This was easiest and fastest experience we've had where we got our TV scheduled for repairs and then fixed in less than 2 days. Sam was very accommodating when scheduling the appointment. First of all you get a representative from the mainland. The person I talked to advised me that the Iwilei Best Buy were sold out on the microwave that I was looking for . She did advise me that Aiea location had 1 in stock so I rushed over to the Aiea Best Buy . Aiea store is very clean and spacious their appliances is located upstairs. I did asked a sale person if I could get that last Panasonic microwave. He then went into the stock room and came out with the box . He asked that if I needed help carrying the microwave downstairs and I said ok . The young gentleman took the microwave to the cashier station . I got to the cashier counter and Christian helped ringing my merchandise up . Christian gave me the total and the price was different than the quote I got from the customer service agent over the phone . I Immediately showed Christian the email and right away Christian change the price for me . No if or but he honored the price for me . 5 stars customer service provided from Christian and the young gentleman upstairs. I wished I got he's name but he also provided unreal customer service. I will definitely come back in the future for any computers or appliances

I love checking out what new merchandise they have in store, especially the new tumblers. I also love the Dollar Spot and usually make a point to stop there first because you never know what little finds you're going to come across. Another thing I really appreciate is having access to the bathrooms right near the entrance. It's convenient, especially when you're just getting in or getting ready to shop. The one area I wish could be maintained a little better is the bathroom. Walking in and seeing trash all over the floor can be pretty unsightly and honestly takes away from the overall experience. I think having an employee designated to check the bathroom every 30 minutes or so could make a big difference in keeping it clean and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoy this Target and the little things that make shopping here enjoyable. I just think keeping the bathroom cleaner would help make the experience even better!

I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus. Only downside is they no longer offer a military or teacher discount, which is a bit of a bummer. But overall, a solid experience. SYOY! Deb B

The store is spacious, easy to navigate, and usually has everything I'm looking for! Nothing wildly different from a normal Target, but the parking is easy, it rarely feels overcrowded, and that's honestly enough to keep me coming back. Also, I really love their quick grab and go snack bar. They have lots of dietary friendly snacks there which is the best!
