Michael and his wife were fast to respond, clear with what we could choose to do (lots choices) and quick to execute once we decided. We caught one squirrel the first day and two the second. They safely removed them alive in their traps the next mornings both times. They sealed up our home all over with metal mesh and metal flashing to help keep everything out in the future. They made everything look good and painted the flashing g to match roof color or Siding color. They are professional and very knowledgeable and experienced and they have done well for us twice now in two homes and we trust the same success as before! Thank you!

The sales experience was professional and friendly, but such attitude disappeared completely once I…read morebecame a customer.   The office schedules appointments three weeks out if you want to have the same technician each time. However, despite this extended scheduling window, a different technician shows up every single time regardless. For a recent bimonthly appointment, a new technician arrived at 5:30 pm instead of the scheduled time. Clearly eager to leave for the day, he wanted to first check whether there was even a pest issue before deciding if treatment was necessary, rather than simply performing the service I was paying for. He also informed me that a complete service is typically performed every six months, which directly contradicts what the salesperson told me at the time of sign-up, when I was assured that complete service would be provided every two months.   Despite this pattern of incomplete service, Natran has had no trouble charging my credit card every single month without fail.   When I informed Natran that I would be out of town for an extended period, they refused to move my appointment up by even a couple of weeks, even though the result would be my home going over three months without any treatment at all, far beyond the standard service window I am paying for.   Reading through other reviews, it is clear that missed appointments, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service are not isolated incidents but an ongoing pattern with this company. I regret choosing Natran and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

We were having awful bug infestation, ants coming in our home in every bedroom in every restroom, just everywhere. We've also had wasps coming in our home (very terrifying) we had spiders also coming and we also had roaches in our garage basically everything! I called Mr. Miguel to inform him about our situation he answered all of my questions and my doubts, he was very respectful at all times. He informed me of the two options we had the one time work or even the one year when they comes 3x a year service, Mr. Miguel explained both options very well and we had to do the one year just in case our situation came back and so far I'm writing this probably 2/3 weeks after our treatment and I have not seen no bugs no more! Mr. Miguel employees were very respectful of our home informed us when they were coming in even had cover ups for there shoes! and were very sweet and nice. I honestly recommend Mr. Miguel to anyone who is in need of pest control! Literally the best.

Extremely Disappointed with Southwest Exterminating I would…read morestrongly caution anyone considering Southwest Exterminating based on our experience. In December 2025, we hired Southwest Exterminating to perform a full assessment of our home and seal any potential entry points for pests and rodents. Prior to their work, we had never had a bat inside our house or attic. The only activity we occasionally noticed was bats outside near our driveway around dusk, close to the siding of our home. As part of their service, Southwest installed a one-way exclusion cone that would allow any bats to exit but prevent them from re-entering. About 7 to 10 days later, a technician returned and removed the cone, indicating the exclusion process was complete. Just one day after the cone was removed, we discovered a bat flying around our living room. We assumed it was an isolated incident, removed it from the house, and moved on. Three days later, however, the situation became much more serious. We found a live bat crawling in the bathtub of our six-month-old son's bathroom, which is directly connected to his bedroom. We safely trapped it in a bucket. Approximately 15 minutes later, we found another live bat crawling across the floor of our two-year-old daughter's bedroom just as she was preparing for bed. We immediately contacted Southwest Exterminating. Their technician came to our home and took possession of both bats. At no point did anyone from the company advise us that the bats should be preserved and tested for rabies given their proximity to our young children and the fact that they had been inside our living spaces. To make matters worse, one of the captured bats reportedly fell off the technician's truck before it could be tested. Because only one bat remained available for testing, and due to the potential exposure risk to our family, we all had to undergo rabies vaccinations as a precaution. Anyone who has experienced this process understands the physical, emotional, and financial burden that comes with it. What is most disappointing is that Southwest Exterminating took absolutely no responsibility for what occurred. We hired them specifically to prevent bats from entering our home, yet immediately following their work, we experienced multiple bats inside areas occupied by our infant and toddler. The company's handling of the situation, including the failure to advise us about rabies testing and the mishandling of one of the bats, only made an already stressful situation worse. This was one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences our family has ever faced as homeowners. Based on both the outcome and the company's response, I would never use Southwest Exterminating again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Rating: 0 out of 5 stars
