Love this adorable tea place. My daughter and I have been to their original tea shop many moons ago located at Ghirardelli Square. Subsequently, they moved to Japantown, had another huge following. They have opened up shop in the town of Ross; I don't want them to ever close. It's literally in our own backyard. Dynamic duo owners Amy and Chris has a true passion for high tea. They offer etiquette classes, holiday-themed teas, savory and sweet bites all made with love. They survived the pandemic. They offer stellar catering and collaborate with other businesses and hotels to offer their divine tea service. My mom loves the crumpets and freshly made jams. It's fitting for any occasion(s). 'Til we meet again - cheers and see you on YELP (SYOY)!

Dropped by for 2 scones and tea. Very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. The place is super adorable. I definitely want to come back for a birthday tea party.

Came here for a birthday celebration and it was quite fun! I appreciate the menu offers choices of food items instead of just high tea. Not everyone has to order high tea. The high tea has good savory selections which fit me better. I don't like too much sweets in high tea and this place offers a good balance of savory and sweet. Service is great. The setting feels like more for kids but I enjoy the food either way!

Super cute and whimsical place to enjoy a birthday meal and tea with my family. Our server Chris was attentive and so gracious. We especially loved hearing him talk (British perhaps?!). We ordered the Afternoon Tea for 2 people while hubby opted for their Chicken Pot Pie with salad and a sparkling water. If you aren't into the finger sandwiches and would like something hearty definitely get the Chicken Pot Pie! For my own pot of hot tea (part of the Afternoon Tea option) I decided on their 'Swamp Water' tea. I don't like the name, but the fruity tea was delicious which was pineapple, mango, & passionfruit loose tea. My favorites from the tower of treats we got were the turkey cranberry finger sandwiches, cucumber open-faced sandwiches, the scones, and the chocolate covered strawberries. I loved all the cute decor and details of this place. Perfect place to leisurely spend some time at and enjoy. I'd love to come back again.

It was windy, and a little miserable. We had a reservation but still ended up outside in the rain. The tent did little to protect us from the elements, making it difficult to enjoy anything else.

What a lovely experience! I had about 90 minutes between appointments in central Marin yesterday and enjoyed afternoon tea at Crown and Crumpet. It could not have been a better experience. The main contact when I walked in was very gracious and welcoming. She asked if I had a seating preference. It was an exceptionally beautiful day, so the patio was the perfect choice. I was surprised when she told me they'd been open for four years! I wish I would have known sooner! I ordered afternoon tea for one, complemented by their private blend tea. Everything was delicious! I was so pleased with my experience that I purchased a gift certificate for a Christmas white elephant gathering in a couple of weeks. I'm going to become a regular! This is the easiest five stars I've given in a while.

Wife, daughter-in-law, our grandson who has just graduated from eighth grade, and I were there for lunch. Lunch was a celebration of sorts. It was very good. A petit burger with added bacon ($16), a salad Lyonnaise ($19), a goat cheese and berry salad ($18) and a side of French fries ($9) rounded out our table. It took almost 10 minutes after we arrived for someone to greet us- not sure why. However we were seated outdoors as we requested which was appreciated. We started with the chips & salsas- the chips were just as I like them; thin, crispy with salt. My sister had the vegan enchiladas and her husband the vegan pozole which he raved about. My son had the trio of carnitas tacos and was quite satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed the veggie (not vegan as I love my queso) chile rellenos - they were divine. The sauce was perfectly flavored. We shared the churros for dessert- a bit disappointed as they were not crispy & a bit doughy on the inside. Our server was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Curated furniture are displayed on the first and second floors. The third floor is where the magic happens, with its iconic chandeliers, elegant fountain, and olive trees creating a stunning ambiance. No matter where you're seated, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the Corte Madera outdoor mall and surrounding hills. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. We were seated inside, and the views didn't disappoint. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I ordered a glass of white wine while my partner enjoyed a mimosa. The restaurant doesn't offer a full cocktail bar, but that wasn't an issue for us. The menu offers a great selection, but I already knew what I wanted after browsing it before our reservation. I ordered the whole grilled branzino with grilled broccolini, and my partner chose the lobster roll. Both dishes were beautifully presented. My deboned branzino was cooked perfectly--moist and flaky with just the right amount of crispness on the outside. The seasoning was simple, just the way I like it, allowing the flavors of the extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon to shine. The broccolini was perfectly cooked with a bright citrus finish. Even my partner, who isn't usually a seafood fan, really enjoyed both the fish and the broccolini. The fish was incredibly fresh with no fishy aroma, and the broccolini had the perfect al dente texture. My partner's lobster roll was equally impressive. The lobster was sweet, tender, and generously portioned, served on perfectly toasted brioche that complemented the filling without overpowering it. The portion sizes were just right. We didn't need a to-go box and we left feeling completely satisfied without feeling overly full. Although we skipped dessert, we were celebrating a milestone, and our thoughtful waiter surprised us with a warm chocolate chip cookie. It was absolutely delicious--fresh from the oven with melted, gooey chocolate in every bite. It was the perfect ending to an already wonderful meal. Service throughout our visit was prompt and friendly, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming. The restaurant was well maintained, including the restrooms, which were clean and well attended. Overall, RH Rooftop Restaurant in Corte Madera delivered an exceptional first experience.
