The Figtastic Flatbread was both fantastic and slightly disappointing. The flavor was AMAZING, the cheese had just enough funk to offset the sweetness of the fig and slightly tart balsamic. The only bummer was how under done the flatbread itself was. It had a little crisp along the edges but remained pretty floppy throughout. At the end of the day a half priced flatbread and two cocktails ran just over $42 and that's kind of wild.
