Awful, they just lost two businesses from us today. We came in around late evening and was greeted by a long line in which we waited awhile for. The girl who helped us was slow, rude, looked and sounded as if she didn't want to be and work there. She refused to let my Bf use his mom's card, so I stepped in to see if I can make the purchase since I wanted to purchase something for myself as well, but she said "you're going to end up selling it to him" so she also refused to let me purchase anything for myself as well. It makes no sense because she made it seem like I'm selling to a minor (which is laughable) AND he actually used that card plenty of times in that same location in the past! I didn't want to argue with her so we both left. read more

Every time I shop here, I've only been helped by the local guy. I went yesterday afternoon and there were two women employees there. Overall they're not very friendly. Not shopping there anymore. The Ewa Beach will be my go to shop. read more

Still the best! Went back again today at the new store and it's so nice! She's so friendly, give her that raise! read more

VOLCANO Vape Shop - Vape Shops Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

The girl working there has an attitude and no knowledge of products. I'm 60 years old and when to buy some vape juice. I had a REAL ID temporary license but wouldn't sell me the juice because it was temporary ID. 60 fucking years old. Got there at 6:00pm and the sign said, out for lunch. What business closes at 6pm for lunch when people are getting off work at that time? Bad business practices read more

So, pretty upset while I'm typing this out. Called about 30 minutes before closing. Don't really wanna drive to the store for nothing. Calling ahead is just smart. About 5-10 minutes before closing I make it. First thing they say when I get through the door is they're only taking card, no cash. My face just goes into a smile. Wow, really! You couldn't have told me this when I called and told you I was heading over. I asked are they sure they couldn't take my cash. She said no. I'm not sure but I think I just seen them take the drawer in the back as I walked in. Next time inform a guy that it's card only. Wasted time and gas for nothing. I don't recommend this store based on the employees competence. Yeah, I'm typing this because I'm upset. What do you expect. Competence, I tell yeah. Haha read more

Great service! Helpful employees and great products! I love the selection and the sales! I like the fact that there are a lot of locations. No matter where I am on the island, I can find one close by! read more

Great selection service excellent! I would recommend this location. Plenty of parking quick service and expansive selection.

I'd never thought that I would ever leave a review for a vape shop, but here I am. Kailana has the best customer service, she even called another location to see if they had a specific product available. read more

Sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable. Loved every recommendation! Location is great. Plenty of parking.

So much selection. Found the battery pack I needed n got a delish disposable vape. Clerk was helpful and I'd surely go back

Awesome service and nothing wrong with that store and they have very good flavors and it's very close to my work site

Rude store manager named SHAY ( black hair always in a bun or updo , most of the time wear black jacket or black shirt and she's short with wedding ring. Came in the first thing in the morning when they open at 10am, There was two male gentleman at the store one was looking around doesn't seem to know what he wanted and one was looking around looking indecisive of what to get but still talking to the female worker , Since I'm a regular I know what I wanted and I just want to get in and out . I told the female worker that I know what I wanted nicely so she can just ring me up real quick and by the time she's done ringing me the other customer would've had time to know what he wanted . Instead I get an nasty attitude from this female working telling me she can't help me because she's "helping " two other people in front of me which these two people were not even ready and she just keeps following them around when I already know what I want and it's a quick second to just ring me up which that could've been done less than a minute but instead she decided to follow these two male gentleman around like a puppy waiting just waiting for them and I'm just standing there waiting knowing I know what I wanted . Anyways my time came around she still has that attitude and no apologies. I asked her what was her name and she said SHAY and she even spelled it out (which was odd in my opinion unless I would asked you ) and she said she's the manager or assistant manager with an attitude , I asked her if I was able to get a free vape if spend $40 or more since I always get free vape every visit I go and she said no without explanation , didn't even look in the counter if there was any with an dismissive attitude. I did not get a thank you at the end or anything she just handed out the receipt . The snarky attitude and tone of voice you gave me this morning was unacceptable coming from a "Manager". You need to do better maybe another course of customer service class ? Other employees are nice and they do acknowledge and thank people coming in and out of that door . Will be calling and sending an email to headquarters regarding about this nasty situation that happened to me with the manager which I did not deserve . read more

