Service is always good, they know you're in there for one thing and right out the door. Selections are great hopefully they keep the Hawai'i flavored vapes going! Sometimes they're sold out. Prices are average but their in-store redeemable points are smart. Never had issues at this specific vape shop! read more

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Not stuck up like other places. When I'm interested in trying something new, they always come through.

This place is my go to for all my vape needs. I usually come here for liquid and disposable vapes and they're always stocked and you get a discount for being a member which other places don't offer. I buy in bulk so I don't have to go to the store 2 times a week to buy things and this place does not limit buying unlike other stores like Hawaii Cheapest Vapes. The staff are always professional and helpful. I've read other reviews on here and clearly if you come in with an attitude expect to get one back. Also I've read many reviews asking for the workers personal recommendations.... I got news for you all, not everyone vapes so they wouldn't know. Everyone has different taste buds and if I were them I wouldn't recommend anything either because you would just come back and blame them for not liking it. Lmao keep up the great work guys! read more

I love vape kings, I feel like they're really quick and follow great protocols. Down fall: there's this one guy that always looks like he doesn't want to work. I get it, it might be busy, and we all have bad days. But it's the same every time I go there. When I order something online (curbside pick up) I still have to go inside to pick it up? Sometimes they don't have it in the store. Also, when you ask for recommendations it's always "whatever you prefer."... besides the staff, it's a great place lol. read more

Decided to check out this place today with my husband My recommendation of co workers. It has a convenient location located in Kapolei and parking is accessible. The store was neat and clean with excellent decor and technology. The staff welcomed us Immediately and came to our assistance. They were friendly and very helpful ! While I watched football on the big screen TVs my hubby shopped and was shown some new flavors of liquids. He bought 2 new flavors at an awesome price and signed up for an affordable membership giving him access and benefits of the new establishment!! Loved it - good job guys ! read more

My only real go to for all my vaping needs! They've got a big assortment of mods and juices you can choose from here. It all looks very organized and very clean! Only downside is they don't sell 50mg for salt nic juice but that's okay. The place has also got a near VIP room where you can try juices to help you decide your next purchase. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable . I've come here plenty of times but I believe it's time to leave them a great review . If you plan on coming here regularly you should sign up with an account under them. It gives you I believe either a 10 or 15% off your purchase, after 10 purchases over I believe $25 or so you get a nice 30% your next purchase . Very great loyalty program! Once I got my 10 stars I was able to purchase a new mod ! Nothing can beat the prices and benefits you get here. Everyone in the area should come through! read more

There awesome and friendly staff. When I do go there I find what I'm looking for the store is very clean.

Never had bad service until tonight 5/28/23, guy seemed unhappy to be at work and when I asked his opinion on a specific vape brand, he replied with unnecessary attitude saying "idk how to answer that question" in an annoyed tone. Will never come back to give this place business; it is truly sad that this kind of place exists in Hawai'i. No Aloha. read more

I went there couple time they have pretty bad customer service especially when they ask you to try it out side, it feels more like they are giving you an order. The prices are higher more than many places in the town. I would never go back. The guy speaking like a robot and they don't smile at all even if your smiling. Bad customer service. read more

Best customer service EVER. I highly recommend this place! They're not about making money, they're there to assist you. I appreciate them very much! Thank you guys for your awesome customer service! I believe the man that helped me was Paul? If I'm wrong I apologize, he has a little pony tail. Thank you again!!! read more

My boyfriend came just now to get a juice for his mod && NOT EVEN A SEC he was already coming out because an Asian boy with highlights && glasses had the WORST ATTITUDE! My bf was asking for recommendations && this guy was giving my bf a wise stink answer. None of the workers were helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR JUICE OR MODS ETC. If I could give a ZERO, I would most definitely would. The worst customer service ever over here! read more

