The Kunuku Daiquiri is alcohol free and delicious. It's tart and perfect for hot summer days! Service was amazing, super friendly staff! It's quick service so grab and go. Only downside is the straw is paper, but the wins far out number the loses on this one!

CelesaTiki was fantastic! My friends and I were lucky enough to have Alex as our bartender, and he was amazing. He made our day so much better. we kept going back to the bar just to get drinks from him! On our second day at the theme park, he wasn't working, and we were honestly sad not to see him there. I can't wait to go back and grab more drinks from him again! I had the Waturi Punch, which was delicious and perfect for the hot weather The location is great! My only wish is that they had more shaded seating

It's also a great spot for large parties without ever feeling chaotic. Service is always 10/10, always attentive, friendly and prompt, they are so on top of it you never have to ask for a refill. The food is consistently amazing. Highly recommend the BBQ shrimp, the wood fired oysters (the chili butter is seriously addicting), and the Gumbo Ya-Ya. Every dish is packed with flavor and feels authentic. Easily one of my favorite spots whenever I'm craving Creole food.

I really wanted to like this place but it was a swing and a miss. Parking was easy during the Saturday afternoon we visited. On busier occasions, they do offer valet parking. Nearby businesses share parking so if it's a peak time, you may have to walk a little to the door. Not a long wait before we were seated. Spacious with tables and booth seating. There is a bar and televisions here. Our hostess was nice and offered insight into the menu. For the appetizers, we started with oysters Rockefeller, and fried gator tail. It's a red flag when places smother items in a sauce instead of letting it stand on it's own. No complaints on the oysters and the gator tail was given previously frozen vibes. For the entree, I got the shrimp po' boy. The bread was hearty and held onto the six lil shrimp that they felt were enough. When the ratio of shrimp, bread and topping aren't portioned right, you end up with gaps of the flavor when you're eating. What sent me is the shrimp weren't properly deveined. If you took a biology class, you know that black line running along the back is the shrimp's waste system. I'm not eating that. The hostess saw me just sitting there looking at my food and asked if I wanted something different. Hard pass. Even the waffle fries were bad. They weren't piping hot and dried out inside. I made due with the sweet tea which they did well with. The manager came by and offered to remake or replace my meal. I appreciate his efforts but I didn't want anything at that point. The bathrooms were clean. Nice enough people but the kitchen didn't get it right.

Our family was genuinely excited to dine at Mango's during our trip to Orlando. We had heard great…read morethings about the venue and were looking forward to enjoying a memorable meal together. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. To start with the positives, Mango's is absolutely beautiful. The décor, atmosphere, and overall aesthetic are impressive and create a vibrant, energetic environment. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the appearance of the venue. However, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. Our party of nine waited over two hours for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, one person in our group received their meal approximately 45 minutes before everyone else. No table should have to watch one guest eat while the rest wait nearly an hour for their meals. There were also issues with order accuracy. One member of our party ordered steak and rice but was served steak and french fries instead. After bringing the mistake to the staff's attention, the rice was never provided, and he was ultimately expected to accept the incorrect order. Service throughout the evening was inconsistent. At one point, our table of nine requested water and was initially given only a single bottle for the entire table. We had to repeatedly ask for additional water and other basic dining needs. What was most disappointing was the lack of resolution. We respectfully brought our concerns to a supervisor, hoping the situation would be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the response was underwhelming, and any accommodation offered felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to make things right. We came in excited to enjoy a family dining experience at one of Orlando's well-known venues. Instead, we spent much of the evening waiting, following up on missing items, and trying to resolve issues that should not have occurred in the first place. While Mango's delivers on atmosphere and appearance, the service, food timing, and customer care left our family disappointed. We sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because the venue itself has the potential to provide a much better experience than what we received.

To whom it may concern,…read more The food was good but I am writing this review to highlight their above and beyond customer service that made a really bad day for my family a bit better. I had my 82 yr old father and 49 yr old Down's syndrome brother with me. My dad's mobility scooter ran out of power and there were no outlets to be found. I was pushing the scooter for an hour as my father struggled to walk with his cane when we reached the steps of the restaurant. The manager said she was more than willing to let us charge the scooter as we ate which was above and beyond what they needed to do. It went further. I discussed how bad of a day we were having and she brought us an appetizer and said she hoped that might help in leasing the bad day. Another employee helped my ailing father up some stairs and to the table. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. Instead of making us walk back to the front where the scooter was charging, another manager brought it to our table. I don't think they realized how much that meant to us and me. Both my dad and brother have challenges and I have to help a lot which I am willing to do but by Margaritaville and their staff giving me a small respite and helping us out, it meant the world to all three of us by helping out when they had 0 obligation to. Friendly staff and good food. Please give them a chance and I guarantee they will move heaven and earth to make your experience an amazing one! Ty! Forever grateful and thankful, Mark Harris

Yes, I know youa re paying theme park pricing but at least for that you typically get some sort of presentation. These were served in a plastic cup, that of which you would recive at a pool bar at an inexpensive resort. They looked nothing like the photo. And for "blended" drinks they were not mixed at all - like literally separated ingrediance. they are also filled so high the you can't pick it up without spilling it. And again we ordered blended so they were sticky. The server spolled some on the ground (whihc was sand) in bring them to us and I spilt on my self when trying to take a sip (because no straws were offered to us until we asked) The food comes out in to-go plates complete with lid so it's soggy to start from the enclosed container keep the heat and mister in. No presentation whatsoever - you can use a covering to shield food from the elements and bugs that is more interested and wont harm the food...this is not a new concept. Food was really bland and flavorless. I truly just do not have anything else to say about it. Just really forgettable. We were not impressed by anything and won't be back unless a visitor (we are newly local) wants to go here. And we will eat something prior to avoid ordering as much as possible.
