Decent food. A bit on the pricy side. I got the burger with sweet potato fries. Staff is great, very accommodating and friendly.

Just came in for a nightcap. Friendly bartenders. Good selection of a full bar. Small tap selection- but good variety. Menu looked fairly priced for the location. Very loud. Seems that large groups staying at the hotel congregate and it turns into a loud party. Nice place to hang out.

Hotel restaurants can go with way, luckily this one went the right way! My friends ate at the attached food court and I didn't see anything I wanted to eat, so I checked out the menu for Cricket's online and decided to check it out on the way back to our room. I'm glad we did! The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great! Definitely check this place out if you are staying at the hotel. The chicken Marsala was rich and tasty! The pesto pasta and green beans that were served with it were also great. The bartenders made great drinks, to the rim, and thoughtfully entered appropriate conversations throughout the bar. I had such a great night!

5 stars for the bartender. I left my two bags at the counter. When I returned about 2 hours later, they were placed to the side for me. The food was meh...but integrity goes a long way in my book. I had the shrimp and grits. I'm used to the Charleston style shrimp and grits...these were more sautéed with no sauce. The wings looked tasty...

Jeremy makes awesome Manhattan... Extra cherries please. He kept us laughing all afternoon. His partial British accent confused us, but we still loved him. Best bartender in Orlando. Give that guy a raise.

Customer service has not been lost at Crickets. Efficiently and timely considering how busy it is.

Carlos, Matt, and the entire staff have made the visit to Crickets at the Florida Hotel each year an excellent experience.

Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest.

Looking at the menu I was bit surprised they did not have more signature drinks on the menu, mainly mojitos, but then realized this is a Latin speakeasy, with music playing to match. Once I had my coconut mojito I was very pleased. They really do know how to make them. They also have a full bar so anything you want they can make, The bartender and servers were super nice and friendly, and they worked quick to get all drinks out. They also had some food, that looked delicious, and hope I get the chance to come back to try some. After seating in the lounge/ speakeasy area for a while, we moved to the bar for a last drink. The bartender said Espresso Martinis were her specialty so we order those. She was not lying, one of the best we've had.

Interesting space... I see the vision but this is why space planning is so important. Or maybe it's the designer in me. I found the seating very uncomfortable and awkwardly positioned. The services was good and the empanadas were tasty (little greasy) Drinks were yummy... The old fashion was presented in a box while it was being smoked, very cool concept. Overall I dig the concept and I was glad to check it out since I was in the Kissimmee area.