I've been coming to this business for a while! I've always had great experiences with the associates working. Tihani, Kai, Nerissa, Shaye, and Lawren have always been helpful, informative and fun! So I notice this place just walking around the mall on my 15 mins break. Didn't know they had a kiosk. I'm all smiles about it and it's convenient for me just incase I ran out of juice or atomizers. Came here with one of my coworkers looking at some juice. A girl name Sarah was helping us. Let me tell you this, she's awesome!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Many selections on juices and mods as well. It's located in front of Victoria secrets. I asked to take a pic with me so I can Yelp it and she agreed. What a fantastic customer service she has!!!! Thanks Sarah!!! read more

We've bought items from this location before. I walked in with my husband, he picked out the flavor, when we get to the register, the associate Shaylyn asked for my ID which I presented to her. She asks for my Husbands which he forgot at home which is why I was Buying. She said I could pick Another Flavor, I looked around & 10seconds later she says She couldn't sell me No Products at all bc he doesn't have his ID. She then looks at her manager & asks if he "knows us". I was so upset NO I don't know him! She did not let me buy Anything regardless of her 1st saying I had to choose another flavor & than asking if the manager knew us. Regardless if he knew us or not, all customers should GET TREATED FAIRLY ! If I had know the manager than they would've let me buy something WHICH IS UNFAIR. read more

Located at the new Ka Makana Ali'i Shopping center. I frequent the 'Ewa Beach location but decided to check out this location for their inventory. This little kiosk is located in front of the Victoria's Secret. The customer service here is amazing. Love coming here! Rose is very sweet and helpful! Thanks for helping me feed my habit, lol! Stay amazing Rose!

I visited this kiosk while out shopping with a friend. At first, I was apprehensive to walk up because I don't smoke cigarettes but still wanted to try vaping. Lots of people look down on that. I used to work in a headshop, so I'm somewhat knowledgeable. I also used to own a hookah back in the day, which sparked my interest in vaping e-juice. As I approached the two women working greeting me with smiles. I told them what I wanted and was introduced to their line of starter kits. Lawren is a wealth knowledge. She was very comfortable to talk to and I really respected her opinion on what kind of kit to buy. When it came down to buying e-juice, Lawren was very patient with me as I chose a flavor. She seemed very adamant about me not get any juice with nicotine (as I am a non-smoker). I commend her integrity. I ended up getting a delicious vanilla cream flavor that tastes so amazingly awesome. In all, I am so happy I stopped by this kiosk! The workers are personable. I am usually very intimidated by vaping stores because it's all so overwhelming. But the workers here were great! I will come back again. read more

Sorry but this will be a short but sweet review. I writing this review now because I wanted to test out me new Aspire Nautilus Mini. So far so good. The female employee was very helpful. I initially I was looking for replacement coils (24 kart Atom) for my Kanger Tech. But she told me they know longer carry that item. After purchasing the item she gave me a lot of information about the Nautilus Mini. The only down side is that the holes are really tiny and small. Thank you for your help Volcano eCig read more

Bought my resa stick and the coils from here. Needed a replacement tank. Told them I needed a baby one and they knew what starter kit I had purchased. They sold me the wrong one and it didn't work with the stick. Took it back to get my money back and they don't refund. I would understand if there wasn't a problem with the product but clearly you sold me the wrong one and the coils were defective. Will never go back here again. Now I have the wrong tank annnnnd a box of coils I previously purchased that I can't use. Went and bought a nunchaku instead. Will go to vape kings from now on. I'd advise to go there instead of here read more

I haven't been to this location for a little while so I was surprised that they now have a location inside a store front.
