He added hot sauce to it and it helped it but they definitely need some additional seasoning. The potatoes were good although as you got to the bottom, they definitely were not cooked all the way through. They could've been cooked a little bit longer. I got the chicken and waffle - it comes with four pieces of chicken and a half waffle. The waffle is really delicious. It's got a little crunch on the outside but a little sweetness in it and the chicken was absolutely amazing. I would definitely get the fried chicken again there is a reason they are famous for it. Our server, Ariana was incredibly sweet and very attentive to us throughout the night. Great service like that would also have us come back to this location again in the future.

During the overlay there is no cover, I'm not sure if there is at other times throughout the year. You can also bring food inside which we also do sometimes. Inside has two floors with seating on both. The dance floor and DJ is on the first floor. It can get very loud and very busy inside but the music is always good. The drinks are fine, they are usually very sweet, the specialty ones and can get very pricey. I usually do not love the drinks here and I honestly think beer and wine is the best way to go. I will also say that their drinks are extremely expensive, they come in usually around $20 which is high and they are not very large. The bartenders are always really friendly and chatty. Overall I do think this is a fun place. Kids are welcome here, I think until a certain time. But it is a fun place. We like to go for a night out or a fun night with our friends. The current overlay is Dead Coconut Club for Halloween Horror Nights. And they will more than likely do something for Christmas. I definitely think this is worth checking out.

No table should have to watch one guest eat while the rest wait nearly an hour for their meals. There were also issues with order accuracy. One member of our party ordered steak and rice but was served steak and french fries instead. After bringing the mistake to the staff's attention, the rice was never provided, and he was ultimately expected to accept the incorrect order. Service throughout the evening was inconsistent. At one point, our table of nine requested water and was initially given only a single bottle for the entire table. We had to repeatedly ask for additional water and other basic dining needs. What was most disappointing was the lack of resolution. We respectfully brought our concerns to a supervisor, hoping the situation would be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the response was underwhelming, and any accommodation offered felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to make things right. We came in excited to enjoy a family dining experience at one of Orlando's well-known venues. Instead, we spent much of the evening waiting, following up on missing items, and trying to resolve issues that should not have occurred in the first place. While Mango's delivers on atmosphere and appearance, the service, food timing, and customer care left our family disappointed. I had my 82 yr old father and 49 yr old Down's syndrome brother with me. My dad's mobility scooter ran out of power and there were no outlets to be found. I was pushing the scooter for an hour as my father struggled to walk with his cane when we reached the steps of the restaurant. The manager said she was more than willing to let us charge the scooter as we ate which was above and beyond what they needed to do. It went further. I discussed how bad of a day we were having and she brought us an appetizer and said she hoped that might help in leasing the bad day. Another employee helped my ailing father up some stairs and to the table. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. Instead of making us walk back to the front where the scooter was charging, another manager brought it to our table. I don't think they realized how much that meant to us and me. Both my dad and brother have challenges and I have to help a lot which I am willing to do but by Margaritaville and their staff giving me a small respite and helping us out, it meant the world to all three of us by helping out when they had 0 obligation to.
