On the first day that we landed, we Uber to SeaWorld since shuttle is not available at that time but we made sure to note the returning shuttle time.. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the shuttle and had to Uber back since the hotel could not confirm if the shuttle was coming. This is not really the hotel's fault since the shuttle is third party. On the third day going to Aquatica, we took the shuttle there which was on time but forgot the return time so I called the hotel's front desk and was told the earliest pick up time was at 3:40pm. We went to the pick up area at 3:30pm and waited until 4:10pm. My wife called again to confirm and was told once again that there is a 3:40pm pick up time and the next one will be at 4:40pm. Once again we had to Uber back to the hotel since we waited over 40 minutes. I checked the schedule once we got back and there was no 3:40pm pick up time so we wasted so much time waiting with a toddler for no reason. The room was spacious but had a wet smell and feel to it. The cleaning staff also left a dirty cleaning rag on the table after room service. We came back that evening and saw it. Overall the staff were friendly but I will not be returning to this hotel as it did not provide the convenience that I wanted.

Very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. We're Titanium members. We can get a free breakfast or free drinks, and/or points. We were given some free drinks vouchers. There's a bar downstairs. But not once, in the three days we were there, did we ever see the bar open! We also never saw the other restaurant open. Only the grab and go, or the breakfast place, Tradewinds. We had breakfast at The Tradewinds. It's nice. The breakfast is good. We didn't do the buffet because we really don't eat that much for breakfast. So it wasn't worth the $37 pp when we were only eating eggs, toast and coffee. The waitress, Ana, was great! She waited on us every morning. She runs around taking care of everything! She's a real gem! The prices are reasonable. I would stay here again.

It is a massive box structure with a fabulously large atrium in the middle. The check-in process was handled quickly and efficiently. This is a Marriott property and the staff were all very friendly and well trained. The elevators face in to the atrium, and it is a scenic view as you had up to your floor. Elevators were quick and there seemed like there was always one waiting on the first floor. Rooms were decently sized and well appointed - very clean and comfortable. Bed was in good shape and got the job done. Hot water was hot and made the shower experience fine. After putting my stuff up, I took a stroll around the place - most of the amenities appear to be in the first floor: bars / restaurants and shops. There is an outdoor pool area and a fitness center somewhere in there as well. To be fair, I did not spend a whole lot of time in the room as I had quite a few activities to attend to. Would I stay here again? I would if the cost of the room was workable. It also depends on where you are planning on going in Orlando. Overall a very good stay and I would recommend staying here if you have the option. Parking is self-park and cost is about $44 / day, or valet park for considerably more at $56/day

We especially loved the Caesar tartare, lamb shank, apple pie, and cookies.