This place is shady!!! So.... you can't return anything unless you get a receipt. Conveniently, they won't tell you this at the time of purchase or give you a paper receipt, YOU need to request a receipt via email. Since they won't tell you this in person like a quality business organization, let me be the one to tell you... request a receipt on your own because if you don't they will do everything in their power to pretend like your purchase never happened! Struggles yah?? And when you call them their manager will just deflect. Instead of being helpful and figuring out a solution, he's accusatory and blames the customer! Over 60 bucks! Super struggles over there I guess. Compared his store to Wal-Mart. lol um... ok. You're not Wal-Mart bud, and you definitely didn't go to business school. If you had, you would have figured out the importance of customer satisfaction. The sad truth is, there isn't any confidence in the products you sell. If there was, you wouldn't need to hide or be so deceitful about the return policy. You should attend a workshop on customer service and develop some people skills. Honestly, think about that, you would really benefit. Find a different spot, these guys don't care about the customer they wanna cheat you then blame you for not knowing their policies which aren't ever stated, mentioned, or posted anywhere in the store. You might be in their system. You might get that super annoying text after the purchase that they send you. BUT that doesn't mean you have a receipt LOL. No signs, no customer service informing you about this so just know when you purchase... ask them for a receipt to avoid the unfortunate and unpleasant conversation I just had. Vape Kings... the struggle is real! read more

The asian guy with the man-bun is super cold and lame. He makes like he doesn't wanna even be there. I was trying to make conversation and ask if he could tell me about the e-liquids. He would just say the price and the flavor real fast and rude, like "this is the juice, buy it or dont, i dont care get out you're bothering me". he didn't say that but his actions did. "what this juice like?" "apple, strawberry, $30" "uh.. okay is it any good? more like candy? or fresh fruit?" "theyre all good" the other local guy that helped me was helpful and nice. didnt really know his product but thats okay. i asked him about this podmod 510adapter that i've seen before and he told me it was just a regular pod. and i was like, you sure? and he read the box and was like "oh i guess so yeah i think its an adapter". and.... these people decided to carry it on their shelves but don't even know what it is. overall junk vape shop, overpriced, junk attitude & junk rewards system. other vape shops same price/cheaper, better rewards programs, better quality, properly trained employees, better customer service. my experience with the bun guy employee at vape kings make me wanna tell all my friends about their service. read more

I was visiting the North Shores and I forgot my E-liquid back at the hotel. Had to make a quick stop, upon my arrival I was greeted. As an experience vaper, I knew what I wanted. But from a customer POV the employees were helpful. Definitely recommend this shop for a in & out stop. read more

This is my absolute go to shop for my juices! I've been to other vape shops and they don't compare. The guys here are very helpful, and the shop itself is super clean. I like that they do have a VIP room that you can sample the juices to better decide what flavor (or flavors) you want to purchase. They have such a amazing assortment of mods, accessories, and juices. I always have a hard time deciding. I also like that they do have samples of the mods on a display table when you walk in. This was helpful for me when I needed to get a new mod. Other shops I've been to don't even compare with the cleanliness, variety and customer service. I always feel welcomed and never rushed. I'm so super happy that I found this place! read more

Bad return policy, right front of them same visit before even leaving the shop, no return at all Happened 2 times in roll Will never come back again read more

I've been to both locations and I much prefer this one! The objective reasons: *much easier to find *actual parking Subjective reasons: *this store is more spacious so I don't feel as claustrophobic *staff was super friendly *looks like they have more products This store is located in Kapolei in the same shopping center as Shell, Jack in the Box, Flagship Fastlube, and VCA Kapolei. They stay open later than another vape store I know () These guys take great care when handling your merchandise - they put on neoprene gloves and everything. They'll help you set up your device if you want. I haven't tried any of their liquids but they have a fairly large selection. The mods they sell look really cool - they're not the brand I buy so I can't really say how good they are If you know me, you know I hate shopping. I want to get in and get out. This is exactly how my experience went and I couldn't be happier! read more

I'm not the one to write reviews to places. This is my second review. Ignore the bad reviews, I'm a regular here and the customer service is always good. They ran out of novo 3 pods but the guy gave me some discounted ones someone returned that weren't used. The next time I went, they said the novo 2 pods are compatible with the novo 3 base. They didn't have lava flow disposables but the guy recommended me this pina colada disposable that's similar. Fresher selection for disposables than fly high. read more

