more