Josh, who says he owns vape kings has been most unprofessional in my many experiences there. Ranging from being cussed out on the phone for not knowing the size of the coils I needed because I had just gotten a new mod, to being handed menthol and told that it wasn't. And after questioning that.. being cussed out again. I understand this is a trying time for small business owners but it's never acceptable to cuss out paying customers, when they're simply asking questions that will help them. On average I spent about $30 a week there. So josh, you've lost $1500 a year from me. You can order supplies online for cheaper anyway. I'm encouraging anyone who appreciates being respected to do the same. read more

One of my favorite shops, always got what I want and need. Got salt nicotine mods if that's what you're looking for. You won't be disappointed read more

Nice place. Decent selection but the no exchanges policy is pretty bad. I'm new to vaping and bought the wrong coil, realized it before I walked out the door, and they claimed they could do nothing for me. It's not clear at all that there is a no returns/exchange policy. If you're in sales, customer service should be priority 1. Good thing there are other great vape shops around. read more

I'm guessing the owner, but the guy wasted no time in telling me I'm stupid, and calling me a dumbass as soon as my card was inserted. The price was five or take the same as anywhere else, so I finished the transaction and was literally told not to come back. Needless to say, I wasn't planning on it. read more

This place is a one stop shop for all your vape and cbd needs. The store is well taken care of right next to the shell gas station. I recommend getting the vape kings card. Stumbled across this gem of a vape shop today! Located by Jack in the box and Shell station. As soon as I entered the shop I noticed the wide selection of mods, accessories and juices they have in stock. The employees are much more knowledgeable than I've experienced at other vape shops. They gave me suggestions on a new flavor I should try. They have a wide selection of vape brands and juice flavors that I have not seen at other shops. I was told about their membership program which costs $2.50 to join (membership for 1 year). Membership includes multiple perks that value much more than the initial cost to join. They also have a vape room in the shop that is separate so you can vape, build coils and try a huge selection of 3mg vape flavors before you buy! read more

If I could I'd give this place a 10 star rating! I absolutely LOVE this shop! My husband & I have been coming here for a little over a year twice a week! We won't shop anywhere else for our vaping needs! The staff is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable (very important is a shop like this), Down to earth & just overall AMAZING! If there is anything new in the store they tell us all about it. If we have any questions regarding products they are so patient & willing to give is detailed answers & recommendations. The VIP membership is a must if you smoke a lot. Thank you Vape Kings for being the BEST shop in the island! Never will I shop anywhere else! read more

Easy quick and efficient. This location is more of a convenience for me compared to other places I usually go. But whoever owns this place knows how to run a business. I couldn't find anyone else open during the covid 19 shut down for the last 2 months. So I appreciated that. read more

If I could rate this less than one star I would. The customer service was AWFUL!! I went in to buy a new atomizer for my mod. I've came here once to get coils for my vaporesso mod, and it was great. They looked right at me and my friend and we didn't even get greeted. I was helped first. My friend also wanted to purchase something but had to ASK for help. The man who helped me this time seemed like he hated his job or didn't want to help me. He was very short and when I asked questions he responded in a way that made me feel stupid. They also have a vape room and idk, maybe department of health should come and investigate. Not sure if that's legal or not. Also, never coming here again, going back to FLY HI! read more

Great Shop with Great Service. They've got a good selection of juices and devices at a very reasonable price range. Very clean and welcoming. The VIP membership room is awesome, plus the member discount, and with the membership being only $2.50 a year it's a great deal! I especially like how their regulated mods come with fully charged batteries. Definitely a plus in my book. If you haven't checked this shop out then it's a must! We got the 2.50 dollar a year membership. You get to go into the VIP room as long as you have your membership card on you . They were very kind two guys helped us. They're prices are good and they're flavors are great! I even checked in to yelp and got 10 percent off but joining the membership I got 10 percent off. You can buy all kinds of stuff here and they gave us free stickers. :0 definitely will be returning ! The store is clean and welcoming. ID GIVE ZERO STARS. Went into Vape Kings 3/23/22 around 3pm and was asking the guy working about disposable vape products and asking his recommendations (as I'm not familiar with ALL vapes). Somewhere along the way, the guy started to get mouthy with me telling me to "grow the f* up, make a decision if you don't like it then get the f* out" and so I walked out and he decided to follow me OUTSIDE as I was getting into my car and still trying to call me out for a fight.
